Robert was quick to respond to my call and scheduled right away. He communicated well, was professional and showed up right on time. My roof only required some small sealing due to some cracking but Robert took care of it quickly and didn't even charge me for the service. He had been to my property prior to me purchasing it and had done some work that was under warranty, however, the sealing repair he did was not even part of the work he had done previously. Two years ago Charles from MSW replaced a portion of my flat roof and resealed the remainder. They were very reasonably priced compared to other more well known companies and quite reliable. The portion that was replaced carried a 4 year warranty, the seal only section did not. I contacted them recently because of some bubbling and cracks returning. Charles came back the day after I called and repaired all of the bubbles/cracks for no charge even though I know some were in the sealed only parts of the roof!

We've had MSW do two roof jobs for us. One was a resurfacing of a flat foam roof and the other was fixing a roof leak where the roof is slanted and has mission tile. In both cases, we were extremely pleased.

I did a roof replacement with this business. Charles did a thorough inspection on my roof. He explained the process and what options we had and also which parts really need to be fixed and which parts were good as it was. So no extra cost on unnecessary job.The crew came on time.The job took about 3 and a half day. They cleaned up after each working day. I called MSW to get an estimate for my flat roof that has started leaking. An employee came to my home and looked at the roof for a few minutes and then said he would send me an estimate of the costs. I never received an estimate or follow up. Maybe it’s because I have a small 1970’s home and they didn’t want to waste their time? That’s too bad because another company happily took the job and will make $17,000.

Robert came out today to check out a leak that we had in our master bathroom coming from the roof. We had recently purchased our home. and this was the second leak after a rain. He was extremely professional, friendly , and a pleasure to work with. He quickly located the problem and sealed where he thought the leak was coming from. They did a great job of repairing and recoating my neglected foam roof. They not only found the source of a leak and fixed it, but built up large portions of the roof to improve drainage and get rid of water ponding issues. I have now worked with MSW on 2 jobs. One was a roof installation/ replacement and another was a repair on a different roof. I am so glad i found this company. Right now it is hard finding good companies that do good work. Heck, it is hard to get anyone to pick up a phone and spend a little time with you explaining things. requested a quote thru website. never heard back from company for over 4 days. when email returned, they offered to come out for quote. i waited a week, contacted them thru email again. they replied with "next week", well today is the end of "THAT WEEK" and have not heard nor seen anyone from this company, no call no email no NOTHING. poor service, poor and VERY slow repsonse.. will be moving on as the estimate was needed for insurance, without the roof getting fixed, i cant get insurance to cover it.. so they lost out on a job! very UNHAPPY

After checking with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for licensing, and reading the incredible reviews that were posted, there was no doubt I had found the perfect company. No surprises either! Robert was the best, working with me and my time frame, as I had them convert my flat ten-year-old rolled roofing into a new foam system on the flat portions of my home. From the first day on the job, I was immediately impressed with the entire crew, all very professional and thoroughly skilled. They performed daily cleanup of my landscape, materials and debris and kept me well informed. This company is impeccable and, with the knowledge and friendliness of their employees, they exceeded my expectations by far. It is no wonder they have the reviews they do. They are the best!

I had MSW repair the foam portion of my roof a few years back and was so pleased with that job, I called when I needed the shingle part of my roof replaced. Robert stated a 7am start time and at the stroke of 7am they were there on the job. It was completed on time. Rather than talk about how good it looks I'll just share the pic and a video. You can see how well the front foam portion is holding up. Yes I would recommend this company.

I asked MSW to spray foam the AC duct on my roof for sealing and insulation purposes. They were quite responsive, very friendly, clean and precise. I'm quite pleased with the work performed. They did have minimum charge required but I'm hoping it will be worth the additional expense. :)

MSW, led by Robert, is a fantastic roofing company. They did our flat roof this week and we were very impressed with their professionalism, sincerity, and timely work. Robert kept us in the loop regarding the different stages of the prep work, the process of foaming and coating, the products they are using, etc, and they even provided us satellite pictures of the final finished work. Their workers cleaned the entire compound after they finished the roofing work, which is much appreciated. Price wise, Robert gave us the best price. We had quotes from seven different roofers and his was the most honest and reasonable estimate. We will certainly recommend MSW and use them again for roof maintenance.

Excellent job MSW with both my patio roof and drywall replacement in my kitchen. Fantastic workmanship, scheduling and cost for the scope of work completed. Did a repair job in late October 2015,that didn't hold, came back and repaired, which is honorable and in adherence to contract. The patch that was placed didn't hold but the original warranty expired - didn't warranty his repair, which happened about a year after original fix. While contractual obligations we're met, none of the work sustained the leak for more than a year and therefore I would not recommend. I would also argue the time frame of repairs lasting a year is generous given the infrequent, significant, storms the valley is subject to. Owner states that he would have hoped the repair worked, I am looking for more assurance from a repair job.

MSW Contracting is awesome! When it was time to recoat our roof, we called 3 companies to bid. From the time we met Charles, he was hands down the best company. He was on time, had spot on recommendations, guaranteed his work and the outcome was better than we could have imagined.
