We recently purchased a home that the lanai hadn't been taken care of for years. We hired Atlantic coast screens to do a pressure wash and rescreen. It was unbelievable what Bret, Jeff and James were able to do making the lanai look new again. We would highly recommend Atlantic coast screens to everyone. Thanks again for a great job!

This 5 star review was well earned. After we received a quick, free estimate, we were scheduled immediately. In between the daily storms, both workers tirelessly and professionally completed a HUGE screen ‘cage’.
They were very respectful and polite which is Greatly appreciated!

We were ready to sign our quote and pay our deposit today, but our insurance company requires measurements on the quote so we had to call the office, and later get a call back from Bruce requesting he update the quote to include measurements. We were surprised they weren't originally included, but he does this for a living...so we didn't question it. He did our quote Monday. Today is Friday. He said he couldn't find our quote, wouldn't come back to measure until we signed to complete the work and paid a deposit. Seemed shady. We asked again for measurements as required by Frontline. Bruce was rude, raised his voice, and told us someone else could do our work. These comments went on for a while unfortunately. He also yelled at us that we shouldn't have called the office to ask for measurements. The office was pleasant. It's so unfortunate that this is their sales representation. The Google reviews are deceiving. Maybe the work is good if you don't deal with Bruce, but he was condescending during his Monday visit, but we tried to look passed it. After today's experience I had to leave a review. I hope no one else has to experience Bruce.

This morning we were sent a harassing rude text from Bruce about our review. The unprofessionalism continues. In his text he mentioned a man named Jake who we've never heard of or spoke to. We dodged a bullet not using Bruce's team or Atlantic Coast Screens. I will ensure to spread the word through all of our social media and networking channels. Word of mouth can do wonders.

Did an outstanding job installing a screen enclosure for my house to cover a very large area and the end production was excellent and we are now enjoying a very nice and clean yard and saved tons of maintenance money. The team also communicated very professionally with me and did all the engineering and permitting work with the County in a timely fashion. I'm so glad I did the screen enclosure with them ☺️....

They did an amazing job on our back porch we needed redone. The one before was messed up and leaking, causing all sorts of issues. Couldn’t have asked for a better team, nice, friendly, and quick. Got our pavers in and porch up in no time and I am in love! Thank you!

Tried to get an estimate with them and the first time I was given.. No show and no call.. I called them and set another time for the same day and once again.. No show and no call.. I should not have to call twice in once day just to try and get an estimate done. If you could not make the first time, how about calling the customer and schedule another time that you can make it out. Even the 2nd time I was given, you could have called and said you are running late but we are on the way. I read some of the other comments before reaching out and thought this was a reliable company but after the experience I had I'm not so sure about that.

I just read your reply and your company was not in contact with me to let me know you were running behind schedule. If your company would have reached out than I would not have called twice to find out what happen. The first time I called nothing was said about why they didn't make the initial time. Rescheduled and they didn't make the second time either. YES I called. Your company did not reach out to me to let me know they were running behind and when I asked what happen it was as if they did not want to answer and gave the most generic answers. They did not miss one time but two times and Yes I did cancel bc I felt as if my business was not important to your company. A phone call would have been welcomed instead of me having to call and find out what was going on. Please do not try and make as if your company was in contact with me bc they were not.

Wow! What an incredible job they did! They were so professional, quick, cleaned up everything afterwards, and were priced very reasonably! They communicated so well, and everyone from Damien the owner, to Amanda in the office, to Ruben and his team were a delight to talk to and work with. I highly recommend them to everyone!!

Dealing with Atlantic coast screens was awesome the men arrived first thing in the morning and was ready to work and they did a awesome job cleaned up did way better than I thought that they would do I would recommend this company highly!

I never had to price another screen company. They gave me a great price and we couldn’t be happier with the job they did!!! Class act to follow! 5 stars for sure and I know who I’ll call next tine!

Our screen repair looks amazing! You'd never know a tree fell through it. This is a great company and they do excellent work.

For the past twenty years, no exaggeration, I had used another company to do all my screen repairs. But that company seriously botched a project and I needed a rescue. That’s where Atlantic came in and came through! Their configuration and craftsmanship were soooo much better. And they also ended up being less expensive! I have a new screen company now and will never call anyone else!! They rock!
