I was greeted by a salesman (Nathan Smith) he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me a Acadia that met all our needs. My wife went up a few days later a was giving the keys to test out the vehicle with no salesman present. She loved the car so that’s the one we purchased. I truly appreciate the no pressure sales approach and I enjoyed working with Nathan. I will definitely be looking to buy my next vehicle from Crabtree.

My purchase experience with this dealership was quite impressive. My salesman Kenny, not only got me a fair price but was quick to respond to any message or question. I bought the vehicle sight unseen, and traveled 3 hours to pick it up. They expedited the paperwork due to my travel time, the vehicle was in perfect condition and exactly as promised and they even helped me load my motorcycle in the back of the truck so I could get it back home. I honestly wish this dealership was closer to me as I would use them for all service moving forward. Not always easy to find such good customer service in this industry. Crabtree is the ONLY dealership we will purchase from. We have purchased several vehicles over the years and always from Crabtree. They have ALWAYS provided excellent service. My in-laws, my husband and I as well as both our sons and our daughter-in-law have all been highly satisfied with the vehicles we have purchased and would definitely recommend this dealership. Jackson is so friendly and helpful! He isn’t pushy and makes sure you get the vehicle that you want. Hands down one of the best dealership around. Trace Bratton was our sales consultant. He listen to what you had to say, and was not pushy about selling a car. Best sales man I have ever had and a very nice guy. I think other dealerships around the area should come spend some time with these guys and learn how to do business! I took my Buick in for a few repairs and general maintenance. I had an outstanding recall that was fixed . I also had check engine light and a tire pressure system light.
When all was checked out and I got an estimate of $1200, I thought I either had a stroke or suffered hearing loss.
So being on a lower level of income i had to choose my repairs carefully. I chose to fix the check engine which seemed to be a problem with a thermostat.
The next day after I had paid my bill and got my car, it began overheating so I had to have it towed to a local shop where it was assessed that the hose going into the thermostat housing was leaking. So I now have $367 invested to change a thermostat and the best part is that I found out that did not fix my light ,I needed a temperature sensor replacement.. well live and learn I guess..

We bought a GMC Yukon Denali in December of 2023. Less than a year later in November of 2024 the motor blew. They would not help us, would not work with us, would not get us a motor, or even work on trade. They don’t stand by what they say. We worked with the owners son and he wouldn’t help us in anyway. It’s February 2025 and I am still waiting on a motor from GMC. Poorest service I have ever seen out of a dealership or manufacturer.

The Crabtree staff are friendly. Not pushy at all. My salesman Nathan Smith was interested in meeting all my needs. Promises were few, yet every one made was kept. With no "rip-off" Document fees Crabtree is an honest, straight forward dealership. In fact my brand new 25 GMC was totaled in a freak accident. My experience with Crabtree was so positive I bought a like replacement from them as well. Because they are honest and straight forward. I purchased two 2025 GMC Sierra's in 4 months. Crabtree offered me the best price compared to other GMC dealerships in the area. No Doc fees. Friendly relaxed atmosphere. A true desire to meet my needs. Why go anywhere else. Our family has bought vehicles since the 80s from Crabtree and had good service for years. That does not seem the case anymore. After having our vehicle there for multiple repairs, head gasket replaced, motor replaced and then head gasket went out again, under what we understood was warranty, we were told that the warranty was no longer good cause the vehicle was in our daughter's name not ours. Having spent close to $12000 on vehicle with them and this is poor service in my opinion, is Crabtree not a family owned business anymore? Are they that clueless to how to give good customer service any longer? Good question to ask before trusting the dealership with any future vehicle purchases or repairs . It's a real shame.

Was recommended to see David Meade and it couldn't have gone better. I had to buy a new car quickly because of an accident. David was patient, full of information, and didn't employ any of the typical high pressure sales techniques. David and team were accommodating in any way possible. Made the purchase experience very enjoyable. Not only did I get the car that I wanted, I chose the dealership I believe would support my ownership into the future. Crabtree is a class act, and so is David Meade.

I can't compliment this dealership enough. Not only do they not play the usual dealer game of adding accessories that the customer didn't ask for and doesn't want, but they made me an excellent deal on a 2024 Yukon Denali that was appointed just the way my wife wanted. Moreover, the sales staff didn't rush us through the process, and the finance office wasn't pushy with after-the-sale products. Most of all, they were patient with me. I had an unusual hurdle in my purchase involving the Department of Veterans Affairs and everyone in the process understood that the government moves slow and they were content with a modest deposit to hold the vehicle until all of the boxes were checked. I intend to be a lifelong customer.

Everyone was so kind and easy to work with. This was my first car purchase and Jay was knowledgeable, guided me through the process, and never tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary, which was refreshing. Other dealerships had cars that I liked as well but I ultimately went with the car at Crabtree because of the good people that work there and their honesty.

I purchased a used 2021 tahoe and picked it up Nov 1st. I waited until now to review as used vehicles are used vehicles. Every concern I had was addressed without hesitation. I love my car and I trust Crabtree completely. They are both honest and trustworthy. From Mr Hall & Mr Meade to everyone in offices to repairs dept(shout out to rick who answered this old ladies every question, and there were at least 100). If you're looking for a new or used vehicle I strongly recommend these folks. They practice the old adage "customer first".

Put the chip in but did not test it. No inside button to use the seat warmer yet sent us away that their job was completed. We left the parking lot and went to Lowe’s and tried to figure out how to turn the warmers on. No button. Took the truck back and was told that was the wrong part. They would order the correct one. Over a month slipped by and no work from them. Emailed Nathan and a call came quickly that the part just came in. Don’t believe u have a check and balance system in place or quality review that would permit continuity of processes. A year went by and we were never notified that the chip that the new truck was missing was available which was the start of the above complaint. Next vehicle probably won’t be from Crabtree. Sorry guys. Disappointing service.

We had spoken to our Salesman, Nathan Smith, many times when stopping in for service on our Buick LaCrosse. Nathan always came across as a friendly, pleasant and honest man. When it came time to make a purchase, he was our first and last stop. He was very helpful showing us options on the vehicles on the lot which made our decision easier. We never felt pressured at all. Jackson at Crabtree was very easy to deal with! We were in communication over a week about this deal due to our work schedules. But once we were approved with my credit union he locked in my truck deal. It was going to be 3-4 days before we could get to the dealership to sign papers, and I asked for my windows to be tinted before we picked the truck up. Jackson made that happen! Overall, I will give the dealer and Jackson 5-stars! The only reason I am rating a 9/10 for recommendation is that this deal could not be done through electronic signatures which could've made it easier of us to pickup the truck earlier. But I got the windows tinted during that wait time so all is good!

I recommend you do NOT buy from this dealership. The vehicle I purchased just a few months ago is now in the shop and will no longer be drivable.

This was a used vehicle and it was promised to have been in good mechanical condition and that was very much untrue.
