A terrific job all around. Initially, Brett "soft washed" our home's exterior walls, two-level deck, and walkway pavers. The service was top notch and they paid close attention to detail, taping off outlets and protecting my plants and yard. No need for window washing either. I got my windows professionally cleaned a few months ago and they look better now!! My cement driveway and sidewalk also are impeccably clean along with my White Deck. These guys are the best! Extremely professional, punctual, and they know exactly what they are doing. Over the course of the year, our deck gathers some mold and algae from the Virginia humidity, and they know exactly how to combat that and keep everything looking wonderful. The house sparkles, everything looks and smells as clean as if it were brand new. I will use them every year, guaranteed. If you're shopping around for a power washing service, stop looking. We just had our house, siding and deck cleaned by AquaClean. These guys are GREAT! Everything looks tiptop. The softwash solution they use is great, and the workers really care about the job they do. Their prices are very reasonable (below the other quotes I received), and their work is fantastic! Very easy to schedule and work with. They are definitely our outdoor cleaning guys from now on.

Based on the great rating I gave it a try to soft wash my house, it was a great decision! I requested an estimate online and the next day I had it on my email. The price was reasonable and they had an open slot on one of my preferred times. The previous day, they sent an email reminder with few considerations (driveway with no cars, remove items and debris, etc). On the cleaning day they arrived on time, politely drove me through the process, answered some doubts, and taped the exterior outlets and the doorbell. The whole cleaning was performed immediately, and around 20 mins later I was walking around to see the result. They put attention to left the windows with no solution film (something important for me). I definitely recommend them, and I'll call them to keep my house clean on the years to come.

They did a good job, not excellent. While the siding and soffit are clean, the roof looks okay. That said, all the sticks and stems are still on the roof so it looks messy. Other roof cleaners left my roof looking brand new. This one not so much.

This is the third year in a row that we've used Aqua Clean Solutions to clean the concrete decking around our pool and the white railings on the deck. Two and half years ago, Aqua Clean Solutions cleaned our roof, whole exterior siding of our house, and the gutters. They did a fantastic job! The house looked especially beautiful. Since we have a lot of trees, much taller than - and over - our house, some moss and dirt has accumulated and recently appeared on the lower roof. At our request, this past Monday, Tom and Brett came and again cleaned our lower roof, at no additional cost. They have a multiple month guarantee. Once concern I have was that while they told me that they accept credit card payments the worker who showed up refused to accept a Visa payment, incorrectly stating that "due to covid no credit cards are being accepted... " Finally, I was able to pay by phone using my card. I wish I didn't need to go through the unnecessary hoops they put me through.

In 2010, we had our roof, siding, and shutters replaced, all with high-end, zero-maintenance versions (aluminum-clad trim, plastic dentil molding, plastic shutters, etc.).

Nine years later, the dream of zero maintenance is not fully realized. First, the shutters faded terribly, and the "lifetime warranty" would have required us to remove one, ship it to the manufacturer, and wait for them to decide whether the fading was serious or not. Since we were unwilling to live without one shutter for weeks/months, not to mention wondering if they would say "Nope, that's normal", we just had them painted.

Meanwhile, the roof was growing some dark patches in our humid mid-Atlantic climate, the siding on the north side was developing some moss, and -- worst of all -- the aluminum-clad trim had some dark oxidation or mildew or something on it. Plus, of course, there were general cobwebs, dirt, etc. in the corners, moldings, etc.

I tried doing some cleaning myself. The siding is easy to clean, except there's a lot of it and I don't do ladders. The aluminum trim was obdurate: not even a Magic Eraser would touch it. We tried Wet and Forget on the roof; it did nothing.

So I did research on the web and found Aqua Clean and a few other companies. Aqua Clean's price was competitive (none of them are cheap) and they said all the right things, so we accepted their estimate and scheduled.

The day of, the crew showed up and got to work. Pleasant guys, worked hard (my wife was skeptical because they were done so fast!), and the results are GREAT. The roof looks new, the siding is of course pristine, and the aluminum trim even came clean! They were careful of our landscaping, and don't seem to have damaged anything there (I kind of expected SOME damage -- hard to move ladders in and out without dinging something).

A week later, things still look great, and I'm planning to use Aqua Clean again when needed.

Extremely satisfied with the service. Easy to work with. Their technique does not use high pressure equipment which can damage the property while it cleans. Their low-pressure technique achieves better results without the damage risk. These folks are heavily booked for the fair weather months. But they are worth the wait.

This company did a great job cleaning the vinyl siding on my townhome, sidewalks, porch, and brick fireplace. In addition, they offered a group discount to clean multiple houses on the same day.

Aqua Clean soft washed my roof. Tom and his team were very responsive, on time and answered all of my questions. They bagged the downspouts and sprayed the foundation plants before starting the roof cleaning. I was amazed at the initial results; all of the black stains and moss were almost gone. Tom said the results will improve after a couple of hard rains. I will definitely use them again.

The entire team was professional, courteous, and competent. They took great care to ensure that the plantings around the house were sprayed before, during and after the application of the roof chemicals to ensure that they would not be damaged, and collected run-off from the drain spouts in plastic bags.

Did an excellent job on my mildew and moss covered roof. Neighbors thought I got a new roof. Went the extra mile too and cleaned up some things outside of the scope. It's is a bit pricey, but don't let anyone up there with a pressure washer. These guys do it right.
