Our house was a handyman special, but we're lucky to be Milennial homeowners. Nothing in our home is flush, a perfect right angle, smooth, finished properly, or done right. We've had a lot of work done on the home - DIY, handy men, etc. But we have been waiting 10 years to renovate our bathrooms. It's a difficult, expensive job & either other items have been more urgent (like when a limb fell on our roof & exposed a bunch of issues, we got the entire roof replaced). But finally, mold started developing, and we knew that with starting a family, we really needed a functional bathroom. We called a few places & selected NuFace. We worked with Alyssa, Anthony & Scott to make sure everything was good (and I forget the names of the two gentlemen who came in to do much of the work, but they were great too!). It took a long time to finish the project because of parts and issues with our home (like the doorway to our half bath not being square or a standard size, or even LEVEL). But as of today, everything is finished, and we've been able to use the bathrooms during much of this time. I feel like I'm in a hotel every time I shower, wash my face, or take my meds. After today we will put up some cute shelves & finishing touches. I can't wait!

Nu-Face replaced the siding on my chimney and were great from start to finish. Mark, Alyssa and Jenn provided excellent service keeping me happy and informed throughout the process of getting a quote, signing the contract, delivery of materials, installation, and post-install inspection. I would highly recommend Nu-Face for all your siding needs.

When NuFace's salesman came to my home, he tried overselling with cheesy sales tactics. His demo window was a double pane, when we were discussing triple pane. He also did not know how to operate the window, and which way to turn the locks to drop the window for cleaning.

I was then told that the "retail price" was an astronomical $12,900, but he would have a "special price" for me. The special price was $9700 roughly, for ProVia triple pane. A competitors quote for the EXACT same window, was $6300.

When the owner reached out to me, he said he would price match the competitor. He was willing to come down by $3300! This is insulting, and I chose to go with the company that appropriately and fairly prices the job the first time, without stalling and pressure tactics from the salesman. I was also asked if there was a number we could agree on TODAY and sign the contract without getting other quotes.

I highly recommend shopping around and doing your due diligence and research, this was price gouging at its finest.

We just had our house sided by Nu-Face Home Improvements and we have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about how beautiful it came out! We recently had the pleasure of working with the Nu-Face team on a new walk-in shower installation. From start to finish we were impressed by their focus on customer satisfaction. All appointments made were right on time; we were never left waiting for someone to arrive. Anthony presented us with a quote, but we were never pressured into signing right away, as we had experienced with other contractors. When we decided to move forward with the project, Alyssa constantly kept us apprised of the timeline. The installation went without a hitch. The installation team was in and out within a couple of days and treated our property as if it were their own; always cleaning up and leaving no trace behind. Scott came out for a quick touchup afterwards and he was a pleasure to work with. It was like having a member of your family come to give you a hand. Nu-face did an excellent job in replacing the old stucco surfaces on the front of our home with custom cedar shake vinyl siding very recently! Joe's crew did a fantastic installation job in only 2 days with a complete clean-up after the project was completed.

It actually looks a lot better than we had originally anticipated, and we are extremely satisfied with our Nu-Face Home ! For now we only needed ONE garage window replacement and on a whim called Nu Face because a few others wouldn’t come out for one window. Using a local run business was incredibly important to us too.

Dissapointing... I had a kitchen window and patio door installed and ran into a handful of issues.
1. The salesman and I only talked about a harvey patio door to be installed, but on the contract it was switched to Alside which I didn't notice.
2. Right after the install, I noticed issues with panels on both the window and patio door which needed to be replaced. It took multiple visits because the patio door panel was forgotten.
3. The patio door has multiple issues including being hard to slide open/shut and a gap at the top between the weatherstripping (you can fit an allen wrench through) allowing the cold/hot weather in. Unable to return it, I'm left to my own devices to fix it which will involve buying my own weather stripping for it.

To be fair, they are nice people and did try to fix it, but this seems to be a bigger flaw with the brand of patio door.

I had vinyl siding installation done on my home and I’m so happy with how it came out. The crew did a phenomenal job with the installation and showed great attention to detail. Everyone I worked with over the phone, in sales, and everyone on the crew was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

NuFace moved my old aluminum siding and replaced with vinyl siding, looks beautiful. They also replaced my roof and gutters and downspouts. We had Nu-Face do our roof, windows, door and siding and it is like we have a brand new house. Everything was explained to us in detail before they started and they were very transparent with the cost of everything. They came out multiple times to meet with us and measure everything. Any issues were dealt with in a very friendly manner and fixed asap. It was amazing how fast everything came together. The roof took 1 day, the windows and door 1 day, siding 2 days and gutters a few hours. Highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future.

I have worked with Nu-Face for years and can't speak highly enough of Joe and the team he has built! I have had basement hoppers and my patio door installed by Nu-Face and was incredibly pleased with the open communication with Dave & Scott individually during my installations. They were clean & courteous and even made sure that my two cats were safely tucked away so they wouldn't get out while they worked!

Had my siding done in winter 2024-2025. Super easy to work with. Love the work that they did. They addressed all the errors and little stuff I asked them to fix with no fuss.

Would have been 5 stars but the cleanup after the project was lackluster. I have a lot of little pieces and flakes of the old siding that broke off during demo left all over the yard. Probably going to be picking up pieces all summer.
I asked them to come out and clean up with my biggest concern being the nails.
They did come out again to clean up but left all of the siding flakes and I’m still finding a lot of nails.

We recently upgraded our main bathroom with tub and shower surround. We love our new bathroom. Turned out better than we could have imagined. It takes a village to create something so beautiful. Starting with Alyssa coordinating sales appointments and overseeing the entire project. She was always available for questions or concerns. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Sam the salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Lastly Mr. Alfredo and staff who did the actual installation. Only took one day. Very professional and hard workers. They consulted me on the placement of the shower rod and safely bar. They kept their work space tidy and clean throughout the project and cleanup. I even had a neighbor comment on how they cleaned up our front lawn afterwards. Nu Face was recommended to me from a friend. So glad we went with this company for their service, products and payment plans available. We love our new bathroom. Thank you Nu Face!

Dave and his crew did an excellent job installing our windows. They were on time, neat and finished in a timely manor.
Customer service was great also. A couple of windows needed adjustments and Scott and Sean came out and addressed my concerns. All in all every step of the process was a great experience. I would definitely recommend NuFace to anyone looking for new windows.

I have used Nuface for my roof and just recently had my siding replaced as well. Process from start to finish was super easy. They took care of everything and the crew did an amazing job, paying attention to the small details and making sure my yard was cleaned up after. They were done in four days on about a 1200 sq ft house (plus a few more hours for gutters). There was some miscommunication around a few things but the office was quick to resolve any issues and overall very happy with the end result.

Had Rich in today to take care of a minor problem, it was taken care in a short amount of time.

Quality of work is top notch, but what sets Nu-Face apart from other companies we have worked with is their customer service. They answer the phone, they are quick to schedule you, and they come out quickly to do the work AND after to address any issues. Scott is super nice and goes out of his way to take care of customers. We will be needing a new roof in a year or so and we will definitely be calling Nu-Face.

What a beautiful shower we now have thanks to Nu-Face !!! We first met Anthony and Joe at the Berlin showroom. Biscuit - their cute dog - greeted us warmly as well. Anthony and Ted helped us with our selection of shower materials. My walls and shower match perfectly. Alfredo and his associate created our beautiful shower that looks like it belongs in a hotel. I was very pleased with the installation of my shower. I must say that the craftsmanship was impeccable. I would suggest Nu-Face to anyone and everyone. Nu-Face Home Improvements converted my tub to a shower in March 2025. From the sales person who came to my home (Sam in early Feb) to the demolition and installation/finishing team (Mike, Marty and Scott), this was a solid team and process that I came to trust. Added bonus: it took a lot less time from start to finish than i anticipated based on my initial conversation with Sam in Jan. The parts were ordered and the upfront money provided mid Feb and the demolition started Mar 3. Mike and Marty spent 2 long days (10+hrs each day) on this job. My bathroom was small but mighty, but these two gentleman tore out a solidly cemented tub and walls to ready it for the beauty that they installed the next day. They kept me updated when they hit milestones and always collaborated with me about where I wanted shelving, grab bars and other shower features. I financed this job over the long term. I was on the fence about committing to the job, but then I visited the showroom in Berlin. If you are on the fence and you are leaning more toward NOT having the remodel done, DO NOT go to the showroom because there's no way you can walk out of there after seeing the actual product and continue to shower in your old space. If you are leaning toward it, GO ALL IN! You will be so pleased with the final product and it breaths new life into your psyche and your home.

The only things I would suggest to homeowners is: this job produces a lot of work dust. Take absolutely everything out of your bathroom ahead of time (its a good time to throw old/unused stuff away!). Expect to clean all surfaces in bathroom and floors/baseboards of this dust afterward. Mike and Marty do a good job covering their walkway through the house, but you may find this dust in places you didn't anticipate. Also, make sure you are happy with the caulking they've applied. It will be a box you have to check off in the final assessment. Oh, another thing, if you finance this long term, and you have phenomenal credit, it won't matter--phenomenal credit only matters if you are getting a short term loan--at least with the financing company I went with (Co.=Upgrade). Knowing this up front still wouldn't have kept me from following through with this remodel. I can find ways of getting around this.

Getting an estimate from Nu-Face was super easy! No smoke and mirrors or long drawn out sales pitch. Rich was great, and he'll be getting a call from me when we're ready to pull the trigger.

Couldnt be happier with the siding job from Nu-Face. the whole crew was meticulous in their detail. Our house has a lot of angles and windows, each one came out perfect. Price was very reasonable, the company has excellent communication, the crew was very professional, cleaed up the site at the end of each day, including all nails, debris and equipment. 10/10 would recommend and would gladly call them for another project.

Recently my wife and I contracted with Nu-Face Home Improvements to install a new shower system in our home.

We discovered Nu-Face through the Connecticut Home Show. This led to our sit-down meeting with sales professional Sam Walton at the Nu-Face showroom in Berlin.

Sam listened to our questions and guided us in the design of the best shower system to meet our needs. He was a real pro, who excelled both in his product knowledge and people skills. Sam was not just a salesperson. He was a storyteller with an infectious charm. At the end of our meeting with Sam my wife and I were sold on Nu-Face.

A homeowner’s worst nightmare is having to endure incompetent and surly installers. Perish that thought with the arrival of Nu-Face’s technicians Marty and Mike. These guys were superstars! They were clean, friendly, articulate, and respectful of our home. Throughout the installation Marty and Mike always took the time to answer whatever questions we had in a patient and thorough manner.

When the job was finished, there were a couple spots that needed tweaking, and Marty and Mike complied graciously.

The result was a beautifully created shower constructed to our complete satisfaction.

From the moment I contacted Nu-Face, the experience from beginning to end was wonderful. I needed 3 good sized windows replaced. Price was very reasonable for the quality of work and most importantly, the job was done on a mobile home. Several firms that I contacted prior to learning about Nu-Face would not even consider the project. With Nu-Face, there were no questions asked, just the willingness to get the work done to my satisfaction. I will most certainly use them again.

A few months back we (my wife and I) purchased a Nu-Face shower unit. Purchase, installation and financing were all straightforward and we were very happy with the end result: looked good, worked well and Nu-Face was there the entire time to make the experience work for us. But I held off writing this review deliberately to see how a few months of everyday use would impact the very positive feelings we had. I'm happy to report that now, four to five months later, we are still as pleased that we went with Nu-Face for the first stage of upgrading our 30+ year old bathrooms as we were the day installation was completed. And we are currently planning to proceed with Nu-Face for the next stage before Fall begins.

Nu-Face Home Improvements were exceptional from start to finish. They tackled installing a new tub with grace considering the obstacles they encountered. In our log home, not a single wall is square. Mike communicated each challenge with me, offered options, and wanted for me to make the final decisions.
When installing the enormous, front window, the installers once again made the transformation happen with ease. The heavy, old wooden window that I could no longer see out of because of the cloudy glass is now shiny and clear.

We had the best experience with NU-FACE from the initial consultation straight through to the completion of our siding and window project. Every interaction was positive and the follow up was just as impressive. The owners, the office and the install crews were simply put "amazing". After doing a lot of research, I chose Nuface for my new window and new shower projects. From the first estimate visit to the ordering, to the install, their Window team kept me up to date every step of the way. Alee & Anthony - they were really great to work with. Attentive. Responsive. Our new windows went in yesterday and they look great. Dave and the Install crew worked hard to get them all installed in one day despite a small hiccup (my fault). Next up - bathrooms. Alyssa has been great so far keeping me updated on delivery/install dates and confirming all the details are correct. I'm looking forward to another round of great customer service and quality installation.

Let me start off by saying wow what a company my install team was amazing Alfredo was my lead guy and he went out of his way everyday to make sure I understood the process and asked me where I wanted things before installing them was super knowledgeable and respectful these guys always cleaned up before they left and showed up on time with clean drop clothes. The job was a 4 day bathroom remodel making 2 small bathrooms into 1 big bathroom which ment moving everything and knocking down walls they were fast and no mistakes were made and office sent out managers each day and called me to check in and to make sure everyone was happy definitely recommend

The man who assisted in my quote was very polite and the receptionist was also very kind. Sadly, there was a problem in which the man who came for the quote estimate got stuck in the snow on his way out. He ended up stuck in my driveway after several attempts to get out by adding various items under his tires to gain traction. Eventually he was able to leave the driveway and left much debris in my driveway for me to discover the following morning with my neighbors. This would've been okay with me if I had alerted them the following business day and they offered to come immediately to remove and dispose of any debris - however this was not what happened... I received a call from the owner which was extremely upsetting and left me feeling very uncomfortable. He stated "if" his estimator was in the area again maybe he could stop by to assist in the cleaning up of the debris. I am uncertain if this will ever happen and if it does I will try to remember to update this review, if possible. Also, I chose to not use any names in this review and did receive a quote from them that was roughly $2k higher than all other competitors I spoke to in the area. They did price match but I suggest getting multiple quotes before to protect yourself from any extra costs. Attached are the photos the debris that was left in my driveway. Very disheartening and upsetting experience overall.

From start to finish, Nu-Face was an amazing company to work with. Mark was so helpful and kind when starting the process, allowing us to see different color combos and helping us pick the best financial plan for us. Junior and his crew worked hard all day when putting up the siding. They kept things tidy each day and did an amazing job. The house looks amazing. Nu-Face replaced siding on our house, replaced shutters, replaced 10 windows, replaced front steel railings with white composite and replaced all gutters except 1 existing. The crews were very efficient, professional and provided high quality results. The custom formed window trim eliminated J-channel around the windows and included overlapping joints with no gaps at the corners. They added extra trim around our original cellar hatchway to class it up a bit until we replace it. The garage door openings were completely wrapped with new trim eliminating the frequent wood painting. Communication cables on the side of the house were relocated and hidden when possible. The shutters were the last to be installed and there was an interference with an old light fixture which couldn't be moved far enough out of the way. I decided to eliminate the fixture and Nu-Face removed the fixture, new fixture siding block, a few pieces of new siding and installed new siding over the area at no additional cost. Nu-Face had previously replaced 4 windows and 1 sliding door which operate as smoothly as when installed. We are very pleased with our rennovations and will use Nu-Face for additional projects as they come up.

Just recently had our siding replaced on our house and we can’t say enough. From the no pressure sales to the support staff in the office everyone was excellent! The installers Raul and his staff were unbelievable. Working so hard in very cold and windy conditions and still went out of their way to be friendly and respectful.

The NuFace team followed up at multiple intervals inspite of solar company delaying the panel removal. The folks who came to replace the roof were pretty good.

I had been getting estimates from different roofing companies for months. my experiences with contractors have not been good so i was very apprehensive. Lou came by my home and i immediately had a good feeling about the company, but that didnt stop me from interviewing a multitude of companies to repalce my roof. several months later i reached out to Lou and he offered me an even better deal. I have zero regrets. They started early in the morning, very respectful of my property, completed the job at the stated amount of time, the supervisors from the company came to check on the job periodically, it was a very smooth transaction. I would definitely recommend this company for home imorovement jobs. I purposely waited to post this review because i wanted to see how my roof stood the test of a few rain storms. and it has. I really appreciate the honesty, work ethics and quality of work.

Great job on my roof replacement. Initial appointment was professional, reasonable estimate, and went over every detail of process. Originally gave me timeline of 4 weeks out for scheduling but were able to accommodate me within 2 weeks as I had to be out of town for a family issue. On the day of -the guys showed up on time, and finished in one day, even working past dark with flashlights and spotlights to get it done. Only issue was some nails in the driveway and pieces of scrap materials left behind but that may have been from the dumpster that got picked up next day.

Service and installation was great.. they made sure I was happy with the job before leaving and explained all that was done..

The installation workers were polite and professional. The installation was quick, neat and well done. There was a miscommunication regarding the materials. The owner contacted me directly and listened to my concerns. The issue was resolved. I recommend NuFace as a competent well managed company to work with.

Installed flashing around a previously removed deck. Called NuFace and had a service call generated and Scott arrived onsite ready to rock and roll. This guy is great and extremely knowledgeable. Scott did a fantastic job and the quality work was worth every penny. They also did my house siding roughly 5-6 years ago and still looks great. Spring of 2025 will be having NuFace replace our roof. Highly recommended. Joe the owner is one of hell of guy and stands behind his guys and products.

We had Nu-face install a slider patio door yesterday. 100% recommend. Installer was quick and efficient . Door looks great.

Anthony and his team were a dream to work with. They gave us a realistic timeline for work and ended up completing our full shower Reno and full bathroom update in just 2 days. We can’t say enough positive things regarding NuFace. We will definitely be back for future work when the time comes!

BEWARE!!!!!!

Hate to air laundry like this but I also don't like being stiffed! First interaction with Nu-Face was pleasant, to the point I considered them for a roofing job. I did the free consult with there salesman (no names he was great) who drew up some numbers and also told me there's a $1000 down payment. We paid the $1000 dollar deposit but told them we wanted to look over the paperwork before signing on to anything. Well we found somthing we didnt like and decided to go elsewhere. As soon as I asked for my deposit back they told me NO, so I then asked to talk to the manager Joe who tries to tell me I can't have my money back because he already bought supplies with it mind you this was a free consult with no signatures. BEWARE OF Nu-Face Home Improvements!! This situation needs to be rectified!

Thanks for commenting back instead of the run around on the phone. The job was canceled the day after your sales associate left my property. There is no contract due to no work being done at all. This is now seems like a small claims court issue now. Talk to you VERY soon.

Scott did an excellent job at diagnosing the problem with my window and showing me how to resolve it. He’s a super helpful guy and really knows his business. It’s always a pleasure to work with NuFace!

We had our barn sided and shingled by Nu-Face 2 yrs ago . We were extremely happy with the results. A couple weeks ago, I received a call from Nu-Face asking how everything was going with the barn that was sided. I happened to mention that over the winter some damage happened to a piece of the siding. I was told that a piece of siding could be ordered and installed. Today Scott came bright and early to do the installation. Scott was very personable and completed the task very quickly. I would highly recommend Nu-Face if you are thinking about any home improvements.

I met with two other contractors prior to meeting with Joe so I could get more than one estimate. The smart consumer "thing to do"! The first two tried to pressure me to sign their contract to the point of insult. When I called Joe I asked him on the phone if he was going to have a problem if I don't sign a contract when he came to our home and he was totally fine with that. When Joe came to the house we were quickly put at ease and I never felt pressured. Both my wife and I knew when Joe finished his presentation that this was the contractor we wanted to go with. The style and level of quality of the windows were a perfect choice for us and you can't beat a lifetime warranty! His pricing was also the best. The install went flawlessly. His team of installers are second to none! Dave(and Max)were professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend using Nu-Face and look forward to hiring them for my next project.
