I recently had a remodel of my kitchen and bathroom! How amazing this company was from the owner, Shane to the project manager who came out, Jackie! Everyone from the company got involved with my renovation and I couldn’t be happier!!! I was so pleased with the professionalism of this company that I have added another bathroom to be renovated! The owner Shane is AMAZING and very easy to work with! Jackie is honest and knowledgeable and takes her job seriously! I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to remodel! You will be pleased! Have to give a shout out to Albert, Caesar, and Toby! An amazing crew from Sunrise Kitchen and Bath!

I would have given half a star if it would have let me. I had a estimate date scheduled for this morning. The lady that came out to do the estimate was rude and unprofessional. She didn't listen to any of what I was looking for. At one point she even laughed at the idea of what I was asking. She mocked and laughed at thewhat I had to say and then she didn't even get halfway through what I was explaining before she flat-out refused to finish the estimate and walked out of my house she didn't even shut the door behind her.

We are so happy with the pricing, outstanding quality of workmanship, craftsmanship, punctuality and outstanding customer service we continually receive from Sunrise Kitchen, Bath and More in Hampton. We have had our kitchen and hall bathroom room remodeled by them in the past and just recently had our bathroom in the back bedroom remodeled. Once again they did an awesome job. We are so thankful for the Team at Sunrise.

A lady showed up to my house and I wasn’t aware of the appointment. While making a call with my husband to confirm the appointment (because I wouldn’t just let anyone in if I wasn’t expecting them) she walked off of my porch and said she wasn’t coming back. She was very, very rude and I would never want to book this business because of that horrible lack luster interaction. She was very dismissive and not friendly at all and I’m not sure what her position is in the company but she should NOT be customer facing because her attitude is trash. As soon as I opened my door she seemed very unfriendly, which doesn’t seem cool especially if I’m about to let you in my home. She walked off of my porch even while I was attempting to let her in after speaking to my husband about the appointment. In hindsight it’s good that that type of energy did not enter into my home.

Jackie and Stephanie were awesome in helping select products, and Albert had the most professional team that kept the project on track. Would recommend SKB to any in the market for major bathroom renovations!

Buyer beware! Make sure you perform a thorough walkthrough and capture all problems and ensure the work is corrected prior to paying in full. Once gone, they will put you off until the term of agreement is up. I has to have other contractors to come behind them to fix the poor quality work received.

I had a great experience and I am very happy with my new kitchen. Jackie and everyone that I worked with were nice, helpful, and professional. Everyone that came into the house were skilled and very pleasant to talk to. Jackie came up with a new more functional design for my kitchen and I love it!! Very fast and excellent work!

Sunrise Kitchen Bath and More promises to design kitchens that make people happy. That's the perfect motto, because we are SO very happy with our new kitchen and powder room. We wanted rooms that are creative -- not cookie cutter -- as well as highly functional and of very high quality. We also wanted a kitchen that, as much as possible, looks less like a kitchen and more like a regular room. Seems came through beautifully, and now I wish the living room looked more like the kitchen! Shane created a kitchen and powder room that integrate beautifully and seamlessly into our open floor plan. The design details, both large and small, are exquisite. Jackie and project manager Shane were professional, easy to work with and very responsive throughout the process. Top rate.

shane arrived right on time and he was very professional. he had all the tools that he needed to accomplish the job and he was able to complete the kitchen quickly !

I was needing countertops for my new kitchen cabinets. Very ironic that I happened to find this place by being in right place/ right time.

The selection was plentiful while offering different products. I specifically wanted granite countertops but bought a garbage disposal and faucet as well. Jackie helped me with the process in the showroom. She really made it easy in my decision.

Turnaround of installation was very quick while the installers polite and respectful. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

Someone put a review the other day under my name saying that I was quoted $1700 and the price was change to $3. It was not me that put the review. There was a change in the price due to my square foot so that was the reason for the price change. I am trying to reach the person that put the google review up to take it down. Jackie in the office has been working with me daily to get it in the price range that works for me. They have been nothing but professional with me. I am wanting to get countertops and full wall back splash.

The Coordinator came to my house and quoted me 1700 to do my countertop She said she had been charging 1700 for the longest time. Owner said the installers charge him over 3200. Somebody is full of it and I don’t think it’s the coordinator.. I am highly upset J think the owner should honor the 1700 quote PERIOD! I was so excited and looking forward to their service which I will NEVER KNOW!!

I had gone to another cabinet shop (CTG) and had the WORST experience. Going into Sunrise was the best thing I could have done. The owner Shane was so gracious, allowed me to come in after the store was closed. He gave us an appt for measurements for the next day, compared to the almost 2 week wait time at CTG.
That was when we met Jackie. She came in and you would have thought our kitchen was hers by the way she really cared about every last detail of our design! After the holiday passed she had me come in to the store so we could really go over everything I wanted to be in my kitchen. She stayed there with me until almost 9 pm just to make sure I was completely taken care of. She is very helpful and does whatever she can to help you get the most from your budget. What was turning into a nightmare thanks to cabinets to go is now going to end with my dream kitchen; and it is because of Jackie. I would recommend this business 100 times over!!!
I will update my review after we are done with installation, but considering the other great reviews I’ve read and they have had the same installers for years I anticipate a great outcome!!!

We had a very good experience with all the people involved in our remodel. All our concerns and desires were addressed in a timely manner as well as everyone was very friendly.

I highly recommend Sunrise Kitchen & Bath. Senel arrived on time for the estimate appointment, and patiently waited over the next several weeks as I weighed my options. He worked with me in his showroom to make design decisions about cabinet styles and features, hardware, fixtures, countertop material and lighting.

Cabinets arrived less than two weeks after I finalized my design, and made a 60% down payment. Installation began within days of their arrival. Demolition took one day, and cabinet installation took approximately another three, but was interrupted while awaiting arrival of a replacement cabinet required to accommodate the farmhouse sink.

Throughout the process, his cabinet installers, electrician, and plumber were pleasant, punctual, and professional. They really were a pleasure to work with, and Senel was particularly responsive to issues that arose during installation. He even allowed me to run out to pick up a different grout color when, after seeing several feet of it applied to the backsplash, I realized my showroom selection was the wrong choice.

While Saga, the owner of MNG Countertops sub-contracted by Sunrise, was pleasant and patiently collected measurements, his installers rushed a bit, requiring them to return, reposition, and reinstall one of the quartz pieces. Full disclosure: it was a tough piece with perpendicular surfaces connected by a 45* angle. None-the-less, I recommend watching them closely to avoid the return trip.

All in all, I couldn’t be happier with my renovated kitchen, would use Sunrise again, and recommend Senel and his crews without reservation.

My wife and I have been very happy with our new counter top. Sunrise was professional, courteous, Mr. Shane worked with us to give us great value, for a price not much more than a laminate. I would do business with him again in a heartbeat. His installer was clean and courteous as well , I believe the top was installed in just over two hours. For value and a great looking product give Sunrise a chance for your business.

The professionalism that Sunrise kitchen bath did was awesome, from sale of the kitchen cabinets and countertops to installing it was great. All in total took about 3 weeks to from order to finish. Price is very affordable, and better than other quotes I had got from other places. Over all I had a great experience with Shane and his crew.

Shane is fantastic. Pricing, quality, workmanship and customer service all superb! Pancho really knows what he is doing, a true craftsman. Everyone was pleasant, helpful, respectful, on time, and everything was done to our satisfaction. We love our new kitchen and look forward to working with Shane again.

We are happy that we chose Sunrise Kitchen for our kitchen remodel. We got new lighting, cabinets, counter tops, sink, and an island. The pricing was much better than other quotes we received for our project. The work was done quickly and well. The workmen and women were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Shane was easy to work with, he made changes to our plan as needed, and personally addressed any issues that we came across during this project. I would happily recommend Sunrise Kitchen!

Had my kitchen done and I cannot say enough about this company. Everyone was professional, friendly, and took great pride in the work they did. Poncho could not have done a better job installing the cabinets; Saga measured for the granite perfectly and his guys did a fantastic job with the installation. The plumber hooked everything up without a hitch. Shane worked with me to insure I was able to get the kitchen I wanted, and stood behind everything that was done. AND, the job was weeks ahead of schedule. I also have to give major credit to Jennifer, who was the first person I spoke with in the showroom. She really sold me on the company, was always available whenever I had a question or concern, and helped with picking everything out. This is a company that is trustworthy, cares about the customer, exceeds expectations and provides a quality product. I could not recommend them more highly.

Friendly, professional, staff kept me up to date on all work and finished early. I highly recommend and will continue to do business with them. We had our master bath remodeled and we love it, great quality product.

Sunrise came in and started on Memorial Day. They was very professional and pleasant. They remodel my bathroom to be handicap accessible and they finish in 11 days. I would use them again if work need be done in my home.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Sunrise. They were pleasant and professional from the beginning to end. They are the most reasonably priced in comparison to the big home stores and working directly with Shane was easy and his guys were quick and did a fantastic job on my countertops. I also really appreciate the guys installing the countertops asking if I liked it and was happy before leaving and Shane following up with me that evening. You can tell they care and take pride in their work. I’m so happy I finally found a great contractor in my area and look forward to working with them again.

This is under the wrong name, but fhe service from this company was outstanding and much much much more. The installation process was a little ruff at first, but it came together in no time. The installers were very professional, courteous, and hardworking. They kept the work area very neat and hardly took any breaks.
Another thimg I really liked was the Owner's urgency in completing this project.

I will DEFINITELY be using them again for my upcoming bathroom upgrade.

Sunrise,is very deserving of your service.Mr.Shane was very helpful with his advice on his products and for our vision of our remodel kitchen.His computer design program was a plus for us also.Honest and professional in store and with his on site overview.

His crew crew carried the same qualities.They were very knowledgeable ,respectful,and quick.They was aware of items in the home.If there was an issue,they corrected it.

The cons are as followed:Didn't replace item as find(water hose)cig.butt in yard,backsplash guout and cleaning. Just a little more attention to detail and problem solved.Also if there is uneven walls,flooring,it may be alittle more in price.Remove and install.

Overall,the remodeling of the kitchen(tile floor,backsplash,cabinets,granite tops)was just as we imagined it.The job was completed 3 days prior to finish date.Happy with the ending results.Will recommend. .

We had a 60s kitchen gutted and remodeled to a 21st century smart kitchen. New floors, new cabinets, new can lighting, pendant light over the sink, relocated the sink, converted to gas stove, and install dishwasher where none was prior. Sunrise did an great job!!!

Needed our kitchen done before Thanksgiving and they came thru for us with a beautiful job, installers were very professional and paid attention to detail, delivered as promised , very competitive price, we will be customer for life,

Not a good experience with a kitchen remodel job. We did the labor and Sunrise did the material ordering, which was messed up with ordering the wrong size cabinet. We ended up modifying that to fit. The granite countertop guy they use messed up by bring the wrong size kitchen sink (too big). (Yes, he did a site visit before starting the job). Granite was already cut for that size sink so his solution was to cut the brand new cabinets on the inside, which I regret letting him do to avoid trashing the granite. It was like this was the first time they ever did a job like this. Very unprofessional overall. I would not use them again.

I used this company to do a remodel for my kitchen. They did amazing work. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the materials used and the amount of time it took to complete the project.
I also used them to replace my front door and sidelight. These guys can do anything!

I live in Newport News and my house had a flood right after Thanksgiving. Sunrise came in and remodeled my half bath, kitchen and put down new tile floors. They did all of this before Christmas Day. Sunrise is a great company. I highly recommend them. They are professional and very experienced in their job field. Again thank you again Sunrise from the Smith's!!!

As any home renovation project, remodeling a kitchen is a big job that includes lots of time and attention to detail.
