I had a small siding repair that needed to be addressed. I contacted Jason when the siding to match came in. He responded promptly that day & the repair was completed. That you very much Jason. I would recommend Jason for any siding project I had to get done.

When we attended the Rockford Home Show in February we were specifically on a mission to replace our 24 year old asphalt shingle roof. We submitted detailed info to 14 vendors at the show, and as a result we met with 7 different companies.

Carter from Total Exteriors was one of the first people to contact us to meet and discuss our main concerns: roof ventilation, skylight replacement and total roof replacement.

Meeting with him really set the bar high for others to surpass. His personality, roofing knowledge, prompt communication, and genuine confidence that Total Exteriors could solve our roofing concerns really left us with a good feeling.

The pricing for this job was very reasonable. We greatly appreciated the minimal deposit to get on the schedule, the payment options they offered, as well as an incentive to make full payment within 14 days for a 5% refund. Those terms greatly influenced our decision.

On day of install the crew arrived promptly and were on the roof and ready to tackle the job by 7am. Ritchie, the site supervisor was especially cognizant of our concerns with the decking and insulation condition in the area around a 46 yr. old skylight. The crew was meticulous in their attention to detail in some tricky areas.

The day progressed speedily and at the end of the day, the cleanup crew left our yard looking pristine!

And oh!—that beautiful roof—worthy of a cover on an Owens-Corning brochure! Who knew that a new roof could bring such joy and peace of mind?!

Excellent. Had contacted 15 companies for this project to replace the chimney crown/trim that a woodpecker destroyed and made home in. Total Exteriors was only one of 2 companies willing to do the work. Out of the 2 , they were most affordable by far. Very straightforward, communicative, and easy process. The entire experience was great! Everything was done to the way I wanted it to be. They took time to go through all the different options of siding, roofing, and gutters until I found the right ones! They were so patient with me! My favorite thing though is they made sure all the nails were picked up in my yard so my dogs didn’t hurt themselves. They brought out special tools and everything! They took my biggest concern, remembered it and made sure to make me feel at ease. Highly, highly, recommend this company!!

Jason and the team provided a timely, temporary fix for a leak to protect from all the spring storm weather until we could get the fix scheduled.

This is my second project with them, and I feel relieved to know what I have a place to call if another problem pops up in the future!

One phone call & was there in 45 minutes to get materials ordered 12hrs after the tornado ripped off my house roof. Within 26hrs they had the temporary roof installed & weather tight!

Total Exteriors was great to work with. They really advocated for me in our damage claim process, thoroughly explained everything that was going to happen, and had a great selection of materials to pick. Very easy and fast communication, made the entire process simple.

The Total Exteriors team was responsive, efficient, friendly and very easy to deal with. They responded to my inquiry about replacing damaged downspouts the same day I contacted their office. The repaired area looks as good as new. I highly recommend.

Great company ( In my opinion). Estimator came promptly at the appointment time, professional and prepared to examine the issue on my roof.
A relatively small job, but another company I was got an estimate from did not even climb up on the roof and gave an estimate TWICE the $$!..
Total Exteriors crew arrived a week later and did the repair and the final bill came in LESS than estimate... I am happy about that and the damage and leak fixed!

Total exterior was very professional from the sales man who gave us the quote , to scheduling the roof installation and gutter installation. We are remodeling a 170 year old farmhouse to a bed and breakfast , this house has historic status with the state of Wisconsin. The team communicated every step for this install. When on site the workers were very polite, and got right to work and cleaned up very well. We are very pleased with Total exteriors professional work, from top to bottom. I would highly recommend them for your next roof/gutter installation.

The work was done quickly once insurance was approved. They cleaned up the area and did a great job. Very happy with the work they did, would recommend this company and would use them again if needed.

Got a back yard fence put in. Quick response, estimate. The owner himself came and did the measuring and estimate. All done in less than 2 days. Couldn't be happier. More importantly, the wife is happy.

Set up an appointment to get an estimate for gutters. I made accommodations so that I could meet with them at a time that was convenient for both them and I. Appointment comes, they were a no show. Waited around for an hour....no show and no call. I called them the next day to inquire if them came by earlier or find out what happened. The lady I spoke with on the phone stated that their guy thought it was too gloomy and wanted to reschedule it. Well, it was gloomy, but not down pouring or anything. At a minimum they could have called. I went with another company. If they don't have the decency to even call to cancel an appointment, they aren't people I expect to do quality work. There are plenty of competitors out there that respect your time, spend your money there.

Update: Owner called to apologize. Stated that his employee called to cancel appointment. I checked the phone log and there was a missed call. I explained that I work and am not always able to pick up let alone pick up for random numbers with the amount of robocalls. I explained that no message was left which would have fixed everything.

Owner seemed legitimately apologetic.

I was very pleased with my experience working with Total Exteriors. Will was awesome and explained everything in great detail and was willing to answer any questions I had at any time. Adam and crew came and knocked my roof out in one day , which we are very pleased with ( no more leaks). They replaced some siding where we had just fell an old chimney against the house, which looks amazing! They also replaced all of our gutters and reassigned the downspouts to areas that work better for our yard. Adam was also very informative and gave ideas for possible future projects. They made sure everything was done to our satisfaction prior to paying our remaining balance. Friendly staff and awesome work. Thank you Total Exteriors!!

Total exteriors is the best company I’ve worked with so far! There estimates are outstanding and they all seem to love what they do. I got my roof done by total exteriors about 4 months ago now and it look absolutely beautiful. You can’t beat their prices!

Verbal work not done. Lied to us 3 times. Told works to stop working because they said they were not going to do work agreed as part of job. They called their boss and agreed to do it so we let them finish. Two times they discussed the work afterwards and they said a different crew was going to do it. It was a lie to let them do the job. We would not recommend them to anyone. Notifying the Better Business Bureau. Get everything in writing. Don't trust them for anything they just say.

Great company, Great people. Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable, and had a great passion for their work. Very high quality final product! and they were able to help me come up with roofing solutions that were affordable. Would be first on my list for any future exterior needs.

Came home from Alabama and part of our roof was missing. Totally unsure on how to navigate this process, my cousin Kody Nugent recommended these guys because he knows the owner. Our sales person was Ron and from the moment of contacting this company we were blown away, they texted, called and stopped by often to keep us updated on the process( claim). Our insurance company ( Wisconsin Mutual) we’re all great partners in this process. The crew that showed up that did our roof was super friendly and they took extra care to avoid our plants and they spent over an hour just on cleanup. My only grief and it’s a small one is the gutter scheduling, giving a 3 day window when they will be by to perform the work instead of a hard date is not very friendly to the experience. It’s been about a month or better since the work has completed and Ron still checks on us to make sure everything is going well. You won’t find a better company….. I promise.

Marta, Martha and Jose were all friendly and efficient. The roofers were friendly and hard working. There was never a doubt they were working for us and doing a great job.

After the November 2020 hail storm, our roof and half of our siding needed replacing. We could not have asked for a better experience than we had from start to finish with Total Exteriors. Jason and Ron were a real pleasure to work with. Friendly, professional and truly cared about making sure we were taken care of. Good company to work with, they broke down everything about the process to get the roof and siding fixed up, pretty fast as well. Not the cheapest around but you get what you pay for.

Total Exteriors provides snow plowing during the winter months. After a snowstorm came through with winds we were drifted in. After a referral to Total Exteriors Jason was here first thing the next morning. He got us plowed out in record time and moved snow where we requested. Highly recommend them if you are looking for snow removal.

I think they did a really good job on my garage roof, and they charged a fair price. I would use them again. I want to put in a good word for my sales rep, Flip...he did an excellent job, was responsive and responsible!

Excellent company to work with. Owner was very knowledgeable and professional from quote to follow up after project completion. Had garage flat roof and gutters replaced. Previous flat roof didn’t run all water off with Slope and pooling issues. New roof completed a month ago no issues. Owner also went beyond with customer service and fixed a few small issues on main house roof for good customer service. For this I’m Happy with work and service and will use total exteriors again, highly recommend.

They made everything so easy, sent email stating what I needed and if they did one time snow plow to clear driveway and walkways around the house. Since we are new to area I was not sure how this works with the snow. Everyone was extremely helpful and explained along the way from Travis to the office gals. Keep up the wonderful customer service we will be using them again for all our exterior needs.

I would recommend Total Exteriors to everyone.... like my family, friends, neighbors, My child's school bus driver, the pizza delivery driver....from all 10 pizza places I eat at including Rocky Rocco's in Madison (Love that pizza), The nice waitress at hooters, the guy at Foot Locker that always helps me find the best sneakers, My doctor, my dentist, my chiropractor, the guy at the gas station that doesn't make me pre pay even after dark and pretty much anyone else that I may be forgetting. Total Exteriors -put a new roof on our office building and warehouse. Work was done before estimated time and continue to follow up to make sure everything is ok. Would highly recommend them for commercial properties.

Before the project got underway, Jason sat down with us and explained the process. He also suggested different colors and gave us addresses where we could see those roofs. That was definitely worth it, since the colors look so much different on a roof than on the samples. The crew did a great job, worked hard, and cleaned up. We love our new roof!
