When my Wife and I discovered leaks around our skylights, we decided it was time for a new roof.And we couldn't have been happier with Parker and his team. Parker even mentioned he could just do repairs since our existing roof had some life left.But for us it was time. We also wanted all the exposed particle board replaced with plywood.This was due to some of the particle board being water damaged..The existing particle board was painted to match our house and we wanted the new plywood to be as well.Parker and his team were willing to do that extra step for us. Something another company completely dismissed my wife for asking,saying "it's always done afterwards by a painter". But thankfully ,Parker gave us the option to do it either way.So we decided to have them paint it and they did a great job!Their attention to detail from start to finish of our project was very much appreciated.I would definitely recommend Parker and his team for all your roofing needs.

Parker is so very knowledgeable and professional.
I had many annoying questions and he answered them all with kindness and patience.

Any of these negative reviews must have been before he ran the office, because I would give him 10 stars if I could.

I couldn’t imagine going with another roofing company.

I had an excellent experience with Lacey Roofing. They gave me a very competitive bid, then followed that up with great customer service, and a great looking roof. I appreciate a contractor that knows how important communication is, and Parker was excellent at providing information and being responsive to any questions I had. The polite, hard-working crew showed up right on time, and did a great job in all aspects. Anything that needed to be moved in the yard was put back in place with care. I had taken down my American flag and set it on the patio. I was touched to see that one of the crew had put it back in place before they left. Highly recommend this company!

Just had our roof replaced. Very friendly staff and very fair price! They quickly came out and tarped us up to protect us from the rain until it stopped, and they were able to do the work. Finished it quickly and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Jack even went the extra mile to roof our little shed to match. Gutters are also a perfect match to our trim. Would definitely recommend!!

Cleaned our roof, treated for moss and replaced gutters and downspouts. Great work, area was well cleaned post work and friendly, professional staff.
We got several quotes and they were a great deal to do all the work. Highly recommend!

Lacey Roofing was incredible! I had them replace my roof this spring. Everybody was polite, professional and timely. They provided honest and clear communication throughout the process, and were flexible with my schedule.

We had a pretty large project for residential work, including built in gutter demo, 40+ square, a TPO section, and two chimneys.

These guys showed up on time every day, worked efficiently, got the job done ahead of schedule and made sure we were happy with the work.

They worked with me to make some specific repairs I had asked for, and fixed a couple areas I pointed out gladly.

Haven't had a rain yet, but I'm fairly confident this roof will keep my home dry for a long time.

EDIT: One of the best measures of a company is how they handle mistakes. This morning I noticed a leak around our chimney. I'm a home inspector, and I can honestly say there is no obvious reason for this leak, but it is definitely leaking.

I gave Lacey Roofing a call, and sent some photos. They were at my house in 45 minutes, and had a plan to solve the problem before 11 a.m.

These folks are legitimately the most professional contractors I've ever worked with, and I can't say enough good things about them.

(Also, there is another review on here complaining about price. I got 5 quotes last year, and Lacey Roofing was right in the middle. I'd gladly pay a premium for this level of service, but their pricing was right down the middle. They probably don't charge enough. Good luck calling the cheapest roofer in town to back up their work a year later. Worth every penny.)

I had a leaky roof that took one day to repair. The roof looks great. Hopefully no more leaks! The crew was professional and cleaned up all debris. There were communication issues while waiting getting the project scheduled, but everything was resolved. Thank you!

OUTSTANDING!!! After calling 3 companies prior , 2 of them never called back and the 3rd wouldn't service my city. Parker with Lacey Roofing showed up on time and gave me a very reasonable bid. He was professional and very easy to work with. After agreeing to the proposal we set a start date for the job. They were on time, hardworking and polite. They even brought a portable toilet. WOW! I would have let them use my bathroom but I found that to be extremely respectful to customers privacy. They also installed new gutters. I highly recommend these guys to everyone. You won't be disappointed.

I suppose they might build excellent roofs. I needed a small job completed (more vents installed in my roof) They said they were coming out sometime this week. THEN sometime the next week. Then "DEFINATELY Monday btw sorry your job has been in a stack on my desk for awhile" They no showed today and when I called to ask about it Parker tried to tell me that they actually were there today!! Lol I'm pretty understanding about things happening but these guys will just ghost you unless you need a big job.
It has been a month since our estimate and I've never had to work harder to pay for a service.

Questions asked were always met with quick and friendly answers (I asked a LOT of questions) and the install happened two months prior to the original scheduled date thanks to some good weather. Price was on the lower side compared to three others I quoted. I inspected the roof itself and the attic crawl space and everything looks fantastic.
** They seem to always (For as long as I recall looking) have a ValPak coupon, make sure to present it when getting an estimate for a nice discount!

Parker, the company representative, is excellent to work with. He is very personable and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The roof installation crew arrived at the scheduled time and got to work immediately spreading tarps around the entire house to catch debris. They worked together, safely and with precision. True professionals. My new roof was installed in a single day, looks incredible and 7-man crew did an excellent job cleaning up. My neighbor has already scheduled an appointment to have a new roof installed. Highly recommend.

They have done 2 roofs for me. One was a compete tear-off, repair and reroof 2 years ago. Parker was hands down the most professional and honest roofer I spoke to. Crew is timely, clean, courteous, and professional. Beat the competition hands down on pricing and always went the extra mile. Very patient and helpful. Didn't need to talk down their competitors like every other company I had bid. They were so great that I didn't even blink on calling Parker to do our new home this year. Service was even better second time around if that's possible. Thank you! Still love it and standing strong through these nasty winds we're enjoying lately.

This company was great and my new roof looks amazing. I really appreciate how Parker took the time to explain to me all the work they would do to the roof and provided some additional options to add to it. The crew was on time and completed my re-roof in a single day. I am very satisfied with the look and happy that it's done before the winter season. They even cleaned my gutters during the re-roof!

3x the bid price of roofer we had do our roof, same materials. They were very professional and impressive in their customer service but they should as they’re taking their customers by grossly overcharging. They sound good saying they hand nail and claim better quality of work than their competitors. They may be good but no one is worth 3x the price to do the same work. The company we had do it was awesome. I gave them 5 stars and they undercut everyone else. No one came anywhere as expensive as Lacey roofing. I don’t know how they stay in business.

Very satisfied with the entire job from start to finish. Parker was great in explaining all aspects of the job and answering any questions we had. Jose and his crew was professional, courteous and efficient.

Was pleased with their service. They were even able to fit me in ahead of schedule due to a cancellation. Parker was pleasant to deal with knew his stuff and dropped by twice the first day to keep us up to date and again on the second morning. Answered every question. Clean up was done well only found 2 roofing nails total after they picked up. Crew was friendly and made sure everything was up to code.

The men were simply amazing!!!! I was sooo impressed with the work ethic. Very conscious. From start to finish what a team. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was!!!! Would I recommend them? You bet!!!!!

I had a few areas on my roof that were showing wear and was in need of a professional team to provide guidance. I received estimates from a handful of local companies and ultimately decided on Lacey Roofing. Parker provided a good high-level overview with the right amount of detail about repair vs. replacement, issues with the prior roof installation and the process they would follow. Heather was also incredibly helpful, sending pictures of roofing samples so we could decide on color as this was all happening at a time where social distancing was required. Everybody was friendly and professional and I'd definitely recommend them to others. Once we had an agreement, they executed exactly as planned and I couldn't be happier with the result!

From the start Parker and his team at Lacey roofing were spot on. Everything went as planned and finished on time. They cleaned up better than it was when they started. We called Lacey Roofing office on a very rainy Friday evening and Heather was very prompt in getting us in contact with Parker, who called us back within the hour. He came out early the next morning to evaluate our room and attic space for the cause of our discolored ceiling. Parker was on time and very professional, even giving us a courtesy call before knocking or ringing our doorbell so early in the morning. Thankfully we didn’t need our roof tarped, but if we had, he would have had his team out the same day to keep our roof from leaking. He gave us an insightful review of our aging roof without being pushy or over dramatic about the issues.
I don’t understand the 1 star reviews here complaining about not getting calls back....because we had the opposite experience. Lacey Roofing was there for us with peace of mind in January when rain and snow were in the forecast.

Outstanding Company, I have dealt with them since arriving in Lacey. Their service has always been excellent. I highly recommend them to my family and friends. You will not be disappointed.

Great job and Workmanship. They really care about the quality of the work. It is like they are putting a roof on their own home. They hand nailed the shingles!! High tech, high quality underlayment. Fabulous Job, I was very impressed. All the people (Parker Wagner and his crew) were top notch. No surprises in the final bill (I was so impressed). Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. Excellent customer service.

My 90 year old handicapped neighbor signed a contract in early May to have her roof repaired. Water actively coming into the living space when it rains. It is now Sept. 14th. and this company has been basically unresponsive. I am apalled that someone could do this to someone so vulnerable.

A general contractor called Lacey Roofing out to our home for an estimate. Lanny was really nice said he would give us the quote directly since we weren't using the general contractor. I called several times over the next few weeks with no response. Then out of the blue we were called and were asked for our email address so they could finally send us a quote. I felt kind of sorry for the gal who has to make those calls. We has already had several other roofers out and estimates and had gone with United Roofing Solutions. I don't know what their estimate was but even if it was the lowest and better materials, I wouldn't work with them. Its too bad that customer service wasn't their priority.

Lacey Roofing was putting on a new roof on my neighbors home and I walked over and asked one of their employees to talk to his sales person about giving me a proposal on my roof since it was the same roof plan a my neighbors. I was told he would do that. After a number of days and no response I went to my neighbor and asked him to relay the message to the sales person he worked with and he did. Again no response. I then called the office and talked to the person in charge of scheduling these appointments. I explained that I had tried twice to get a proposal with no response. She apologized and said she would get a hold of someone to contact me and schedule something. Two weeks later and still no response.... I would not waste my time with a company that displays this lack of customer service after multiple attempts.
