Mario and his team just finished our roof, soffit, and gutters last week. Exceptional work! The communication from Mario was the #1 reason I went with Delgado Roofing. He was quick to reply, provided me answers with any questions, and was VERY clear on the cost and any issues he faced with this project. Additionally the team did a great job with cleanup. I had a small issue with the gutter ( things happen!), the very same day Mario had it fixed! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone thinking of undertaking a roofing project.

We had a leak due to a satellite dish mounted on our roof. I called, left a message and Mario responded within 15 minutes got me an estimate the next day and a few days later the project was completed. They even did a great job matching our existing shingles. I’ll call them again when we’re ready to have the entire roof re-shingled.

These guys do great work! Delgado's came as a recommendation from a friend, and we have been elated with everything they have done. Our home is over 100 years old, which makes for some unique circumstances when remodeling/repairing. Mario and his team were open to discussion and helped us to find the best solutions. They were on-time every day, and the work they put in was excellent. They tarped the yard and gardens around the house when tearing off the old roof, to catch any debris. When they were finished, it hardly looked like anyone had been there. I even saw someone sweeping the driveway with magnets for nails! Delgado roofing replaced our roof and gutters. Complete tear off of two layers of shingles and had to replace 100% of the plywood under. It was cold and windy and they worked anyway. Showed up on time, completed work, informed us along the way so we knew the plan. Employees were kind and courteous, and did a great job cleaning up when they were done. Gutters were completed in a few hours. Mario was great to work with! My roof looks great!!

man what can i say about this incredible company I stumbled upon. I had been trying for months to get someone to stop by to check out our roof that still had damage from last years Derecho. I would call different places and seemed everyone was either too busy or MONTHS out or prices were so high that I just didnt even bother. Well, about a month ago we were at one of our construction jobs and I quickly noticed this fleet of vehicles getting a roof done near us. They were flyin through it and by the end of our work....they had the whole house done and cleaned and gone. So i decided to call their number. No joke, within about 15-20 min i get a call and its Mario from Delgados.......i happened to be home when i called and in about an hour we setup for him to stop by to give me an estimate. Fast forward to July 19th and I am BEYOND incredibly happy and satiflsfied I called. Mario was very understanding of our needs and gave us a price that beat everyone out the water. He has the crew to handle it all and maintained all aspects of his work area clean throughout. Only setback was their material truck didnt quite show on time but they were all ready to blast through it all. Took 2 says (as i had quite a lot to get done and roof was steep as bell...lol) but they got it all buttoned up. Mario and I kept in contact via text/call during all. I will NEVER use anyone else (unless i do it myself...hit garages need done! lol) for my roofing needs. Ive never had any issues with them at all and his guys are just great workers! On a Friday evening we called Mario to request a quote. Saturday morning he was a few minutes early for our established appointment. Mario climbed up and walked every section of our roof taking measurements. We selected our desired shingle color and Mario prepared his bid at the tail gate of his pick-up. He explained his bid and my wife and I said we would discuss it and let him know later in the day. It was a very pleasant experience with absolutely no pressure tactics. We accepted the offer by telephone a few hours later, and we worked out the job scheduling mutually satisfactory the same day. The job entailed tear down to bare roof and the professional application of roofing in accordance with city codes. Ice dam protection, a quality underlayment, and 29 squares of Corning shingles were laid. During the project, it was determined that one section of roof sheeting (24 sheets) should be replaced, and this was readily accomplished at very reasonable extra cost with no bargaining necessary. When a couple facia boards needed to be replaced to maintain the top quality appearance of the project, Mario just took care of it with no extra cost. The project would have been completed in one day if rain had not required a brief overnight interlude, but the unfinished areas were well covered with tarps. We are very satisfied with the final appearance of our roof, and we have to emphasize satisfaction with all phases of the project. This is a top-notch organization doing quality work with strong emphasis on customer satisfaction! We recommend them to all homeowner and construction companies.

My husband and I searched around for a roofing company to replace our roof that had 3 layers of shingles and just really needed to be completely replaced. We had several bids done, and Delgado was the most cost efficient. Not only did they charge us thousands of dollars LESS than our lowest bid, they did a phenomenal job from start to finish. The Roofers were very respectful and polite and they finished the entire job in exactly 2 days. I would absolutely recommend this company hands down for any roofing replacement or repair. The work hasn't even been done yet. I contacted them less than 12 hours ago and they have already been out to give an estimate on my damage. The quoted price was fair and Mario let me know when the work will be done. He wore a mask, was very professional, prompt, and pleasant. He communicated when he would be here in advance. He showed me a picture of the damage (which was worse than I thought)! I will post a review after the work is done, but at this point, I am 100% pleased and grateful!

Delgado Roofing was great to work with. It was a large job, replacing our shingle roof and also 2 areas of flat roof. All was done beautifully. Special attention was given to the areas we were experiencing leaks. After several rains in the last 5 weeks, we have not had any water leaks.
I was also incredibly pleased with the lack of mess they left behind. With previous exterior work done on our home, there was always quite a bit of mess left for me to pick up. But Delgado was very thorough in cleaning up and I barely found a trace of garbage when they were done. They even cleaned up at the end of each day, which we appreciated.
Reasonably priced, they started and finished when they said they would, and were professional and responsive to our questions and requests. We highly recommend Delgado Roofing!
