Both Alex Gutterman & Dan Lain were very knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of the buying and closing process. They were a breath of fresh air. We didn't run into any issues on their end of the process. We are very happy and will be recommending Brite Homes to any friends that will be looking to buy in the future.

We closed on our new Brite Home yesterday. The sales person, Alex Gutterman was a joy to work with. The construction manager Dan Lain was awesome. Dan took us through the entire house on final walk thru, everything was perfect. He was also very thorough on the orientation. Would absolutely recommend Brite Homes!

We just moved into our new Brite Home in Palm Coast, Florida and couldn’t be happier! Our sales rep Alex Gutterman and construction manager Jim made the transition to our new home so easy. They are both always available to help with any questions or concerns we have. We purchased a Brite home (as did my son) and we love our homes. We had an issue caused by the solar company but BRITE homes fixed it completely even though the issue was 4 years old. It was NOT a warranty issue but an installation issue. Very happy with my home and Brite Homes.
