Building a pool cage is one thing standing behind your product is another. Our pool cage was built in 2019 and from the beginning we have had them out several times and it was very difficult to get scheduling for those appointments as they don’t show up and take forever to schedule repairs. The repairs for Band-Aids on a job that was done incorrectly to begin with The pool cage. The gutter continues to leak and that’s never been resolved from the beginning. Had a very difficult time in getting an appointment and finally today Chad came out. My husband was a little short with him as we are frustrated with the process of getting them to come out And the resolution to this problem. Chad simply responded when my husband said that the job wasn’t done properly to begin with he’s out of here wonderful customer service so you may be good with them building your cage, but do not expect them to follow up in any repairs or any defects in their work I give them a one star and especially at the response of an owner of a company should never say I’m out of here and walk away from a customer.

I called and made an appointment for an estimate on my pool enclosure, screen doors and Screen panels. They gave me an appointment for the next Friday at 4:00 p.m. From 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. I waited at home for someone to show up for the estimate, nothing happened and it was a no-show. I called the next morning to find out why nobody came and could get no answer or response to my phone inquiry either. When they made the appointment for the estimate, they even gave me the name of the person who would be coming, but he never showed. A good customer service company would have called on Friday for the no show, and definitely on my next day call asking why they failed to show. I am currently searching for another company for my job.

made a apointment on Friday after 5 after they close, Then blamed me i didnt confirm. it's not possible to trust them now, It was explained time sensitive to time with a reroof made me wait a week for the apointment. I cancled plans to meet them. not even a apology and they blamed me! they claimed tried to call and comfirm and why they are not comming, my call log shows NO missed calls. Very unprofessional, very frustrating.

Arranged first appointment in advance. Cancelled it few hours before the appointment time. The lady asked if Chad can come over for next day, but cancelled it again few hours before the appointment time. I wonder they think I can just sit and wait for them? Can't figure it out how they schedule an appointment.

I had quality first aluminum install a lenai installed at my house. they did an excellent job and spaced out the payments. they were on time and did a great job.

We got a full screen around our pool… it is set away from our home. Great company, constant communication to keep me in the loop! All done in a timely fashion. The crew was friendly & cleaned up after the job!

Had them build us a rather large enclosure, with clearview option, from beginning to end of process Chad and all his employees were very professional and knowledgeable on the process, I had a lot of moving parts with project and they gave me the do and don'ts along the way, the final product turned out amazing, and there pricing in my opinion was very fair, highly recommended, thank you 1st Aluminum you guys were awesome!!

Got 2 qoutes prior to Chad coming out. Owner & installer. Family owned business. Told us when could do job. Was quick with scheduling. Measurments, permits. Went with a dome enclouser with the better 20/20 screen. Chad, Robby, Collin had it all done, all trash cleaned within 3 days. Great company Highly recommend. We love our new enclourer makes the area look so much bigger. Love the Dome shape. Great decision. Great price.

Scheduling was bit of a headache, but they got me in 2 months after the projected schedule time.

They did a rescreening and new door installation. Work was done in a timely manner and quality is great and price was VERY reasonable compared to other quotes I gotten.

Workers left screw all over my patio. Picked up 1 handful of loose hardware.

I made and appointment to have some patio screens repaired and spoke with Kaila to have Chad Henderson come and replace the screens. No one showed up and no one called to say they weren't coming. I called and left a message but have not gotten any return call. Would not do business with this company! They don't know what respect and customer service is!

I got EXACTLY what I asked for. I love, love, love my screen porch and couldn’t be happier with the results!
The only thing that would have improved my experience would be better communication about the time line of the project.

Chad did a great job adding an Elite composite roof to our outdoor kitchen area. Very pleased with the outcome.

We just had our birdcage / screen finished today. Danny worked very hard to get it completed timely for us. We are very glad that he worked on our cage and completed it so nicely. Would recommend and hire again if ever needed.

After getting several estimates to rescreen our pool cage, we finally selected Quality 1st Aluminum. One of the best decisions we've made regarding our home. First of all, their price was very fair. More importantly, the quality of their work was outstanding. My wife and I were amazed how quickly they removed the old screen and attached the new one, considering we have a decent size lanai. The crew was very experienced and paid attention to details, like dealing with the leaf guards on my gutter and fixing my cage doors. Thank you Chad and Paula for a job well done.

Chad and Paula for phenomenal.. i couldn't have asked for a better company to do my screening. They meet the needs of their customers and everything is done in a timely manner. If ever i need repairs or another back patio screening done i know who to call on. My husband and I love it.

We have had our enclosure done by this company at two different properties we have owned and they are great! Chad is great to work with and really knows what he is doing! Paula makes the process as easy as possible with her skills with the administrative side and permitting. Chad listens to what your ideas are and he offers the solution for your vision. They really care about their customer and the enclosures are awesome! Just like the company name - Quality 1st- their product and work ethic is Quality and we would never call anyone else with our screen enclosure needs!

First off the owner himself came out, which is a plus in my book. Asked questions regarding the style , color and where we would like the posts placed. He measured off and said this would work better than what we thought we would like. Our lanai faces the west so full sun in the afternoons. We back up to several acres of woods so seeing the wild life is important to us. We have had the elite roof for a couple of years now. With heavy winds it has remained sturdy and never leaked.

Quality 1st Aluminum put up a 12×40 elite insulated roof on our Lani near our pool. The quality of work, materials stainless nuts & bolts were very encouraging. I've seen many lani's where the bolts have rusted causing some maintenance issues. We have had our elite roof now, for nearly three years. No leaks and looks as good as it did since day one. We are attaching a pool enclosure and attaching it to the lani. Quality 1st Aluminium will be installing our enclosure. Highly recommend this company, they are neat, on time and deliver on their promises.
