Carlos and his team did an outstanding job replacing my roof in Ocean Shores. He offered a very competitive price, which doesn’t reflect the exceptional quality of work delivered. Despite some weather challenges, he was always on time, and his crew was professional and hardworking.

What truly stood out was Carlos’s excellent communication being polite, accurate, and proactive, anticipating my needs without any sales pressure or gimmicks. In an area where finding high-quality professionals can be challenging, Carlos exceeded expectations. I highly recommend him.

Charles roofing was quick to respond to a roof leak I had and they did an excellent job repairing the leak in a timely manner. I also appreciate they were very honest and reasonably priced.

I was very pleased with the quality job Charle’s roofing did in installing my new roof and gutters. They removed two roofs and re-flashed and installed new vents. I highly recommend Charlie Roofing. We inquired about a new roof and gutters and quickly received an estimate. Once approved they were able to begin within a week. Employees were very efficient and careful about debris clean up. Carlos was always kind and prompt. We love the way the new roof has transformed the look of our home and the nice functioning gutters!

I highly recommend this company! From start to finish, Carlos (the owner) was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He and his crew cleaned our roof, and installed safety hooks for future cleanings. They worked very hard, and completed the job in one day! (For reference, our home is 2600 square feet, and the roof has a 10/12 pitch. Very steep!) Clean-up around the house after the roof cleaning was excellent! They are very fair with pricing, also. We will always call Charlie Roofing for any future roofing needs!

They worked fast, identified and fixed additional ventilation issues in my attic, and did a great job. The pricing was on the lower end, but the quality was on the higher end. They also did a great job with the cleanup after the work was done.

Charlie’s roofing is the best in Thurston County. They have been around for some time and have the best reputation with service, professionalism , and quality. My family comes to the owner Carlos if we ever have a problem and him and his team always provide the most amazing work each time.

We chose Charlie Roofing for a new roof on both our house and barn after getting 3 separate bids for the job. They were the lowest price and were able to get us the color (green) for no additional charge which the others did not offer. They showed up on time (even a day earlier than originally estimated) and knocked the whole job out in just 2 days and they did a fantastic job. The roofs both look fabulous and we couldn't be happier. They subbed the gutters to LT Gutters and they also did a wonderful job and exactly when they said they would. I highly recommend Charlie Roofing and would definitely use them again :)

The guys at Charlie Roofing are good guys, but I would advise anyone seeking roofing services against using this company. I had their crew replace some sub-sheeting (plywood) and shingles on my roof, but they tossed all the old shingles onto my deck (ruining the deck so I had to incur cost to fix it) instead or covering the deck or putting the old shingles into a container. And also, a vent area where they had worked started to leak down through the vent into the house, less than a year after they had worked on that same area, and would not come back to fix it.

They did an amazing job on my roof!

Our roof had a hole into it due to a storm, water always leaked. Called these guys and worked on my case right away, a couple of guys came and measured out the roof and more and then came back with an unbeatable estamite. They did the job right and no doubt will recommend these to anyone with roof issues.
