Had some siding come half way off my house during a storm. Called around and when I reached total roofing spoke to Jessica in the office. When I tell you this woman took all my worries away and answered my questions before they even made it to my house. The day they did come out I was greeted by Hunter who was just as amazing and kind as Jessica. The inspection didn't take very long and everything was explained in detail. The communication from the beginning was amazing. I knew when I was scheduled and when they were on their way. I was also sent a detailed explanation of everything they found and recommendations of their findings. Overall the process was a breeze! If you're looking for a kind honest company I can't recommend them enough.

After a significant storm with winds gusting to 50 mph and carrying 1 inch hail (and isolated golf ball sized stones) impacted my home I contacted my insurance company and they instructed me to contact a roofer. I used Google maps to highlight local companies and wound up choosing Total Roofing because of their excellent reviews. They scheduled an inspection and Justin was the person that visited my home. After the initial greetings and giving my dog a treat he got to work. He not only did a thorough check of my roof but also inspected the siding, doors and windows.
Much to my relief it turns out that my roof survived the hail storm and got the official okay. My roof may only rate a 4.2 but Total Roofing a solid 5.0. Thank you,

I worked with Justin Bricker on getting my roof repaired from storm damage. Justin kept me updated along the way even as we dealt with winter storms that prevented work. When it came time to settle up with insurance Justin fought for me to get the maximum payment. Our experience with Mike and Total Roofing was amazing. He came out on two previous trips free of charge to insepct for damage after a few storms. Both times there was no damage found and not a single charge for his time. The third time we needed a repair to our metal roof and the issue was resolved in a very short amount of time. We had our roof replaced in September of 2024. Not only did Total Roofing do excellent work, they communicated with us in a timely manner and quickly informed us of any repair requirements needed above and beyond what our home insurance would cover, along with the cost of those added repairs. No shady business, no surprise costs on the final bill. In fact, they helped us by contacting our home insurance company about repairs that should be covered (by Missouri building codes!) that the insurance company was denying. And in the end, our home insurance company covered everything that Total Roofing said should be included. Both Mike Jr. and Mike Sr., and everyone we came in contact with at Total Roofing, were nothing short of professional and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend Total Roofing! They did a fantastic job on our chimney flashing after a previous company (ShowMe Roofing—steer clear of them) replaced our roof but neglected the flashing and didn’t even shingle the cricket. Total Roofing was easy to work with; they took their time and ensured the flashing and cricket were done properly. Look at the before and after photos—they do beautiful work!

I’d like to give a shout out to Total Roofing…. Jeremy, our lead person was easy to work with, informative and likeable. We had a slight delay in getting started due to rain but we had no worries since we were kept in the loop. It is refreshing when a company does not make a client feel “we’ll get to you when we get to you”. The crew arrived 15 min. early 6:30am and promptly got to work. This crew came in, kicked booty, cleaned up, even going through the yard with a magnet and was cleared out by about 5pm. Besides a new roof, there was not a shred of evidence they were even here!! One thing I really like was a lead person being here the entire time, on the ground overseeing the job and it was a plus the owner stopping at the end of the day… Highly recommend Total Roofing.

Where do I begin? We were hit hard by a hail storm at the end of March 2023. Most of our subdivision needed new roofs. I did what most people would do and went on Google and looked at different roofing companies. I originally looked at T Fuller, Gallaghers, and AAA Roofing. At that time, I decided to go with Gallaghers as they had the most positive ratings and I was familiar with the family name. When the time came, the third party that the insurance company sent out to do the assessment kept changing the window he would arrive. Gallaghers wanted us to sign a contract prior to interacting with the insurance company. It became quickly frustrating and we were not receiving the service I expected as a customer. I then saw one of our neighbors had used Total Roofing. Their roof looked amazing. I spoke with my neighbors and they spoke very highly of Total Roofing. Shortly thereafter, I met Total Roofing Project manager Jeremy Militzer. Jeremy is HONEST, MOTIVATED, PROFESSIONAL, and kept me, the customer up-to-date through the whole process. Jeremy joined me on at least 15 calls with my insurance company/adjusters and numerous e-mails. Jeremy made himself available at a moments notice to help my family. That level of customer service in today's age is rare. Jeremy worked with the insurance company giving them the information they needed which then helped our family get a FULL Roof, new gutters, and front fascia. When our roof was being installed, Jeremy was present. Jeremy made sure the shingles were installed correctly and even followed-up on several occasions to make sure everything was adhering as it should. Jeremy checked-in when our gutters were being installed. Jeremy is down-to-Earth, was never demanding and very easy to work with. I never had a chance to talk to the owner of Total Roofing, but I want him and others to know its because of Jeremy Militzer, I would recommend and have recommended three people to use Total Roofing. A very professional experience. Mike made the claim process easy and as hassle free as can be when dealing with insurance and was able to get a new roof. While replacing the roof they found some minor rot in the fascia and was able to fix that also. The crew was very mindful of our house and property. Very clean, would not have known they were just there if it wasn't for the beautiful new roof. Highly recommend Total Roofing STL when looking for quality in having your roof repaired or replaced!

I was very pleased with the replacement of my roof by Total Roofing. Mike Augustine was very helpful with working with my insurance company and answered all my questions.
