We had a patio cover installed and due to miscommunciation with the general contractor we realized thwir were some concerns and issues. When i reached out to Blake he was very helpful and very responsive to our concerns. He arranged for Rick to come out before thw install to clarify some things and he and answered all questions and made some corrections. The crew showed up on a Sunday and built our covered patio. They crew were friendly and also answered some questions and made a suggestion that made the project even better.

Overall I would very much recommend these guys to everyone. We are very satisfied with the final product. In fact I am looking into having them install an additional feature in our backyard!

I had the fortune to have two young men Joseph and Fonzi from Miller Screen come and make repairs to my pool screen. They were professional and conscientious. Now a retired professional, I have unfortunately during the last several years noticed a discernable lack of "doing a job well". These two young men not only did the work well, but also insured that I was satisfied with their work. From what I could ascertain, Miller Screen does take great care in who works for their company. Miller Screen had repaired my pool screen after severe hurricane damage and since has survived subsequent hurricanes and high winds. This most recent repair was again done well. Thank you Joseph and Fonzi and thank you to the owners of Miller Screen who hire competent and conscientious employees.

I had an elite room done. It’s surpass my expectations. Two man crew that worked like six men lead man, Brandon, a.k.a. the claw and his crew Joe hit the ground running and they were stopped until the job was done. It took them 3 1/2 days never left a mess always cleaned up At the end of the day and explain to me in great detail on the install. Without a doubt, I will be recommending Miller’s screen’s to family and friends and if you’re reading this check this family own company at treat you like family.

What a great company to work with! Miller's did our original screens for our lanai and pool area back in late 2019, and the fine workmanship has been evident. After the hurricane last year, five screen panels needed replacing, and they were able to quickly work us into their busy schedule. Recently, a wind storm resulted in some minor tears to two of the older panels, and they again quickly and professionally completed the repair. Thank you!

Miller Screen put up our pool cage about a year ago, and it's held up awesomely through 2 hurricanes. Recently noticed a couple loose screen panels, Bowen came out and squared them away no-charge. Thanks!

Wow! They really know what they are doing. Had a screen porch added to my deck. They worked expeditiously and got it done in two days and it’s beautiful. I did have one little section that was not their fault that was leaking and they came out and fixed it for me without even having to. I love it and I love them. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

I am over all satisfied and happy I chose Miller's Screen and definitely would recommend them. They did an excellent job and it looks great. I'm glad we went with all 20/20 screen and added the 48" door. It was not a huge deal but after waiting several months to receive a call for a start date it was postponed 3 times. I think realistically only 7-9 days after the original start date but just seem like a yo-yo for awhile there.
The only reason I did not rate 5 star is due to housekeeping from the workers that was here. We picked up trash from the yard blowing around. I had to pull plastic,papers etc out of my pool filter basket for 2 days. The big issue for me was everything that was left in the bottom of the pool when they packed up and were finished: screws, pieces of metal from what they cut, cigarette butt, cigarette lighter, and metal shavings.
I did pass this information along to the salesman which assured me he would pass it along to the owner which would definitely address the issues.

We have the largest span of Megaview possible. Two sections. Very happy with the result. Screen is almost invisible. We look out at the 6th green of the Ocean Course. The crew was great and very professional. They did a fantastic job.

We were lucky enough to have team Kyle and Thor from Millers Screen to work on our lanai.They reframed our lanai, screened it, and replaced our lanai door. They did an exceptional job! Their clean up after the job was awesome! We are very happy with it. Thank you!

Our pool screen was damaged from the hurricane in 2024 and yesterday, Brandon came out to do the repairs. I cannot say enough about how WONDERFUL this man was. He truly cared about making sure we were completely satisfied with all the repairs before he left and even went above and beyond to fix some other parts of the screen that weren't due to the storm. We live on the Intercoastal Waterway and wanted to take advantage of our view. We worked with the folks at Miller Screen to come up with best/economical design. We incorporated a 30’ Mega View to take give us the view/look we were looking for. I have been in the construction industry for 45 years and have to admit this was one of the most seamless project i have been involved with. From Design to Permitting to Construction it all went very well. The Crew that did the actual construction were amazing. “Sticks” & his crews workmanship were outstanding. Extremely happy with project and would recommend Millers to anyone!

On Oct. 30 Dave called to be sure I was home as we had an appt. I had 2 23x33 and 1 77x35 screens.
He informed me they would all be the same price and he would need ,if he came a down payment and then I would be put on a waiting list. He said he would not charge a service call. He never came.
Never had such poor customer service. This is just making money on the mis fortune of others .

We recently had a screen room added to the back of our house and we love it. The whole experience from beginning to end was great. Ricky and Cali did a beautiful job for us!

Made a call a day or two After the hurricane. We didn't have huge damage but wanted my screens fixed. They came out within two weeks fixed it within 45 minutes. Can't say enough about Brendan. He did a great job fixing the screens. Great company to do business with.

I used millers screen for my backyard lanai a while ago and they did an amazing job in the front as they did in the back! No hurricane damage to the mesh either. Highly recommended and great customer service!

I used Miller's Screen for my lanai expansion project. They prepared all documents that I needed for my HOA filings and obtained all needed city permits. They installed a mega view screen which provides a beautiful view of a pond and the woods in my backyard. Their installers showed up on schedule and completed the work with no interruption. The sales manager communicated all steps of the project with me and returned my texts and calls promptly when I had any question. They finished the work a few days before hurricane Milton arrived at this part of the state and the installations/screens were all in good condition afterwards. We are very satisfied with the project.

I reached out to Bowen with Miller's Screen in March 2023. It was obvious to me they were very busy and had many customers to get to, but I was treated with a great deal of respect and patience to get my patio screened in. And it's such a beautiful enhancement to my outdoor space. It was absolutely worth the wait!

But their customer service does not stop there. After Hurricane Milton, I reached out to Bowen to ask about a minor repair and he immediately responded and remembered exactly which finishes I installed and where I was located. He was about to help me out in an incredibly short period of time. I am happy to both support a local business and actually feel like they are a part of my community. We had such a great experience with Miller's Screen. From inception to completion. Mark was terrific and very professional. He even drew up our plans to give to our HOA and for our permits. He was always available to us and very detailed. The installers, Stix, Ben and Shaun were great and really took their time to properly install the screens. I’ve used Miller Screen for 20+ years and I’ve had a great experience the four times I’ve used them. 20 years ago they re-screened my pool enclosure and done a Great job. I recently had them put a whole new screen enclosure over my pool with a partial patio deck roof and I am super pleased. I just had them put in a new screen enclosure on my mother‘s place in summer trees. Excellent work once again I highly recommend them.

I contacted Bowen in regards to adding in a doggy door to my previously screened in back patio and replacing old/broken door hardware. Bowen was great with communicating and walking me through the steps to get my project going! Once they got to my house the workers completed the project with no problems and I barely knew they were there! Project looks great and clean was perfect! Excellent work and very responsive. Called them for a follow up and took are of it. We recently had our patio extended by Coastal Pavers and a screen enclosure built over it by Miller Screens. Both were excellent companies to work with. Mark Hughes of Miller Screens sold us both services and made the process very easy by supplying us all the documents we needed in a PDF file to submit to our HOA for approval. Mark is very knowledgeable and responds to emails and phone messages promptly. The team “Mickey” that erected the screen enclosure was excellent. So hardworking, professional and pleasant. Likewise, the team that worked on the patio pavers from Coastal Pavers was also excellent. I highly recommend both companies.

We had our back lanai screened in by Millers Screen. We could not be happier with our decision to get the back porch screened in!! We were expecting a big bulky screen with a lot of panels and it would maybe take away from our view of the pond behind our house. The screen is amazing, it does not block our view at all and it has a very updated material and structure support. The screen is very durable and the material they used blocks out the weather very nicely. We were very surprised with how much wind the screen blocked out and good the material is of the screen & support structure.

We would recommend Millers Screen to anyone in the surrounding area. Also - The install was very timely, they came out right after they got the permit to install. Bowen Miller communicated with us the entire time and great customer service. After we had a slight hiccup with our door hinge and the Millers sent out a service team THE NEXT DAY and had it fixed! We are so happy with our screened in back porch and feel we have truly upgraded our home!!

Blake Miller and his entire staff did a fantastic job with our pool enclosure. Prior to contacting Miller Screen, we were using another company and they took our money and abandoned the job. When I contacted Blake Miller at Miller Screen, he immediately stepped up and offered to help. He was extremely helpful and assisted us in recovering from the prior mishap with the other company. He even showed up at the job site and ensured all was going well. The installation crew led by Ben was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this company! I had my lanai cage screens and an overhead drainpipe repaired today and Cali, the representative from Miller’s Screen did an amazing job. He was very efficient, friendly and kept the pool area clean. So happy to have such a wonderful screen company in our area!

I waited 4 weeks for Miller Screen to come to my
Home and make a simple repair to replace some rusted metal panel. Two young guys showed up towards the end of the day ( wearing shirts that said “worth the wait” ) with no caulk and had to use what I had in my garage. I was told they weren’t the regular repair crew so didn’t carry caulk One of them told me I had corrosion and then went back to the office and told them I needed 1x2s and brackets. It was not corrosion. It was dried up old caulk that they chose not to remove and then did a half a$$ job caulking around it. The workers left with me on my hands and knees cutting away the old caulk and my screen room was as ugly as ever.
I was told the regular repair man would be out the next morning but no one showed. I sent an email and was told I’d get a call from the owner when he came in. A few hours later I sent an email that if I didn’t hear back from him by the end of the day, I’d find someone else to repair and they could keep my $200 deposit for the materials. I was then told he was waiting for the salesman. I never received a call from either of them and then got an email about replacing other materials that weren’t corroded. Pictures are of how they left the repair looking followed by an actual professional repair.
Forget about the girl in the office. She’s pleasant until you question how they do things and then gets indignant and argumentative.
The first set of photos including my dirty hands is how they left the job. The last 6 photos are how it looks now after someone actually did a professional job that I only waited two days for. There were no additional materials needed

This is my 2nd Miller's Screen lanai enclosure project and my 2nd 5-star review. Our salesperson, Mark Hughes, is the epitome of professionalism - knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and he invested time with us to ensure our design would meet needs we hadn't even considered.

While our home was being built, Mark kept in touch with us personally. Once the project began, Mark visited the site several times to ensure our satisfaction with the process and the end product.

The install team on site was every bit as professional. They worked hard, clearly had the expertise required, and were responsive to our questions.

Our project also involved Miller's Screen needing to work with our pool and deck project owners. Mark and the Miller's Screen ownership ensured communication between all parties was timely, accurate, and that every small detail was approached from the perspective of the homeowner.

Miller's put up our pool cage originally. Four years later we had a small mega gutter leak. They sent Zack (aka Cali) out to repair. Zack insisted the ticket not be closed until we were sure the leak was completely repaired. He made 3 return trips and he was amazing. After each rain event, he would txt and inquire if we still had a leak. What incredible customer service. It is fixed now and Miller's really should be proud of this employee. Thank you Miller's and thank you Zack fr California.

Entire Lanai screen construction was executed perfectly. Miller's Screen installed the structure on my new construction home in Palm Coast Plantation with a two man crew in a matter of days. The entire structure was fabricated at the facility and brought in for a custom fit to my pool pad. Mikey and his team mate were super polite and took time to answer any questions we had during the construction process. I would highly recommend Miller's Screen!

So, in three days I had the exciting experience of watching the Miller screen crew put up a mega view screen with an elite roof over my pool and patio area to create this magnificent screened in area. The guys that did the installation were exceptional. They worked hard, they were polite, and they cleaned up after themselves and, they did it in 3 days……. unbelievable! One could not ask for more. Once you see the pictures, you’re going to realize how special our patio has become after completion. Thank you Miller screening. You did an outstanding job!

After much research, I contracted with Miller's to screen in our front porch and expand our back porch with their Mega View product. The front porch has been completed and it is AWESOME. Bowen and the team (Brandon and Deacon) were communicative, prompt, and provided a beautiful product.

If you have any kind of view out of the back of your house, don't think twice, just call Miller's and ask for the Mega View. You will NOT regret it! Bryan and Nick installed our Florida Glass for our lanai. We couldn’t be happier with these guys! Very professional and courteous, worked nonstop without breaks. I recommend them highly, ask for Bryan and Nick if you consider installing Florida glass!

Miller's was the only screen repair company that returned my call or answered the phone when i started the process of getting my pool enclosure re-screened after the damage from Hurricane Ian. I got in line for their service and they arrived when expected and completed the work quickly. the quality was great and every person I dealt with was professional. Will definitely use then again in the future when needed!
Update! Used Miller's again for some storm damage and they knocked it out of the park again. Will always use these guys. Their Tech Joseph was super to work with. He was courteous, fast, and did a 5 star job.
