I just wanted to say thank you to Brian for coming out today to replace one of my broken siding. Brian did a great job. Brian also goes above and beyond by letting me use his ladder to fix my gutter that has slides out. I would highly recommend total exteriors llc for their services.

Jason is a top notch guy who has been honest and helpful about the work needed at our house. The repair folks have done a good job and Jason and team stand behind the work and will always take the time to make sure you’re satisfied.

Seriously some of the nicest people I have met. Their companies reps. are going out of their way to help us. Their reps, deserve 5 stars for sure. I cant say too much about labor yet as we are adjusting an insurance claim so we havn't got that far yet. They will explain everything to you and will break down your options upon your budget. We are working with them and the insurance, then hoping for the best.

We had a terrible storm in Waterloo, IA June, 2023. Total Exteriors, LLC was in the neighborhood assisting homeowners dealing with the damage. The first question I asked was are you based in Iowa and the response was yes. Chad and his crew evaluated the damage and provided a detailed report on the damages and the next steps moving forward. Having gone through storms damage in the past, all kinds of contractors are trying to get you to commit to them based on the fact you are overwhelmed by the process and just want your roof fixed. Total Exteriors has an excellent rating and I recommend them to anyone needing repairs to their home.

We can't say enough GREAT things about our experience with Total Exteriors. We called them after a hail storm in our area. Within 20 minutes, Robbie was at our door smiling and very professional. He walked us through the process and was very personable and honest. It was such a blessing to hear honesty! Robbie also offered to be present when the insurance adjuster arrived to ensure that nothing was missed. He is AMAZING! He communicated very consistently, including returning phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner. He also was very knowledgeable and trustworthy and so pleasant. He never tried to sell us anything we didn't need and exhibited integrity in every interaction.

After we received a very thorough quote through email, with pictures and explanations, and agreed to sign with them, within a couple weeks, we received a call from Jason (J.R.) regarding scheduling the roof work. I was so impressed because with all of the homes hit in our area and the number of homes I knew they were working on, I was prepared to patiently wait a couple of months. J.R. and his very professional crew arrived on a Wednesday morning and worked through the day until after supper to ensure that the house AND garage roof were complete. Prior to the start of the work, J.R. walked around the outside of the house with us to make sure he knew of anything that needed to be protected during the work. He even expressed care for our dog, ensuring she wouldn't be skittish in the house with the roof work going on. J.R. returned after the completion of the roof and asked if we were satisfied with the work, and gave us information on when to expect the gutters to be completed. We would work with J.R. again and again. He's such a great guy!

We are entirely impressed! We have even now requested a quote for additional work that we hadn't originally intended on doing. We give them both thumbs up and would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thank you Total Exteriors for your integrity, professionalism, timeliness, and quality work! After getting sky high quotes from other companies, Total Exteriors really impressed us! Robbie did our inspection and was beyond professional and communicative. He thoroughly explained their (very reasonable) quote and even helped us make sure we were picking the right color shingle for our home.

The work was completed quickly by a great crew, and Jason went above and beyond expectations when we had some minor hiccups. All in all, we're super happy and would not hesitate to recommend Total Exteriors to anyone.

Kati was my initial point of contact to get my roof inspected she was fantastic and friendly, Kati got me turned over to Robbie who inspected and advised on my roof in an extremely timely manner. My whole roof needed replaced and I was provided an array of shingles and a description of what classification of shingles entailed along with plenty of colors to make my roof stand out.

The crew that did the installation was nice ( I had not woken up to leave for work yet and they already had everything in my narrow driveway and immediately pulled back out so I could leave for work.) When I got home they were just finishing up.

I inspected my yard the next morning and it was beyond clean, while I was walking around Jason stopped by to inspect the work and yard himself. He pointed out that there were a couple of things that needed fixed I believe he said the caps were not the right color, the next day they were fixed with no hassle!

I would highly recommend working with total exteriors and any work I need done in the future they will have my business!

We interfaced mostly with Rich VP, their service representative. He was always willing to listen to our concerns and answer all of our questions and gave us important information on all the products they had to choose from. He also kept us informed on all work scheduling. We also want to give Jason (co-owner) and Kati (office manager) kudos. They were both very hands-on in dealing with our insurance company and keeping us updated on coverage information. All work was completed in two days. We would highly recommend this company.

Total Exteriors equals total professionals. I had some window flashing blow off in some high winds, which exposed some rotted wood. Total Exteriors came out, inspected what needed to be done, gave me a fair price which included some possible increased cost if there were other rotted boards. They only replaced what had to be replaced and only after getting my approval. The crew has courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend

I contacted Total Exteriors to repair hail damage to my vinyl siding. Rich came right out and determined that my siding was no longer made. He then worked to get me new siding rather than repair. When the insurance company declined the replacement, Kati called and got the whole thing covered! Their work crew did an outstanding job with installation. Very professional!
Jason was here the first day and advised me that I could get new lighting since the old lamps were removed anyway. What a timesaver! He also had them replace a piece around my garage door that had been installed incorrectly by another company. This is the most positive experience I have ever had with work crews/contractors, and there have been many since I have lived in this home for more than 25 years! Five stars plus for them!
