Jonathan and his crew did an amazing job! Couldn't be happier with their work and the attention to detail from start to finish.

LeMoine Roofing are easy to work with and provide quality work. They take time to address additional issues they find and ask how you would like to proceed after they give suggestions. I could not be more happy with their professionalism and workmanship. Strongly recommend giving them a call if you need any roofing done.

I am indeed pleased that based on my personal experience I am able to offer my unqualified recommendation for LeMoine Roofing. The initial evaluation was prompt, thorough and done in a professional manner. The estimate was for removal of original shingles and felt, installation of a multilayered roof assembly to include ice and water barrier down valley areas and ridge vents along all peaks to ventilate the entire roof span. His pricing was very competitive and included a limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty and a 10 year craftsmanship warranty on installation. The crew was exceptional, they arrived on time, worked as a coordinated team completing tear off in one day and installation the next. At the end of each day the work site was thoroughly cleaned and all debris removed. Throughout the entire process there was excellent communication from all members of the team. Again, LeMoine Roofing has my unqualified recommendation. If you need a new roof look no further.

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
