Afterward, he explained why we had the problem, how he fixed it and what we could do to improve things in the future. Would definitely hire again.

This is my third time in working with Handyman From Heaven and I must say, I continue to be throughly pleased with the services that are provided. Stephen and his team (including Eric and Derek) are professional and all around terrific to coordinate with. I needed carpets removed in my basement as the sump pump died and caused the basement to flood ruining the carpeting and padding. They stepped in and were able to remove the carpet with no issue. This company is great and they have a lifelong customer here. Thanks again!

Bob came to me as a highly recommended handyman, being a small business owner myself I was in need of a good handyman that could help me with repairs for my termite side of the business, let me just say his name “Handyman from heaven” is true! He is great not only work great he’s honest and well priced. If your looking for the best handyman he is the one to call.

I used this service for the first time for my mother-in-law's house. She had wood siding that had water damage and needed to be removed and replaced. They came when they said they would, were very professional in their communication. The person they sent, Eric, was very efficient, done in about 90 minutes, and did a lovely job. I was very happy and plan to use them again.

Replaced shower door rollers and stabilized the frame. Repaired a hole in our drywall. Chalked around the frame of the gas fireplace. As always, great work! Highly recommend!

I found Handyman from Heaven via a referral service with my job and was so excited because I thought they would be able to help me with all the small issues I had throughout my home. The first visit went so well! The guy that came was really nice, explained everything he did and finished in a decent amount of time. I was then able to get multiple things fixed and scheduled a larger job which was basically a bathroom Reno due to a leaking pipe.

The work started off great and the team was really communicative. Then we ran into a small issue where I felt some work was improperly completed and wanted to work through it and that's where it all fell apart. The receptionist was extremely accusatory at first but did eventually call to apologize and I hoped things would be better. Once I talked to the owner he seemed really understanding and accommodating and even sent me a really thoughtful response as they were working though the issues with me so I had high hopes that we would fix the issue and continue on with the work, only they just stopped communicating with me completely. I would have fully understood if they came to a conclusion and explained to me why but they chose to do nothing and that was really disappointing. Now I have a half finished bathroom and construction debris that they left behind that I'm having to pay a new person to finish the work and clean up behind them. I will say in the process I learned how to do drywall mudding so I guess not all us lost hahaha!

The worst part is I had already referred them to a friend of mine who needed some work done and had to go back and tell her, never mind because if you can't trust them with a minor inconvenience how can you trust them with a major job?! I will say if you just need some minor handyman work then go for it the work is solid and it doesn't seem like my experience with them is their normal experience, but be leery and keep every record along the way.

Cameron was great!! He arrived on time and ready to work. He made sure everything was done perfectly and worked when finished. I will definitely be calling again.

David and Cameron did a fantastic job! I absolutely love the shelves they made for my closet! They also did a few other repairs and did a fantastic job. They were courteous and very helpful.

Cameron and David came to my house to do my work. They were on time and ready to get to work on my projects. They were very knowledgeable and skilled and worked very quickly to put up 2 outdoor light, minor roof repairs and sealing leaks on my sunroom and put up my ceiling fan in no time at all. The painting could not be done because it was too cold. I plan on getting both back when we have some 70 degree days to power wash and paint and do the rest of the jobs I need done.

6/10/2022 Just had David and Gary do some more excellent work. They did a fantastic job on replacing an octagonal window, also replaced a water dispenser, re-caulk sink and back splash,2 window well covers and power wash the house. I was very satisfied with the work. I have been very satisfied with the work Handyman from Heaven has done all 5 times they have been to my house since 2016.

On time and professional, worker new what he was doing, quick service appointment scheduled the next day.... all I could ask for!

Dave was very professional, and when the company found an earlier timeslot available, my siding repair was moved up a week. As my prior handyman has retired, I expect to use Handyman from Heaven for future jobs.

I have been looking for a dedicated Handyman since October 2021; I had a few prospects;; however, they were proven unreliable. I became familiar when Handyman From Heaven through a local brochure. I knew I had the right vendor from the onset of my call. The customer service representative answered the telephone with a professional attitude and provided quality customer service, knowledgeable about the offered services. The handyman arrived at the appropriate time and became familiar with the job assignments. The project assignment was to mount TV brackets and hide wiring between the walls. The handyman assessed the areas and asked questions to ensure proper placement of the TV Wall Brackets...the handyman conducted precise measurements, aligned the brackets with a lever, then properly mounted the brackets to the wall and cleaned up afterward before departing. I will be using them again to work through a punch list of items that are needed to preserve my property.

I scheduled work with this company a few weeks ago and received a call this morning that while enroute they don't service Baltimore City. The only places in the city they service is gated communities which was never asked of me during my initial phone call. A lie if you ask me because they had my address all this time. I'm a retired military vet, so attention to detail is imperative to me and this business doesn't possess that quality. Poor business operation on their part.

Don and Jacob did an amazing job of replacing many ceiling lights, outdoor lights, bathroom vanity lights, two medicine cabinets, putting up a flag pole and hose caddy. They were prompt, quick, professional and everything looks perfect! Handyman from Heaven, Inc., will be doing all the jobs in my house from now on!!! We are thrilled with their service!

I have used Handyman From Heaven twice, and both times I was very pleased. They are on time, respectful of property, polite, clean up when they are done, and very efficient. First time they replaced an over-range microwave oven and then replaced a glass cooktop (2 Handymen needed, so double the fee). Second time one Handyman replaced 3 wired smoke alarms, replaced lights I could not reach, and did some other minor repairs. I highly recommend them.

I have used Handyman From Heaven several times. I have been satisfied each time. The last time Cameron did several small jobs quickly and expertly.

Cameron was hard working and performed multiple task. He removed and install exhaust fan, removed wall paper border and painted. Overall good job.

HFH promptly fit me into their schedule after my son stepped through our attic flooring and through our bathroom ceiling. Don and David replaced our entire bathroom ceiling drywall to perfection. They will be coming back to complete more of our bathroom renovations. I am completely pleased with their work quality and their friendliness while in our home.

Exceptional service from Cameron at Handyman From Heaven! He arrived early and immediately went to work repairing two handrails. He did a great job cleaning out gutters and doing several other small tasks. He was friendly, polite and very fast! We plan to use him again soon for power washing. If you have need things done around the house contact them!

I called HFH to replace some loose pavers on my front steps. The office staff was very helpful and responded quickly. Cameron arrived promptly, listened to my concerns and got right to work. He was very professional and did an excellent job and even found another loose paver that he secured. I'm really please with the results. Thank you HFH!

HFH responded me promptly after I contacted them through their website. Their representative was courteous and efficient. The workers arrived on time and did a good job replacing the fascia and molding on the front of my house. They also cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use them again for other jobs.

The roof on our large shed had been damaged by trees and had to be replaced. Curtis, from Handyman, came out, inspected the damage, gave us a quote and did the work and cleaned up after himself in a most professional, timely fashion. When we need any other types of work in our home, Handyman from Heaven will be our first call - and Curtis will be the tech we will request. We hired Handyman From Heaven after having several issues in our home left unresolved for over a year and we did not know how to move forward on our own.

Our handyman, Don, arrived on time, knew exactly what needed to be done after looking at problem, and worked diligently to take care of it in a timely manner. He was very polite, respectful of our home, and cleaned up after he was finished.

I arranged to have a service man install batt insulation in my home attic. The day of my appointment, Lewin, arrived. Lewin was respectful of my home by wearing booties and placing drop cloths before he began his work. He worked quietly and carefully. At the conclusion, he recommended my husband to check out his work. Lewin then cleaned up and bagged any trash . Lewin is a really nice man and an excellent worker. I would certainly call Handyman from Heaven again for any home project and I would ask for Lewin !

The duality of work was excellent and arrived and finished on time. Vlened up afterwards and easy to deal with.

Curtis was a gem! I am in the process of preparing and selling my deceased sister's home. The front door was... okay. Nice glace but the wood had dulled and had a few scratches from dogs. In the course of hours he transformed the door, hand sanded the whole thing and made it a brand new door. I still have things to do an I'll be asking for him again!

5 Star service from the ease of scheduling and to fit our schedule, to the quality of the contractors who were prompt, friendly, professional, and their workmanship was excellent! The rooms they worked in were immaculate when the job was done! I have had to clean up after contractors in the past... plus I felt very comfortable with the contractors in my home! My rating would be 0 stars if the rating system allowed for it. Back in August 2017, We hired Handyman From Heaven to remove and replace our textured ceilings with non-textured ceilings. Via a telephone conversation, I asked the owner Steve to make a recommendation to remove or mud over the texture and we came to the agreement that removing made more sense. I asked if they come to see the ceilings before and he said they do not. Two men came and began mudding the ceilings. they told me mudding would be faster and cheaper and I stated I did not want it to take long or cost a lot. The man in charge stated multiple times that he was not worked enough and needed the work time. They two did not spend a lot of time sanding and said they could just fill in the ceilings with enough mud. After more than a week and into the sixth coat of mud and many conversations daily (I asked to remove and replace the ceiling), I finally got tired of trying to deal with the two men at my house and called Steve again. I sent emails and called a few times. They finally removed and replaced the ceilings. It became clear that they men who did the work to remove and replace the ceilings (now two different men) did not know what they were doing when the replaced ceilings began to detach from the studs. We have since replaced them again after a third of the ceiling fell completely off. We found they used the wrong type of glue to hold the ceilings up.
While they were working on the ceilings, they were also tasked with replacing 2 window sills. Both initially looked really great, except the trim which they never replaced. We looked at the window sills again and there is a long crack the full length of the window sills. I have filed complaints with the BBB and they close the complaints because Handyman From Heaven states they are paid by the hour and we were told they would come fix it if we pay them for the hours worked. The issue is, why should anyone have to pay twice to fix problems they created.

I was referred to Handyman from Heaven when I needed gutter repair. They were on time, professional, fairly priced and just wonderful. I highly recommend them if you have odd jobs around the house!

Leon from Handyman from Heaven was at my house the entire day doing some exterior painting as well as various other jobs inside the house. He was very friendly and I felt no hesitation leaving him at my house to work while I ran out to pick up some items. When he didn't have a required tool for a job I wanted done he arrived the next day with the tool to finish the work. I am very happy with the quality of everything he did. I would absolutely recommend this company and would use them in the future.

After having three different companies either not show up and / or give outrageous estimates, I finally contacted Handyman from Heaven. Stephen sent Thaddeus out that very day to look at what had to be done (window replaced / attic cleaned out / attic vents replaced) as well as go over other things we'd like to have done in the future. Before the end of the day, they sent an estimate on all of the jobs. We went over what we could afford and the very next week, Thaddeus and Greg (? - I think that's his name - but I know my dog really liked him) came out and completed all of the jobs. The entire staff couldn't be more professional, friendly, polite, honest and genuinely concerned about the job they were doing. In short, they treated OUR house like THEIR home. We will be contacting them in the future for any of our large and small home improvement needs.
