Your company replaced my old roof in April 2014. I have had issues with moisture causing mold in my attic ever since. I contacted your company via phone in 2018 requesting to have four vents replaced. After the vents had been replaced I received a message via email saying the work had been completed. It turns out that only 2 of the vents were changed out at this time. When the 2 vents were replaced the hoses from the bathroom fans were not connected to the vents so every time I took a shower moisture was going into my attic. In the past, when I was in the attic I could see light coming in from the outside.

In October 2024 I was trying to decide how to proceed. I was advised to contact another roofing company which I did. IT TURNS OUT THE RIDGE LINE WAS NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. After this other company installed a new Ridgeline it is completely dark which is what it is suspossed to look like. I had not found out about the vents from the bathroom fans not being connected until this other company had fixed your substandard work.
To properly fix everything the cost was $2084.30. If these repairs with another company had not been made it would not have been long before my roof started leaking. If this type of job was done at my house where else is this happening?

01/24/2025 - I contacted your company via text with these concerns as well as pictures and did not receive response before posting this review. I was in the attic with a neighbor who works in construction before the repair work was performed by another company and he stated that it appeared like your company did not install the Ridgeline correctly. Currently, there are no gaps in the Ridgeline, which is how it is suppose to be.

So grateful that United was able to get our new roof on right before the big storm hit. I don't think our prior roof would have survived. They did an excellent job and it looks great!

Do not trust this company we wasted 2 days at home not working. First of all they don't schedule until 24 hours out fine so we wait and she calls me we schedule everything's all good the next day that they're supposed to show up nobody shows up almost all day until the end of the day and they can't even finish the job. I come to find out that and I quote scheduling doesn't mean it's guaranteed. I know was told they were going to come back the next day and I'm sitting here waiting it's almost the end of the day and they still haven't showed up my husband calls and they said oh we might not make it today and might have to come tomorrow this is ridiculous I already wasted two days and I don't have any more to waste I will never use this company again

United Roofing Solutions is amazing! I called to have my roof cleaned of moss and to get some repairs done before my house sells. After explaining my timeline and my situation, they had to pull some strings, but was able to come out same day for cleaning and repairs. Everyone I dealt with was extremely easy to work with and very kind and they did a great job on the work. They even went beyond their scope of work and trimmed back my tree branches that were rubbing the roof for me (which I was going to do when they were done)! What an amazing experience. They definitely eased some stress on selling my home! If I wasn’t moving out of state I would definitely have you guys replace my whole roof when that time comes around. We hired United to replace our roof for the sale of our home. They were quick, accommodating, very helpful and knowledgeable. Jenn and Mia were very professional and personable as the office staff, plus the crew that came by were quick, clean, concise, and friendly. Their clean up was also immaculate as we have a dog who frequents the yards. This was an amazing experience with such a big project for us- we could not be happier with the outcome, our roof is beautiful!!!

We have used United Roofing for years for roof maintenance and they’ve been great. Just got a new roof and gutters with them and we are so glad we’ve stayed with the company. It looks wonderful! Office staff very communicative and helpful. The crews were professional and tidy, in fact I am amazed at how UNdamaged my flower beds are!!! We have a big and very steep roof under trees so it’s not the easiest but they did a great job even with the challenges. We can’t recommend United Roofing enough.

Don stopped by my house to take a look at the roof which I had concerns about. He's very professional and on time. He took a few pictures showed/explained to me what was going on, and provided some suggestions. This company isn't the type of company that's money-hungry. They care for customers and try to find solutions to save them money. I highly recommend United Roofing Solutions if you have any roof issues. Again, thank you Don for your professionalism.

United really helped us out during an emergency situation when a tree fell on our house this past winter. They tarped the roof really well so we didn’t incur any water damage. They also did a fabulous job when they replaced the back half of our roof.
They are professional, work very quickly and do a great job cleaning up.

Very professional staff, excellent communication, friendly, and the work was done in a timely manner! The crew did such a good job of cleaning up that I had no concerns for my dogs’ safety! I used United roofing solution a few years ago on a different house. I was extremely happy with all aspects of the job. I recently called them about a leaking skylight in my current house. I thought it was leaking and causing the water damage to my livingroom ceiling. They came out and evaluated the problem. They determined that skylight I suspected was the problem was fine but another skylight did need to be replaced. It had failed. They got me on the schedule immediately and replaced it. Shawn Jones came back out and worked with me to help me understand what was causing the water damage and also identified ant problems. That was just going above and beyond. They could have easily told me I needed a new skylight to make extra money. He was honest and helpful! I give them 5 stars.

These guys are the ones to know, when you need your roof cleaned, repaired or replaced! Quick and fast lime they were never even here, except my roof is replaced now! Great job guys

The whole crew, from owner, to office staff to work crew supervisor and crew were wonderful to work with! They were very patient in helping me to understand the process. The crew was professional and efficient during the installation. Good clean up afterwards.

Had to use them twice to trace a leak in my roof. Explained everything, how they would fix it and did it all at a fair price. Employees do a quality job. Always helpful when I called as well, will definitely use again if needed.

For starters, I don't usually take the time to leave reviews but based on my first experience with this company I felt it was important to give them kudos and share with others.

Rainy season = plenty of business and people with leaks and an urgent need like me! I called United, they weren't my first call as everyone was busy. The receptionist was really nice and empathetic. She told me she was going to see if she could get someone out same day and would call me back. 10 minutes later she called and said she had some guys in the area that could stop by in 10 minutes! Wow!

Derrick and Sean showed up, handed me their card and introduced themselves. Very professional and on a mission to help.

They proceeded to evaluate the situation inside and outside of the home. All the while explaining what they were looking at; what was normal and their initial suspicions which ended up having nothing to do with the roof. They finished and provided their findings, educated me, gave me some suggestions and were so very helpful in the process. I felt so much better and hopeful because I had a next step and likely culprit (window/trim).

Although they weren't my first choice this time, they will be next time. Amazing team. Nice job United Roofing!

After staring at our outdated roof for years, we hired United Roofing Solutions to come in and replace our roof. They came in and replaced our roof in one day, and cleaned up afterwards and everything looks beautiful! We experienced damage to our tile roof from a wind storm and were referred to United Roofing by a neighbor who had an excellent experience with them. I had some work done to my roof by this company. One of the things I wanted was for them to put on new flashing and counterflashing around the chimney because the job done by a previous owner was terrible. They adjusted the flashing slightly that was already there and charged me for it. When I complained they said that the job included flashing and not counterflashing. In the first place they charged me for something they didn't do and in the second place what kind of contractor installs flashing without counterflashing? They absolutely refused to do the work right or to refund me the money. I will never use them again.

We had a top of a tree go through the garage roof. These people put in a quote that was about double over the price it should have been..and then they refused to itemize the quote so the insurance, as well as our own information, would know where the money was going. We will not plan on going with these people, but BEWARE. It is COMMON for contractors to itemize everything so everyone is on the same sheet about the repairs.

We unfortunately had a not so good experience with United Roofing Solutions which was very surprising for us considering all the reviews we read on here first before deciding to call them.... Recently we have been having leaking around our chimney and had another company come out which made the leak even worse so we decided to try another company after spending $200 for them to make it worse we then called United Roofing Solutions which took 4 days just to come out and look at our chimney, they told us that all the flashing needed to be replaced and the estimate they gave us was a Very good price but they told us they would not be able to do the repair for 2-3 weeks. My husband explained we were moving on military orders and did not have that long as we are trying to sell our house he was told they would call him back and they were never head from again. Very poor communication and very long wait time is why I am giving this company such a low grade. We then called another company who came out same day for estimate and returned the following morning to repair took their time and did an amazing job.

We are very pleased with the roofing and gutter work performed by United Roofing Solutions. An old friend (a retired roofer) came by during the job and commented on how well the crew knew their trade; and what care they were taking with the flashing, valleys, vents, and all the difficult details of a proper installation. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day, and were all pleasant, happy guys who obviously liked working at United.

Because much the view of our house from the street is of the roof, we opted for the thicker, more textured 50 year roofing, and that, along with the new gutters and downspouts has really made a great improvement in the appearance of our home. The work was very good, the products great, the pricing very fair, and I would recommend United to anyone with no reservations.

6 young men, so pleasant, courteous, asked what they can do for me, brushed, blow moss off the roof put on top of roof moss preventive powder, wiped down gutters left in an hours time did a terrific job.

I had a leaking skylight. United Roof was recommend by a friend. They were great. I got an estimate quickly and they were willing to work with my schedule to install a new skylight. The work was great. United Roofing is at the top of my list for future roofing needs.

I have been so incredibly happy with United Roofing, They cleaned our roof, and put in 3 Solar Tubes. I cannot recommend them enough, professional, fairly priced, timely. Our solar tubes especially were so incredibly bright and impactful in our home we talked with the installer to leave out the extra step that adds even more light in the kitchen, and to go ahead with the one in the hallway, it was PERFECT. I'm now considering getting more because of how bright and warm our house feels at a fraction of what a skylight would cost. I'd Highly recommend using United Roofing, I even saw in the paper they just won Best Roofing Company in the South Sound!

wow, previous customer told that she doesn't show any record of previous services at our residence. I asked to receive a call from the owner about why there is no record of past work when in reality we have been customers of this business. The so called "executive assistant" refused to take a message from me to have the "owner" call me back and so I told her to piss off and we will certainly never be doing business with United Roofing Solutions ever again. I hope the owner receives this message and is fully aware that she is so rigid over the phone, that she is pushing customers away.

Great response and service throughout the entire process. They made arrangements to tarp the roof to solve the current problem until they could get out to complete the job. The crew did a tremendous job on site. I will definitely call them for my next roofing need.

United Roofing is the best. We have had our roof and gutters cleaned, a solar tube installed, and a minor leak repaired. You were very responsive, and performed quality work. The one small issue that required follow-up was handled beautifully. Thanks Madeline, Derek, Jason and all the others who helped us.

Derrick and Jenn run a really well organized business. I called five roofing companies and they were the only ones that actually answered the phone personally. Then just when you think it couldn't get better, Derrick arrived as promised to provide an estimate and correct some misinformation I had received.

With bid in hand I emailed with my acceptance of the quote and was told I would receive a call within two days of doing the work. As my schedule includes much travel I was concerned about fitting the work around my home schedule. Jenn assured me that the work would be completed even if I was gone.

As promised, I received the message that they would be at my home in a few days and it was also the day I was leaving town. I'm not usually the person that would allow work to be completed in my absence, but somehow I felt good about Derrick and his crew.

Upon my return the work was complete and was done just as we had discussed. I am really glad that we chose United to do this work and will have them do more in the future. In a world of unknown contractor craziness, it is nice to know companies like United still exist.

Highly recommended and endorsed. Stop waiting for the other guys to get back to you and simply call United Roofing Services.

I would give them more than 5 stars, if it were possible. I was involved in a church organized project to re-roof my next-door neighbor's house (who is drowning in medical bills). However, we were unable to install counter-flashing. We called United in and they did a fantastic job, and donated both materials and labor! The best way I could describe them from the owner, to the office people, to the folks in the field is that they are contributing members to this community - this is the kind of business you want to get behind and support because they care about their neighbors. Great integrity, friendly, skilled - in short, highly recommended!

These guys are absolutely outstanding! I had a leak on my backyard awning and a fairly large moss build up throughout my roof. I was given a very reasonable estimate for the repair and cleaning and after the work was complete, I was billed for less than the original estimate. They had to come out to touch up a few other leaky areas of the awning and it was completely free. Each time they responded to my phone calls in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a roof repair of cleaning. Thank you United Roofing Solutions!

We were surprised at how reasonable our roofing bid was for 2 roofing projects. The crew was very nice and everyone worked hard. The ran into alot of rot problems on the roof for the outbuilding and they stayed much latter than they had planned to in order to fix it and they still honored the original quote I was given. They are great company whom does high quality work and has integrity. I would highly recommend them.

With any luck, you might only have to consider a new roof once or twice in a lifetime. That said, with such little experience and knowledge, it can be quite daunting hiring a roofing contractor for the job.

Good honest contractor. Had them come out to look at a leak I was having around my chimney. The guy came by, looked at it and gave me an honest "Just get a can of roof sealant" and some tips on how to do it right. No charge! I will definitely place them on the top of my list in a few years when the roof needs replacement.
