I can't say enough about the work TruBlue did-completely transforming my master suite. They are professional, on time, very respectful of the client's property, and their work is top notch. Highly recommend, especially for seniors (their specialty). I was so thoroughly impressed with them that I have given them another list of projects. Oh, and the owners are very hands-on and were onsite both days. If you need work done, contact TruBlue. You will not be sorry.

Michael came to the house, gave a reasonable quote to power-wash the house, garage, and RV. He started the work right away (same day as the quote--came prepared to do the job) and did an excellent job from start to finish. I would definitely use this company again -- and would use its other handyman services to improve my home. One of this company's passions is to improve your home's accessibility as you age, so you can remain safely in your home as a senior adult.

I hired Michael Smith after firing a price gauging and incompetent contractor. Michael replaced all damaged and rotted deck boards with new pressure treated ones at a reasonable price. Spoke to Michael Saturday, approved of the price on Sunday, and the project was completed the next 2 days! The entire process was seamless. Michael and his crew worked hard and flew through it so effortlessly and left the property spotless. It was an absolute dream! Michael even threw in some unexpected extras without additional cost. Wow. He cares about the details and quality of the work and this was clear when we first spoke. He took the time to address all of my concerns with openness and respect. Michael is competent, honest, amenable (unlike many arrogant contractors), and reasonably priced. I can trust him. Been in Fredericksburg for 14 years; I FINALLY found my handyman!

For all jobs, large & small, Brandon and his team have done excellent work. They tackle only jobs they can do well, use sound judgment, communicate clearly and timely, and make extra effort to accommodate needs.

I had the pleasure of working with TruBlue to install soft drawer slides on my kitchen cabinets and re grouting the master shower. Mike Smith came out and did the estimate and Robert McNamara was the technician assigned.

Initially, there was some confusion over the size of the slides needed. Robert had to return to get the correct ones, but he was back bright and early the next morning. Slides installed, shower re grouted. Happy customer.

Would I use them again? Indeed! In fact, I am having them come back to install soft cabinet pulls in the kitchen. Love having honey do’s moved to the honey done list!

Positives:

Communication Really loved getting the text with Robert’s picture & a text that he was on the way.

Promptness Robert said he would be here between 9:00 and 9:30 and he was here a little before 9:00 both days.Some companies give you a 4 hour window and you sit and wait and wait, Not TruBlue! 30 minute window and arrived timely.

Professionalism Robert asked several times if I was satisfied and seemed to truly care that I was.

Respect for home Wearing footies throughout the process and putting the drawers on a blanket so the wood floors would not get marked.

Price I feel the price was very reasonable for the work performed.

AMAZING! This guys are so great...they work through the challenges with ease. They installed my new fan in a living room with a 12 foot ceiling and did an excellent job. Every time I have used Brandon and his crew they do exceptional work. Thank you Brandon and Kingsley...I love my new fan!! :)

Michael and Jodi are very dedicated and capable.
They both have a lot of experience doing house construction tasks.
Their work is excellent.

Cory from TruBlue showed up right on time and got to work. I had ceiling damage from an old roof leak that I'd been staring at for 2 years. Completely unnoticeable now and took less than 2 hours. He also cleaned my gutters and downspouts on my garage-another chore I'd been avoiding and can now cross off my list. Great job!!!

The folks at TruBlu of Culpeper did such a fantastic job and I can only give them a glowing review. They came to my home with very little notice and provided a quick estimate and worked with me on pricing. They communicated with me through the entire process and was able to get my home fixed up before we put it on the market. They made a usually miserable process into something easy and affordable. Huge shout out to Jodi, Michael, and Cory for all of their hard work.
