Came out and fixed an old leaky vent boot for free. We’ll be having Recon out for our major repair at our farm house for sure. Quality service and a great process!

Great communication and service! Mike came out and looked at the roof post storms last night. Quick response considering I called just this morning! We had some leaking happening, first time it's ever happened on our 7 year old roof. Since Mike did a thorough exam of the roof, shingles, sealants around vents & pipes and even crawled up in a tight, inaccessible attic to view the affected area we were able to determine the water came in with the heavy rains & sideways winds via a roof vent. Nothing wrong that actually needed to be fixed but just a one off with the storm conditions. Peace a mind and no charge! I'll be using Recon for any roofing needs in the future.

Wow, Mike Gettemy is a very respectful man that helped me restore my house into something I can call a home. Recon was great - I thought I had an issue after a wind storm and they were able to get out to my house quickly and got up on the roof, checked, saw there was no damage - and gave me the green light. I was glad not to need more work, but if I ever do - will absolutely be calling them.

We had a hole in our roof decking. I was previously “burned” by a shady contractor that took my money and ran, nearly a year of radio silence. I gave up, went searching and Recon was the only Google result that caught my eye. When I got into contact with them, I spoke with Derrick. After explaining my story, there was someone out to look and take pictures. Had a quote within a week and a half. We agreed on fixing the hole and redoing the other side as well as it had shown its age.
Derrick coordinated everything and within a couple weeks we had our roof repaired.
The bid was also 1/5th of what the previous contractor had quoted me. The whole process start to finish was a little over a month. Should’ve went with Recon from the start! I’ve passed their names around already, and when it’s time to do the rest of my roof, I know who my first call is going to be to.
Phenomenal job, spotless cleanup afterwards, consistent communication, and very flexible.

Colten has been so helpful with everything after the damage to our home here is St. Louis. From handling conversations with the adjuster to going above and beyond and working with the city to get approvals for the run around that the insurance company is requesting, we have felt incredibly supported and virtually stress free the entire process because of him. I called Sam at Recon Roof and Construction when i had a leak in my kitchen ceiling earlier this year. He came right over, spent time in my attic and roof, and ultimately diagnosed the problem. We had a bad “shoe” on a pole in the roof , which allowed ice melt to leak into the attic . He was very prompt, took the time to explain the situation to my husband and I, and we haven’t had a problem since. He was very professional, and friendly. I would definitely call him again if I had an issue.

We had some of our shingles come off of our ridge cap on the roof of our home from the high winds. We reached out to Tyler Miller to see if he was available to fix and how quickly he could do it. Tyler was out the next day to fix it. Not only did he replace what came off he also pulled up some that looked to be wearing from not being installed correctly. Tyler Miller, thank you for the quick response and great service as well as going above and beyond to ensure our roof is in great condition.

I have nothing but great things to say about the team at Recon. A tree fell on my house last May and a few of the folks at Recon were at my house and assisting with the cleanup within an hour of reaching out. Following the cleanup, they played a large role in communicating back and forth with our insurance company, to make sure we received a fair payout.
