We had a roof tile that came loose and needed it put back in place. Ryan contacted me and was here same day and fixed it FREE of charge. He was polite, communicative, trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all of our future roofing needs.

Setting out to redo my roof, I got 7 estimates. I was able to put together different ideas from all the companies and picked and choose how I wanted the roof to be done. Real Roofing not only had the best price but their base materials were considered upgrades with all the other companies I looked at. Their estimate was just over $3000 less than the closest and most comparable bid and they even dealt with the removal and reinstall of my solar panels. We had a 32 year old concrete tile roof that needed replacing. We received bids from Real Roofing and others. They were reasonably priced, finished the roof in 113 degree sun, cleaned the yard, replaced broken tiles, installed new metal valleys and bird guards, and we are very happy with the finish.

I reached out to Tyler at Real roofing as soon as I was needing a replacement for one of my rentals. Tyler responded quickly and drove out to inspect the property the very next day. The inspection report and quote were very detailed and professionally presented. Their pricing is competitive and their customer service is top notch!

I'm extremely happy with the work Real Roofing did at my home. They replaced the 30 year old underlayment on my tile roof, which means removing all of the tiles, existing underlayment and then installing new underlayment and placing the tiles back. They were able to complete the work within a week. Their team onsite was very professional and paid close attention to quality as well as daily cleanup. Solar came off in end of March still not back on. Roof finish last week 5/19. Leak of tar smell inside house for three days. A/c guy came out and fixed that. When doing the garage side worker fell part way through the roof hole in garage sealing (still not fixed) by roofing company.

Real Roofing has been really professional from start to finish. Met them through a referral via agent who is very known in Orange County. They were very reliable and executed flawlessly and on time schedule. Whenever I called them, they picked up the phone call in less than a second to guide through all questions I had. It was a big job since they had to lay the new plywood base and they executed flawlessly, and it looks real good. They were also accommodating and flexible to various schedules.

Real roofing was a nice company to hire for our roof addition. We did encounter a few unexpected issues but they were responsive and made the necessary changes within a reasonable timeframe. We did have a few hiccups early on, pricing ended up being different on day of install because of a miscalculation. That was unexpected, but they worked with us after coming to an agreement. We had direct contact to the project manager which made things more efficient. Overall Real Roofing did great work on our new roof!!

They were knowledgeable of the available products and what I needed to insure the roofs integrity! Michael and Nate communicated well and sent a great crew out to work on my roof. The workers were respectful of my property, friendly and went above and beyond my expectation!
I only had the roof done on half my house (the part where the solar will go). Yet, when they found broken tiles on the part they didn’t work on, they replace them, free of charge!
I will be calling them back to replace the felt on the rest of the roof when the time comes to do it!

The whole crew worked hard and did a great job replacing the underlayment on my roofing and replacing some broken tiles and old splintered wood. Peter was very helpful in sales and doing the initial roof inspection. He provided me with videos of the problem areas he found. And Nate, who headed up the workers and brought materials out, did a wonderful job of making sure everything got done correctly and communicating with me at each step of the way. All work began and ended on time.

Real Roofing’s initial contact and site visit for the roof repair was great, however, getting in their schedule to complete the work was very frustrating. I would send emails and make calls to remind them and would not get any information. Finally the work was small enough that the initial estimator decided he would do the repair himself and the work ended up getting completed. The repair work was done well and we are happy with the results.
