Lyle and his crew were awesome to work with! He gave me great advice initially regarding potential replacement, then after a leak, he got my roof replaced within three days. His crew was very timely, got our very cut up and steep roof done in slightly over a day, and left our driveway and yard super clean. In addition, I needed some drywall repaired. Though Lyle’s team doesn’t do that, he was able to get one of his subcontractors there within the same day to get it fixed. Overall, an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend the DeWild Construction to anyone!!

I had DeWild company come out to repair my property damage after the May 22, 2024 storms. I had to have my roof replaced as well as the siding on one side of my house. While it took some time to complete the project the delay was due to insurance and not because of of DeWild. Lyle worked with me and assisted me throughout the whole ordeal. From start to finish I got great service and advice from Lyle. He helped me decide what color shingle and gutter would be best on the house and kept me informed every step of the way in the process. When discovered that the sheeting was not to code, he sent pictures with measurements and even had his crew correct an issue with the insulation in the attic to improve airflow. We had used DeWild Construction on our primary residence, so using his company for my rental property was a “no-brainer”. I highly recommend DeWild! Lyle made the whole process low stress and easy. His crew works quickly and the clean up was amazing. Other than a gorgeous new roof, I would never know they had been there!

Delivered samples for roof color and type to make the selection process less daunting. Contacted Lyle for an estimate and he was extremely fast at getting the estimate back me. Less than a month and the roof was done. We struggled to choose a contractor after a pretty severe hail storm. We felt that all sorts of contractors were coming out of the woodwork to try and get everyone's business! We found it to be overwhelming, to say the least. I spoke to a colleague of mine and she told me she and her husband were using DeWild. They were so kind to give me the direct cell to Lyle. Lyle called me back right away and scheduled a time to view our damage. The day he was to come by he claimed that he over-scheduled himself so he came an hour early and had already left. I did have missed calls from him as I was at work and I am Thankful for that effort in communication, however, the next time he was to meet us was at our home at 6:00 pm so we were both there and could, number one finally meet this gentleman, and secondly discuss our plan of action to protect our asset. This is where all communications were left. He never showed up. I tried calling him several times. After two hours of waiting we determined that he was not going to arrive again. The next day I called his cell and left a friendly message just asking what our next steps were if they were too busy just let us know and we could find a new contractor. NOTHING! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! We are so understanding and could work around anything as long as there was communication. We were so disappointed with the professionalism of DeWild.

5 Star experience with DeWild Construction. Had a new roof, gutters and rotten header above the garage door fixed and it was done in 3 days. The roofing was torn off and replaced within hours and absolutely no trash or nails to be found. The gutters got put on the next day with the same clean result. The header had been a thorn for me for a year and they got it torn off and fixed quickly and looks as good as new. I’d recommend this construction company to anyone looking for this type of work. my wife and I noticed that several homes in our neighborhood were getting new roofs from a storm that we had no idea of sometime in May. DeWild Construction was in the neighborhood replacing roofs so my wife and I decided to call Lyle before contacting our insurance carrier. Lyle was over with in 45 minutes of speaking with him to see if we had any damage. With his knowledge we had a lot of damage that was great news for us! We called our insurance carrier and they had an adjuster over in no time. We felt more comfortable if Lyle was here when the adjuster showed up and he set aside his busyness to do so! Lyle was more than reasonable and we had our new roof on with in a week! It only took Lyle and his crew 1 full day to complete and we had no issues with clean up as we have 2 dogs and 2 active boys. No nails found! We also ran into some minor issues with our insurance carrier and Lyle was more than understanding! We were in the middle of the inspection process while purchasing our new house. It turned out that the roof was not in great shape and was recommended it be replaced. Lyle was quick to respond to come take a look and verify the inspectors findings and provided a quote quickly so that we knew what costs we would be looking at. This company also replaced our siding damaged by the storm on March 5, 2022. They still have to replace our gutters and arrange to have our garage doors replaced. Lyle ( the owner) keeps in constant contact. He also worked well with our insurance company. The roofing crew and the siding crew were VERY good workers and worked quickly and were very courteous to us. Neither crew had any music….. none of that loud music that other companies evidently allow.

They came out to do an estimate finally after missing the first appointment and not calling, then after they found out we were going to use insurance they said they would be charging a couple extra thousand because it takes insurance a long time to pay. I don't think anyone should be able to over charge just because it's insurance that's how rates go up for us.
