We recently had our roof replaced and I can honestly say working with Total roofing — especially Joe — was one of the best contractor experiences we’ve ever had.

These guys stood out from the rest! Here’s why-

1. Easy Quoting system, with the roof cam they were able to provide a full report with photos and descriptions of the current roof condition, along with a follow up phone call to go over the quote to make sure it was fully understood what the findings were, and what exact work will be taking place.

2. Financing!! The company they work with was awesome, the application took a few minutes on my phone and we got instantly approved for the full amount, zero hang ups with the financing. Joe fully explained the process.

3. Quick turn-around time, we scheduled a date about 2 weeks out from when we got our quote. Roof was done in a day, finishing touches and gutters the following day + Fantastic clean up!

4. Most important- customer service and response times were great. Spoke directly with Joe. Phone call, text, email, even responded on a Sunday evening.

Total Roofing replaced my 5500 sq ft roof in two days! The workers were efficient and experienced. The drone pictures were awesome to watch the progress. Once done, the area was cleaned of all debris. I would highly recommend this company.
