After the hurricane practically destroyed several of my rental properties, I was able to connect with Trust Public adjusting through my property management company. I’m giving this company 5 stars but the truth is, they deserve a million stars. There aren’t enough words in the English dictionary to describe how absolutely grateful we are for them.
We bought our first home in December 2021 that had a brand new roof put on in September 2021 and we were excited to turn it into a home. By the end of June 2022 (not even a year later) we noticed that the floor appeared to be buckling in the back room by the fire place. Initially we thought it was the top flooring which we wanted to replace eventually anyways so we started looking at flooring.. within a week it went from kind of bad to absolutely horrific and that’s when we realized this was a much bigger problem. Not only did the top flooring need to be replaced but the entire subfloor as well. We called our home owners insurance and they sent out an adjuster and a leak detection company. They found that the chimney was leaking due to not being sealed properly back in September. After waiting months while the damage became worse and worse every day spreading throughout the whole house, our insurance adjuster called us to inform us that they were giving us 13k and that should cover it… at this point we already had multiple flooring companies come out and give us quotes ranging from 25k-60k. To say we were appalled is an understatement. We had many sleepless nights that week wondering how we were going to get through this and fix our home. We were devastated. While speaking to a family member it was recommended to us to call a private adjuster which we had no idea this was even a thing. Within moments of inquiring online, Jill called right away and in minutes we went from horrified to hopeful. Jill and Sterling came out to our home within a couple days from that phone call and were so comforting and reassuring. They were thorough, polite and professional. They fought our insurance company for us and won. It was a long battle but we were made aware that it would take time and we were understanding. It paid off and we have finally received enough funds to fully fix our home and move past this nightmare of an experience with our insurance company. If anybody else is going through a similar situation, without hesitation call Trust Public Adjusting right away and rest assured they will have your back. I can not say enough about this company. I don't understand what people do without them during an insurance claim. My husband and I had our AC flood and ruin our new flooring we put down along with dry wall and baseboards. We called Trust Public because my mom recommended them and I thought "I don't know what I'm doing I might as well"... praise God we did. Michael came out immediately to assess the damage (next day)... he had every gadget you could think of to measure moisture and take readings of EVERYTHING. At that point we knew we were in good hands. We still had a long road ahead of us because the insurance company fought us the entire time. Sending us letters that went well beyond our knowledge. But continuously Michael assured us and told us not to worry that there were laws and we had rights. What should have been an easier claim was dragged out by the insurance company and they waited till the last minute they could on every deadline. We ended up going to mediation were Sterling fought for us. He is a SHARK. We are BEYOND happy with the outcome. We can get everything fixed! This was not an easy road but the road without Trust Public would have been a sad unfulfilling one. DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM. Thank you Michael Thank you Sterling. Our Adjustor Mike has been on our claim and doing a great job. Unfortunately They had to turn my claim over to a lawyer. They have done all the work and notified me along the way im just waiting to see how the lawsuit is settled. I would rate them very high on customer service . Any time i have a quedtion they reply quickly and clearley.

2) Sterling, the owner at Trust Public Adjusting Group, did a great job of negotiating and securing a settlement with my insurance company from damage due to Hurricane Michael. His group of Structural Engineers was highly knowledgeable and found damage I never realized was there. For instance, during the storm the roof decking had lifted from the trusses in several places but resettled afterwards, leaving small separations where attached along nails heads protruding through the shingles which caused roof leaks between the drywall and stucco leaving wood damage. I have completed 75% percent of my repairs and feel fortunate to have had Sterling working for me because I have several friends still waiting on a final settlement between their adjuster and their Insurance company .

I’ll just say that they did it all, paid for themselves, plus got me enough to do my roof and pay off a student loan. only way to deal with an insurance claim.

This group of people went over and above to help us out. We had been fighting with our insurance company. After the third time of them telling us that there was nothing wrong with our roof except it was about 9 years old and that they said was close to life on a Florida roof. They even bad a professional licensed roofing engineer come and give us a complete write up. It stated there was no damage to our roof, even though 3 roofing companies had told we did. In addition, he rattled listing this and that were not issues with our roof.

Into my life, walked the slayer of insurance companies. Seth Parr! I had been given his name by a friend. What a wonderful thing it turned out to be. The first time he came out to our , he was on our roof for approximately 30 -45 minutes inspecting the roof and taking pictures. When he came, showed him a copy of what the insurance inspector had written up, after he told me what he had found. He said that he and the Trust Advisior’s engineer could be able to contradict everything that they had said was not wrong.

After about 2 months of compiling data, Seth sent the insurance company a complete file proving that the insurance company was wrong. In the end, Seth was able to get insurance company to settle for enough to repair my roof and also his fees.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and their employees. They are wonderful.

Mike was our adjuster and couldn’t be more thrilled with his performance. Communication throughout the process, his thoroughness and process explanation was top tier. I am new to FL and in my 55 years and 7 homes, I never new what these adjusters can do for homeowners. I purchased our FL home in March and had concerns with our roof even though our home inspector said it was in good shape. In September of the same year, a neighbor told us about Mike.
