I'm in the process of buying an investment property and had an inspection by CALVERT. This is one of the most detail, comprehensive inspection reports I've ever seen. Kudos to the team on the detailedness and usefulness of the inspection. Not only has it provided the details needed to close the sale but also everything I need to know to determine what needs to be fixed before renting it out, what to budget for replacement in the near future, what to add to regularly review for maintenance and estimate when things will likely need to be replaced.
