We can only praise UNITED CONTRACTING for the work they did for us.
Last year our roof (and house) suffered some severe storm damage. The tree in our front yard threw a section of 2” wide limb-like it was javelin, into our roof! My husband was able to remove the limb and patch the hole until we could get it done professionally. After doing much research, we landed on UNITED CONTRACTING. We had concerns about matching the color and style of our current roof tiles because they were custom ordered. Jairo, nailed it! The tiles were perfectly matched! Also, he inspected the rest of the roof and noticed a couple of red flags! He took a bunch of good pictures that helped him explain of what was needed to be soon addressed. We were happy that he did that and took care of that too! So now we are very comfortable knowing that the repairs that were done, was done with quality workmanship. All of this was very affordable. We had our roof completed by this company. Angel and his team dit excellent and superior service, I highly recommend this company for any roofing repair or replacement.

From the moment we had questions regarding the possibility of hail damage on our roof, to the completion of our roof replacement, Gael Ventura at United Contracting was a guiding light for us. He came out, personally inspected our roof, identified and documented the damages and then walked us through the insurance claim process. He even personally was present on the roof, with the insurance adjuster on the roof to make sure nothing was missed. Our claim was successful on the first submission and Gael was so helpful in selecting our new shingles and upgrading to copper flashing.

On the day of roof replacement Gael stopped by to monitor progress. Roof removal is stressful, but we appreciated the efforts the demolition crew took to protect our property and landscaping. With the United Contracting roofing process we ended up with a better, safer roof. They installed needed roofing vents to ensure that our roof was properly ventilated, and removed and replaced all rotten or softened plywood. During the roof demolition some of the corners of our dormer trim were damaged, and United Contracting completely replaced and painted the entire trim boards so that they looked like new.

Gael was very patient and helpful in selecting the right color and type of shingles for our house. I am glad we upgraded to the GAF Slateline shingles and copper valleys and flashing; it has really enhanced our home’s curb appeal. We love the way our new roof turned out.

If I could give them 10 stars I would do it! They were the only company who would take the job. We live in a 140 year old house with multiple additions and complicated rooflines. The roof on two of the additions failed after a huge rain this winter. United Contracting took the job, gave us a quote, and stuck to it. They made a plan and regraded one of the additions to help with the water flow. They removed siding, added flashing... it was a complicated project. But it looks amazing. A world of difference. Even more impressive, since it was an emergency project, they showed up between the winter storms on every day they could possibly work and removed snow before beginning the project. They contacted me at each step of the project, both the office staff and the supervisor. As soon as the snow melted, they came back to the house and cleaned the deck and yard of roofing materials. It was easy, they were kind, they were professional, and they were amazing communicators. If you're on the fence about choosing this company, go for it. You will not regret it!

Don’t hesitate to call united contractor’s I couldn’t imagine a better experience working with a contractor. Getting good service has been a challenge just getting people to show up has been even harder. I call spoke to Angle 45 minutes later he was at my door. Every step of the way he was there to help with full transparency. And was even there for two separate insurance inspections in case they had questions. They were also able to fix a flaw in our roof created by the builder (avoid Ball pepole)

We had a very positive experience with Unite Contracting. They came promptly to prepare an estimate and answered questions from the insurance company quickly. Although we had to wait a week past the initial start time, due to rain, they arrived early in the morning and were done by 5 pm, including cleaning up my yard. We had wind damage to our roof last year and called Gael at United to come take a look at it. Gael was very helpful and met our insurance adjuster to look at it with him. This contracting company was working with a buyer’s agent while I was selling my house. They sent a contractor to inspect my roof for the buyer, prior to my approval for the contractor to be there. He was on my roof inspecting it, without my knowledge. Had he fallen, that’s a huge liability. Had he damaged any part of the roof/gutters, I would have been liable as I had no idea he was even up there. I just happened to come back to the house to grab a few things, and he threw his ladder in his truck very quickly and drove off without saying a word to me. Very sketchy behavior on the part of this company.

Angel was able to come out and take care of absolutely everything for us almost immediately. Great with communication, great personality, great workmanship. They took care of negotiations with our insurance provider and turned a patch repair that would have looked out of place into an entirely new roof. They even handled our siding for us! It was very hands off and low stress because of their efforts.

Where do I begin first, Angel Castro is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is extremely responsive. He was able to get out and get us a bid in a very quick fashion. Their pricing is very competitive. We were not looking for the cheapest contractor, but their professional fee is quite reasonable. Their work is impeccable. If they say they're going to be there starting on a certain day, barring any weather conditions, they are there.

Our roof looks amazing. Additionally, we had them do gutters for us. Again, they were on time and completed the work efficiently and at a high quality level. They clean up very well. AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Angel and his crew are great at what they do! Angel is the ultimate professional. He scheduled the free estimate, was there on time and even called ahead to make sure we were ready for him. When Angel arrived he told us what we could expect from the call and asked if we had questions, which my wife had many. He was patient and answered all of our questions. We were looking to replace the roof on my, Dads, home. My brother and nephew ( who had recent storm damage, to his home) recommend Joel with United Contracting, LLC. The new roof is on and they also replaced the skylights in our addition. United Contracting did a great job communicating with us, working with our insurance company and our schedule, making our out of state move much less stressful.
