They Took the vehicle right for the scheduled 6 month inspection, they changed of the engine oil with rotation of tires. They answered several questions I had pertaining to different functions of the electronics and they change several settings for me. The only problem I have with this vehicle it when you lock the doors I don’t believe it beeps and if it does I can’t hear it should have been hooked to the Horn. They were very quick in their service and had the vehicle back to me in about a hour pleased with that.

I had an excellent experience here buying my first car from a dealer. Bryan was the absolute best salesman, answering all our questions. I ultimately found the car I wanted at a different dealer but my experience with him was so great that I called him to see if i could get the exact car, but purchase it from him. I had the car within 2 business days of telling him the car I wanted and received updates throughout the entire process.

I wanted to put 0 stars but that wasn't an option.

Very disappointed in service at Moses Honda Huntington wv. Waited a week on an appointment after hitting a rock and bending tie rod and needing alignment. Appointment was for Friday am. Dropped van off Thursday pm. At 9:30 Friday received text with what was wrong with it and estimate. At 9:59 ok and signed off on repairs. Hadn't heard from anyone by 3 pm so sent text to my contact and tried calling her and left message asking for status. Still hadn't heard anything by 4 pm so called service line and left another message. Heard back at 9 am Saturday morning that they had to order parts. By that time enterprise didn't have a small car for rental vweekend and I didn't have a way to get there to pick it up if they did. I am a senior who lives alone and th I s was a huge inconvenience for the whole weekend.
Heard back Monday by 11 am that my vehicle was ready for pick up. When getting ready to pay my bill it was $200 higher than estimate. Extra cost was diagnostics. Did they not do diagnostics before telling me what was wrong with it especially since since I told them what was wrong with it.
Did make a slight adjustment but overall not one of my best experiences.
Since it is out of warranty Isee no reason in the future to deal with this poor customer service.

I went for service on my accord today for the third time and each and every experience was top notch! It was an easy process, comfortable waiting area, great staff. It was quick and painless every time. Highly recommend

I had an appointment. I arrived five minutes before my schedule appointment. My vehicle was taken straight in the repairs were done quicker than expected very pleasant and friendly people. I definitely will be back if I need any more service work done.

Have had recurrent problems with Moses Honda. From being rude, to not wanting to honor a coupon in my name, address, and within the expiration date, to saying a certain service was needed because it failed their inspection (when I had that service completed a month prior). When addressing with a supervisor, all he could say is “I get you”

I’ll never have enough good things to say about Moses Honda Volkswagen

My van had a code that when we looked it up said not to drive it on Friday evening, Monday morning they had me on the schedule for Wednesday to allow us time to tow it to Barboursville. They did their best, got it covered under an extended service bulletin, and it didn’t cost us a dime to get all new fuel injectors. Oh- and it was finished the same day- washed and 100% clear communication as always. It’s always worth my drive, which is a little over an hour ‼️✅

I had an issue with my navigation screen not going into night mode. The sales people couldn’t resolve it but the service tech found it was just an adjustment to the brightness done by the push knob on the dashboard! Who knew??! So happy and best of all - NO CHARGE!!

It had been several years since I had had my Honda Accord serviced at Moses…The improvements were impressive! I was ‘in and out’ (oil change and engine filter) in about an hour and kept informed of any services needing to be done not only by text, but I could WATCH my car being serviced on video and SEE for myself what needed to be replaced or needed attention…My car was well cared for (I’m really particular)…No scratches, no bangs, no scuffed or oily footprints/handprints on the interior…Everything was well cared for…Thank you to the service dept. at Moses!!

Very friendly, prompt service. They completed a very thorough check and only performed the services my Honda Pilot needed. I took it in for new brakes. They changed the back brakes and told me the front ones still had some wear left. Also, I ask them to replace any filters that needed to be changed, and after they checked maintenance records they told me none needed replaced at this time. I appreciate that.

Does not communicate well, I was under the impression that a particular service was done when it was not. Suggest being more thorough with explaining the paperwork. It was recommended that I have the differential fluid changed and I agreed. After paying for the service and getting home I reviewed my documentation and realized the differential fluid should have been covered under my Honda Care Service Agreement. It was difficult getting someone on the phone to get this worked out. I eventually talked to the Service Advisor and he put me on hold to retrieve my paperwork. Someone else picked up and I guess I was transferred to the Assistant Service Manager; I didn’t know this till later since she did not identify herself. She was adamant that this service was not covered. I read the paragraph from my agreement and she wouldn’t even let me finish before interrupting. Even though I read the statement from the agreement she still stated that the service was not covered and she had never heard of the Service Agreement that I was referring to. She said she would have to look into it and call me back. In the meantime, I called Honda to confirm and I asked them how I get the dealership to honor the agreement, they said the dealer would have to call them. Eventually the service advisor called me back and stated that he conferred with a colleague and yes, the service is covered under the agreement. He acknowledged that there was some confusion and he did resolve the situation, he tried his best to work towards a resolution but the Assistant Service Manger was not helpful at all. You would think her involvement would help work towards an expedient resolution, in fact it only slowed things down and caused more frustration. Finally, don’t try and pay with a credit card unless you are prepared to pay a 3% fee. Moses is the #1 volume dealer and they can’t absorb the fee for their customers to pay with a credit card? Naturally they don’t accept cash either.

Salesman, Parker, was very knowledgeable and willing to try to expedite our buying process. He succeeded on his part, however, we did have a fairly lengthy wait for one of the finance officers to get to us. Once she did begin the closing process she made it flawless and wrapped it up quickly as we were short on time. Thank you Christina!

I had been told my car needed work and took it in for everything I was told it needed, the technician did an inspection before he replaced anything and it turned out I didn’t need half of the work done! I appreciate that they not only scheduled me quickly and did good work in general, but were upstanding enough to save me some money where they could.

Everyone has been great at Moses in Barboursville. Bill Cole is closer for me but I refuse to go there bc they are rude and not attentive at all. Good customer service goes a long way and the team at Moses has been fantastic this far. My 2nd car I have bought from them.

I was quo, d, one interest rate, on alone, based on the fact that it was a certified Pam car, and when I went into the finance just to do the paperwork, the the rates were completely different, not based on my credit they were given I was given the incorrect interest rate, based on what I know, I think the finance guy gave the sales person, the rates accepted the loan based on what those rates would’ve been and then when I went into the paving to get paperwork, it was a different rate I think that was very unprofessional and I really think it was the finance persons fault.

Purchased 2023 Odyssey last January for my wife. My wife loved her van.
“Highly Recommend!” Everardo was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure our desire car and ensure top quality. He also kept us well informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was indeed a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him! Kudos to him!
Today had a scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. Another upcoming scheduled on July 19. Thanks to Angelic helped for squeezing in all 3 scheduled services done in 2.5 hrs. It saved me trip and time.

Service was quick. But it’s during the service when they call to pressure you into having services done your car that never in the times of owning cars have been pressured so much to have extra service done to my car.
The last time I had it done it was $1000 and extras this time it was $700 and extras. And talking to friends and family asking are these things necessary I’m told repeatedly that it’s just a way for you all to get extra money and I can’t afford this nonsense. Changing it to Honda from Lincoln maybe it was a bad mistake
*******This was an old post my last trip I dropped my car off. They notified me of things that were in need to be fixed. 100%satisfied this time
