After his initial visit and quote, Kent came out and did a full roof moss clean, soft wash, solar panel wash, and gutter clean out. He cleaned the moss off my shed roof as well and provided me with time stamped photos for my records. He was incredibly thorough and spent almost the full day on the job, making sure to leave everything in great shape. Kent is really easy to talk to, was available by text ahead of time for questions. I'd highly recommend NW Roof Defense!

Kent did amazing work taking care of our large roof with a soft wash. We are under a bunch of Douglas firs so we really needed help! Kent explained everything thoroughly and took safety precautions on our two-story roof. Definitely recommend his services. We’ll be back!

Great service! I had a ton of moss on my roof and they got it removed gently and then treated the roof with the soft washing. They even included the moss powder afterwards as a second follow up dose! Highly recommend.

I've had Northwest Roof Defense clean my roof and gutters a couple times now. Always reliable with quality work. Last time I did a roof soft wash and it made my roof look great! They seem to be a small local company which is great. The quality of work is better. Highly recommend them and I will continue to use their services!
