Clayton Peterson was so easy to work with. Unforgettable painted our entire house while we were out of town for a few days and even covered my truck with plastic so they didn’t get any paint on it. A very professional company that delivered what was agreed upon and more. I was very impressed by the work done for our condominiums and the cooperation of the workers and Mr. Sean Swenson who was in charge of the operation and gave us a fair bid on the project.

Sean and his team were on site at our community for a few weeks. Communication between them and each unit owner was outstanding. They gave us plenty of time to prepare in advance of their workers starting on each unit. Once the job was complete they came back and spot checked every unit for over painting and additional cleanup. They went above and beyond and over delivered. I am president of Sunset Mesa association in Las Vegas. Our community hired Unforgettable to paint 196 townhomes, stucco & all trim. The work was started on time, finished on time and the workmanship, courtesy, notification to homeowners was excellent. Any touch ups were seen to immediately. The employees went above and beyond to accommodate everyone. We did not have one complaint from homeowners which is exceptional! The project was started towards the end of 2019 & completed early in 2020. As a board member, I highly recommend Unforgettable. We have ONE piece of greenery out back here at Red Mountain Plaza, here in beautiful, historic Boulder City. This company is doing exterior painting here. Unfortunately the workers chose to use this one area to urinate. Justin Swenson, project manager was asked why he didnt provide a port-a-potty for his workers and excuses were his replies. So this company is entirely at fault for not providing their workers with means to relieve themselves during long days at work. Now as to the workers culpability, there is NOT one business here, mine included, that would have been opposed to those men using our facilities. Piss poor operation from top to bottom, (pun intended). Zero stars for zero class. By the way, public urination and or defication is a crime here in our great state.

Let’s make this clear, I own a condo and it was my HOA that hired Unforgettable Coatings. I had no influence on the board’s selection. It’s important to note that I was treated like I was the customer not the HOA. I was at the meeting where the board made their decision and Unforgettable was the only company that gave a presentation at the HOA meeting.

During the process of painting the outside of my building I had the good fortune to come in contact with Michael Lawruk. He takes customer service to a new level. No matter what the issue Michael took care of everything in lightening speed. I admit I am very demanding and I was impressed far beyond my expectations. If you are on the board of your HOA I can assure you that your owners will appreciate the treatment they receive and quality of the work they will enjoy.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Unforgettable Coatings. Clay is awesome and makes sure things get done. I've also had awesome experiences with Terrell, who has also been amazing. Great quality work backed by a great team.

Unforgettable Coatings recently painted our entire community at Fairway Pointe. They did an amazing job, the crew were considerate and friendly hard workers. The crew chief was always on site and proper notification was given to all residents of when to expect their home to be worked on. Any problems were addressed quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Unforgettable Coatings was hired by our Homeowners Association after an exhausting bid process with many companies that participated in that process. Our community is Vintage Vegas with a brand new look and painting that has put the past 45 years to shame with big box store paint palettes.

Briefly, UCI performed exactly as they said they would. They were timely and efficient. But most importantly they kept their word and came back a year later to repaint garage doors and trim which had faded due to a paint issue that had no bearing on their performance. This was done at no charge to the HOA. We have been very satisfied with the expediency of their responses.

I’ve been a Vegas resident for over 20 years and have NEVER experienced such AWESOME customer service. Not only do the painters show up on time, but they are super friendly, dressed professionally, and clean up when they are done. They literally paint with huge smiles on their face and take the time to answer any questions. Their work is unmatched & can’t be beat. The company also gives back to the community! stole a spare key from my patio, broke my window and said nothing, left a huge mess more than once including screws all over my drive way , one of which is now stuck in my car tire . They did a sloppy half ass job and stare a little too much in my opinion , very unprofessional .
