- They went above and beyond and even got some scratches off the side.
- Expert advice, professional work, and just a really good feeling about what might have been a terrible experience.
- The shell was excellent and for a great price.
- Great customer service, very knowledgeable about the product.
- The staff treats you like family and try to be as helpful as possible.
- They forgot to replace a very large grommet that the wiring goes through.
- I started getting a service code on my dash after getting my vehicle back.
- This could have been ordered over the phone, which was a trip that I really didn't have to make.

I got a brush guard, level kit, and side flanges on my Toyota Tundra. DoeDee did great work from start to finish. He got me the best deal for my money and made knowledgeable recommendations. They went above and beyond and even got some scratched off the side and installed a tag on the front bumper for me. I can tell this is a business who's priority is people and not only money.

Super super super helpful folks. Roadside emergency on I-81 ended here, five hours from home. Family could not have treated us better. Expert advice, professional work, and just a really good feeling about what might have been a terrible experience. I cannot rate Deodo and his staff high enough. Truck Outfitters of Tri Cities represents their industry and their area VERY well. And we had a car, not a truck!

They put a class 3 Hitch on my Jeep, nice heavy duty hitch. They also put in oversized bolts, to make it stronger...and works as it's supposed to. However, they forgot to replace a very large grommet that the wiring goes through, to keep fumes from entering inside the vehicle. No biggie, I repaired that issue with minimal effort. I still recommend them to do any specialty job on any and all my equipment.
Update: went back to get Jeep parts replaced that was defective, they replaced and exchanged part because it was still under warranty, however, they still done the same thing with the grommet and put it in upside down this time. Now fumes from the exhaust comes right into the vehicle and this is a $38,000 car. I can pull the back pocket out of my vehicle where The grommet is and and see the exhaust pipe and smell the fumes coming into this vehicle. This vehicle has never been worked on in any way shape form or fashion and was in perfect shape.

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
