Recently worked with Kyden to get some fresh paint on our commercial building. Kydens service was nothing less than perfect. The crews did an amazing job and were very professional while on site. I will be using them again!

Our HOA community of 209 townhomes recently finished its paint project with Unforgettable Coatings; feedback from board members and residents alike has all been very good. Our project manager, Ricardo Martinez, was an excellent liaison, providing timely professional communication between board members, owners and the paint team onsite. Ricardo provided weekly status reports and follow-ups, took helpful photos of unanticipated problem areas to resolve and confirm solutions to ensure that the project stayed on track, and responded courteously to numerous individual owner requests with helpful information. Timely prep and paint work notifications were provided and the quality of work was top notch, with little to no issues re cleanup and/or down time. Be careful with this company as your experience with them may be unforgettable in a way you don't like. They finished the job and was told about different problems and they said they would come back and fix them. Problems still there!! Would not recommend this company if you want a good professional job!!!

Painted our village of about 38 homes and refused to take the precautions they promised to not damage our roof tiles. Most of us suffered damage and are out of pocket for repairs - some as high as $4,000. They have refused to take responsibility and pay for damages. Even when told they weren’t following protocol they promised and were causing damage they just kept doing it. Seemed only to care about what was fast and easy despite the damage they did. Use at your own risk. Paint jobs were lacking as well. I urge people to look at their Yelp reviews too.

I used Unforgettable Coatings (Baylee Brewer) in a painting project that needed to be done, they were not only responsive but very easy to work with, professional and the project was done ahead of schedule. I will most certainly recommend them to any of one who needs a painter, good people to work with!

Unforgettable alright... but not for any of the right reasons.

Where should I begin?

They were hired to paint our town house complex.

They left a door hanger stating we would need to clear our patio and anything within 6-feet of the wall because they would be painting the upcoming week. They showed up almost two weeks later. In the meantime our patio furniture and plants baked in the sun and got filthy. They could have given us a much better time frame or showed up when they said they would.

They power washed our unit and did not pick up debris. Wind blew hundreds of paint and wood chips all over our back yard. We will be cleaning them out of our grass for days. They also left water stains all over our brand new windows. They refused to clean up any of the horrific mess. Instead, the supervisor instructed us to just mow over the paint chips when we cut our grass.

Left empty, crushed water bottles and used painters tape all over the yard. Knocked over a potted plant and broke a cactus and just left the mess there. Denied doing it later. Taped and put plastic over both doorways at the same time so we could not get out for a whole day. Emptied the water from our bird bath so they could use it as a stand for their radio. It was staked into the ground and they ripped those up in the process. Knocked two of our address numbers off the wall and only fixed it when we insisted. I understand accidents happen when work is being done, but at least acknowledge it and make it right.

The paint job itself was sloppy. Bubbling up already in some areas. Left paint on the outside dividing wall. We had painted our breezeway floor and there are now 3 areas where paint has been removed. Did not let us know or offer to repair. Spots of tan paint left on walkway.

In my opinion this company was not prepared to handle a job of this size.

Our complex was beautiful before they arrived and now it's trashed. I guess they feel they can make a mess and everyone else will just clean up after them.

Very unprofessional all around. I've never experienced anything like it.

I hope at least one person sees this. forgettable coatings painted our building this summer in the heat. in february they said they couldn't. but the did wit alot of water. they were suppose to wash building but didn't. they were supposed to sand window and doors and clean them but the didn't. painted right over the dirt. BE AFRAID...VERY AFRAID of this company. nevered came back on the date promised to fix the problems. there is a word for this kinda service. You can guess.

This was a horrible experience from the start! They power washed all my windows directly and left water stains on them all! Next they painted the wrong HOA colors on several homes and i called to ask why my shutters were a pink color, and they admitted they never looked up the HOA colors for each home and asked how they could find out the info!!!! They had to repaint them all. I then asked for touch up paint, and Kimball told me he would give it to me if i posted a 5 star rating!!!! I also noticed he placed a 5 star rating on the page. I will buy my own paint and never be blackmailed to post a great review for someone that doesn't deserve it!!! My doors were already painted but i asked and they said it's not included in their already expensive price!!! Beware!

I didn't actually GO TO this business... Just has an encounter with their folks as a result of recent work that my hoa was having done in here in the community. Given the reason for my call, I just say that all 3 people I interacted with at the Company though were absolutely first-rate!! So needless to say... Unforgettable Coatings is tops on my list for serious consideration if/when I plan my next paint job! I can tell they have good people... And to me that is pretty important!

They have damaged the garage door three year ago and was not able to help out. I would not recommend this job. The painters were rude. Throw fast food bags leave mess in my backyard. Paint on furniture even tho they clean up after I report unfortunately not the garage door. Just head up

Extremely rude and inconsiderate painters!
I live in a complex that is being repainted. I understand that the nature of their work puts them on people's patios at 7/7:30 am-- but can they wait to SING and SHOUT at each other until 8 am?

I am assuming they are still planning to do some touch ups around the neighborhood. Until then I don't think its fair to comment on the quality of their painting.

The paint job was messy and sloppily completed. What was more irritating, however, was the lack of professionalism from the workers. It's understandable that this work starts early in the morning, and naturally there will be some extra noise, because workers may need to shout to their co-workers when high up on the ladder painting if they need equipment or assistance. I can understand and accept that. However, I was awoken by a worker painting outside my bedroom window singing, rapping, laughing, and whooping unnecessarily in the early hours of the morning over multiple days of painting. It seems like common sense that one should not be shouting unnecessarily outside the window of a customer at 6:30am. I wasn't going to post a review until I saw the other reviews from other customers who have had similar experiences. Hopefully, the company can take this feedback and improve the experience for future customers.

The amount of times this company has destroyed my home is beyond comprehension. The tireless "touch ups and cleaning" only result in more damage and more effort on my already stretched schedule. Workers have invaded my patio prior to 7am without notice, just to create more work for me when I arrive home in the evening. Despicable and disrespectful, an inconvenience to my life.

One star is about the highest compliment an honest customer can pay to this company... (and that's only because there is no 'Zero Stars' option). As the previous review stated, this is the single most unprofessional company I've ever been subjected to (a special thanks to the management company who oversees and/or directly causes these types of poor hiring decisions for these condos). First, they placed on my door a '2 Day Notice' for work on the evening of June 22nd, asking that we close our windows and remove all property from our patios within 48 hours so as to ensure that nothing is damaged. At around 7AM the following morning, June 23rd, I was awoken by the sight of a man standing on my 2nd floor patio (the window -- which I would have blocked with drapes, had the '2 Day Notice' been upheld -- looks directly upon my bed... just right there, directly in this stranger's field of vision, front and center). '2 Days' sure felt an awful lot like 12 hours. Fine way to meet the acquaintance of some dodgy looking 'painter' whom you've never seen before in your life (and a risky move on their part, I might add, in such a RED state... good thing they didn't pull that stunt on an 'aim first and ask questions later' resident, but I digress...). My patio furniture had been carelessly strewn about the place -- and was, of course, wet from whatever 'power cleaning' they called themselves doing up there. I go to my living room to discover a huge pool of water (a good 5 to 5 1/2 foot diameter) coming in from under the front door. I guess their 'power-washing' technique involves pointing the hose directly under the doors of their clients' homes... (mind you, never in all 3+ years of residence here have I had any sort of issue with any of the exterior maintenance companies -- not once). The next day, (oh -- to properly set the scene -- this is a nice, quiet area with little to no noise and zero nonsense ---- but wouldn't you know, the entire day - during their presence - is filled with loud talking, unnecessary commotion and just a downright, authentic lack of respect for the homes on which they are 'working') a worker SLAMS his ladder against the side of the building (trust me, I'm not blind to the fact that there is an inevitable amount of noise and commotion for these types of projects -- not always pleasant, but certainly understandable and bearable). This slamming of the ladder, however, was done in such an aggressive manner that the wall art hanging on that particular wall was knocked not only off of the wall, but far enough forward to land several feet from the wall upon which it was hanging. We are not talking about some cheapy drywall situation --- these are very nice, thick, solid, concrete walls that are very strong and very tall, supporting the extremely high ceilings here --- it takes a serious bump to knock something off of the wall from the outside. Again, never in all my time here has anything like that happened -- and to be quite frank, it wasn't the kind of bump that results from mere laziness --- it was the kind of bump that requires intentional force, and a lot of it. When I opened up the door to inform the crew that their recklessness just destroyed a piece of art that was hanging on the wall, the reply that I received was, "oh, sorry." .... ...So that was wonderful, and it fixed everything, evidently. I've seen toddlers coloring with crayons with more care and self-awareness than what these guys exhibit. Long story short(er than it could be) --- this is the sloppiest effort I have ever seen, and if I never see these folks again in my life, it'll still be too soon.

I tried to cross the Greenbelt and sunk into the grass, sandal and my feet. Good thing the painters were taking a break, they came to my rescue. I was falling and if they were not there, I would be face down in the mud. Hope this is my last email for the day. I am staying in the house. Thanks to our local painters!
