We have also hired them to replace a portion of our gutter system that was damaged from our neighbor’s tree debris. My experience with LeMoine Roofing was the best I have ever had with roofers in the past. My most recent roofing jobs were on three duplexes. Jonathan was very honest, and concise, as to what needed to be done after inspecting the duplexes. Being that I was in the construction trade for quite some time myself, I knew that two of the duplexes would need the sheathing removed and replaced as well, and when he brought this to my attention, I knew then, that I was dealing with a real craftsman, and not a salesman, like the other companies that gave me an estimate. I am so pleased with the Quality of Materials, and Workmanship that LeMoines has provided, and even the new gutters. I highly would recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof!! I had a big wind storm knock off a branch from a tree and put a hole in my roof and was leaking water inside my house these guys came out within 30 minutes of me calling on a rainy windy day and went above and beyond and repaired and cleaned the roof Thank you

Jonathan and his crew did a fantastic job on our 25 year-old home. The workers were professional, continually kept the property clear of trash and clutter and kept to a very aggressive schedule to get the job done timely you would think with a very competitive price there would be some sort of sacrifice in either quality of work or quality of product and neither were the case. The proposed schedule was aggressive, but they managed to make it no problem. There is no doubt I will be informing the residence in my community about the quality of work in the reasonable price. He was at our house within 24 hours of calling for what seemed like a simple loose side panel. He rapidly addressed our siding problem AND pointed out several issues with our roof repair that was done by another company last summer. He then provided a detailed report for us to send to that company to ensure they will correct those problems.

Amazing company! You definitely get what you pay for with this high quality but fairly prices team of experts! They bit only tarped off my brothers roof for a reasonable price. But they did it fast, in the dark and rain same day to help prevent further damage. Then later came and redid the roof on his house fast and very high quality. We contacted LeMoine Roofing about a roof cleaning and Jonathon was able to give us a competitive estimate. He also pointed out some repairs that needed to be done to prevent future leaks and showed us detailed pictures. The other estimates we got were more expensive, did not catch any issues, and did not provide us with reference pictures. It was an easy choice to go with LeMoine. Jonathon was quick to respond to our questions and he did a great job on our roof and gutter cleaning.

Jonathon also noticed that we needed our house painted and was able to get a team to come out and paint the exterior of our house. Bruce and his team worked really hard on our house, and even put an extra coat on one side that got a lot of sun exposure. He even offered to come out after the painting was completed to do some touch-ups.

We will definitely consider LeMoine Roofing for future projects and maintenance because they are easy to work with, hard working, and they do a great job.

We originally reached out to LeMoine to get a quote to have our roof cleaned. We knew that the roof would need to be replaced in the coming years, but was hoping that a good cleaning would hold it over a few more years.

Jonathon came out was very honest, knowledgeable, and courteous. He went up on the roof and completed a thorough inspection, including taking photographs. After inspecting the roof, he recommended not wasting money on cleaning the roof, but rather investing that money in replacing it at this time. He provided pictures of all the areas of concern and explained why it would be beneficial to not waste our money on cleaning, but rather putting that money towards a new roof.

My husband and I reviewed the pictures and information he provided. We had also gotten quotes from a few other companies for cleaning, but figured we might as well get a few more quotes for actually replacing the roof. We contacted Jonathon at LeMoine because we had some window trim boards that were rotting. During the walk through inspection he pointed out other areas of concern and we discussed the condition of our siding, particularly the un-caulked gaps and paint fade.

We were given lots of information and 3 different options for how could move forward. We made the decision to fix all the trim and repaint the home.

Jonathon and his crew did an excellent job replacing all the trim pieces on all four of my windows on the south side, as well as our guest room, and garage door! The painter did an excellent job and now our house looks brand new- and we have peace of mind that it's sealed from the weather and will prolong the length of our siding for several years to come.

The LeMoine team was upfront with pricing and timelines and we appreciated the responsiveness when we had questions. Jonathon also put in an extra gutter down spout for us when it was discovered that one of the gutters wasn't draining all the way, which was much more cost effective than having to replace the entire section.

Major home repairs such as a new roof can be a intimidating and an unsure experience, trying to understand cost, quality and value is difficult when a large expense is involved. There is the constant fear of being taken advantage of or poor quality. My call to Jonathan Lemoine was to the best experience I have had with a contractor, he was quick to respond to my request to examine my roof, provided an accurate estimate for a new roof and gutters. LeMoine was referred to me by the North West Insulation, after it was discovered I had leaks in my roof while re-insulating a 60 year old home.

They were able to come out quickly and assess the damage, and install a temporary solution until a full repair could be scheduled later. Jonathan and his crew made it out just a week before we got some serious rain, and they quickly and efficiently replaced every single sheath on the roof; it was in really bad condition. The Malarkey roof he recommended has held up well and looks beautiful. We also discovered problems with crumbling chimneys, and they very quickly turned around and removed them below the roof line and capped them off for the summer until we could schedule a more extensive repair.

Most recently, LeMoine completed a difficult and complicated repair to remove the brick chimneys on each side of the building and install some painted Hardie lapped concrete siding. The work was quite tricky, requiring some foundation and termite damage repair, which they also took care of. As the walls were open, they also installed fresh R13/15 insulation batts and removed the failed blown in paper insulation.

What I appreciate most, is they give you options about how to go about the repair, letting you make informed decisions about what improvements and products you can install. For example, we upgraded to pre-painted lapped siding because the factory fit and finish are better than the unpainted product.

I am very happy with the quality of the work and am already planning on hiring them again to do more work in the future. Highly recommended.

I had Lemoine come out and finish the siding toward the end of 2023. I've updated the photos with the completed house. They also replaced all the gutters with brand new ones and insulated the walls with the latest insulated sheathing. Overall I am very happy with the work. The house has never been in better condition and Lemoine is a pleasure to work with. They're always very busy, but once they start the job it gets done right.
