Jessica came out and helped me out SO much. She helped consult me through looking in my crawl space. Though she couldn’t physically get in the space (my fault, I didn’t warn Total Restoration about the area of interest), she walked me through what to look for and asked me to take photos and look them over with her. I recently discovered a large amount of mold hidden in my basement from the previous homeowner and was left unsure how to solve the issue. After doing some research Anthony and his team at Total Restoration seemed like the ones who could tackle the job. Anthony was able to come out for an inspection and alleviate some of my concerns very quickly. Scheduling was a little tricky as they are very busy but ultimately his team did a great job cleaning up the mess and explaining every step.

His team was superb to work with. Just having a professional like Joe deal with the insurance company to get a realistic estimate was worth it alone. Frank's coordination of the contractors was exceptional. Communication is very important and Frank always responded quickly and let me know what to plan for.

My husband and I used Total Restoration after our dishwasher flooded our kitchen and basement. Contacted Total Restoration after returning from a recent trip and finding my floors were damaged from a baseboard leak. Ramon was quick to contact me and setup all the equipment to dry my floor and walls. He was thorough in explaining what he was doing and the process. My daughter found this company in a random Google search when we had some water in our basement. The team was great, they came to deal with some black mold discoloration on some beams in my basement, in addition they had to repair and fix the ceiling drywall that had broken down. Very respectful, efficient with their time and made it seamless which was important because I work from home and couldn't have a lot of noise in the background. Would highly recommend.

In today’s world it’s hard to find a honest company that does what they say and doesn’t take advantage of customers in dire situations. I am the owner the of Chiarillo’s HVAC & Plumbing and we come across broken pipes and floods all the time and a lot of crooked company’s. We got an emergency call at 1:00am for a flooded basement. We went out and stopped the flood. But there was a lot of water damage due to 8” of water in the basement from a second floor water leak.
