I worked with Nate who did a thorough inspection. The work was scheduled and I was kept updated by Zane and he was great. I think the house and shed roof look very good. They did vinyl wrapping on three windows and I wished I would have had someone else do that part. It took two tries, they broke things on my mantel with beating the house so hard and I still have one area not looking good and I had to caulk most of the second try. I also had issues with them replacing two 2x4 on the shed and trying to bill me $500 for $10 of wood.

Zaine is professional as it gets. Quality roofing and quality service. Would highly recommend if you’re in need of any service done on your roof.

I'm a general contractor so I'm very wary of companies who sell you on their product but underperformed. Trevor and his company TN quality Roofing and Siding is by far not one of those companies. I have found these guys to be professional and very knowledgeable about their work. TN Quality Roofing and Siding did my the metal roof and siding on my new home one year ago and I called them back at one year to do an annual inspection. They were very throrough and provided great feedback. These guys may not be the cheapest in town but they would be the first people I would call for quality work.

I contacted TN Quality Roofing and Siding when I suspected our roof had been damaged in a hail storm. I should mention my wife and I were new to the area, but we saw this business had some very good reviews on the local Facebook page, so we gave them a call. The owner, Trevor, came out the next morning and found the roof had been damaged, as well as the gutters and siding at one end of the house. An insurance adjuster agreed and we had a new roof in just a matter of a couple weeks. The damaged siding was replaced also. As for the gutters, the insurance company only wanted to pay for a small section, but Trevor and his job supervisor, came back and took more pictures of damaged gutters and contacted the Insurance company. We ended up getting all guttering replaced. Trevor was very easy to work with and kept us informed. His company also worked with our insurance company directly throughout the entire process. A few days after the work had been completed, I noticed a small issue with some trim on the overhang above the garage and contacted Trevor. He stopped by after work that day and took care of it. Trevor provided very good customer service throughout and we will definitely be contacting TN Quality Roofing and Siding if we should need those services in the future.

If you have ever used a roofer you know how painful it can be. With TN Quality Roofing and Siding it’s a completely different experience. I am a General Contractor and have used many roofers in the past. TN Quality is changing the way roofing is done. They assign a Project Manager to my projects so I did not have to worry about quality, safety, bad or messy crew. They left my jobs spotless and clean when they were done. The crews are top notch and very professional. The owner Trevor Brunsvold is very involved is all the projects. He even go to the jobs to ensure everyone is keeping up the very high standard he expects. It has been a pleasure working with Trevor and his team and I will be using them on all my roofing & siding projects. Be sure to ask about all their services as they provide a wide range of them.
