I called to get an inspection and quote on a new roof for my home. From the first interaction of setting up my appointment everything flowed flawlessly. Zaine was able to come out to my home do an inspection and speak with me personally. Very respectful, knowledgeable , and professional young man. He did not hesitate to explain any questions I had about the process, costs, and repairs needed.The quote as very was very easy to understand, and explained all costs straight forward. I always appreciate a good service and I would highly recommend if you seek professionalism to give them a call.

When I called TN Quality Roofing & Siding about a roof leak, they showed up the same day to assess what was needed. It was several days later before the repair was made but the company (specifically Zaine Williams) kept in contact with me. No payment was necessary until the repair was made. I was worried about clean up, because our last job left lots for us to do, but it was top notch … I’ve only found a few small pieces that landed in odd spots. If you’ve seen the mess a roof replacement makes, you know what an accomplishment this is.

We hope to use the team next year for siding as well. Our roof color is Estate Gray-very versatile color! Not the best lightening for pics, but I’d describe it as a medium, inviting gray that would go with many color schemes.

Tyler and Treavor did an amazing job on my new residential construction. They installed all the exterior trim (soffit, facia and vinyl shake siding), tongue and groove ceilings and flashed and shingled around the chimney. They went above and beyond the call of duty and I couldn't be happier with the results. They are extremely easy to work with and are super accessible and responsive to texts and phone calls. You cannot go wrong with these guys. Their quality and customer service is second to none. A+++

TN Quality Roofing & Siding just finished a Roof Job and did a great job and Zaine was an outstanding Supervisor with much Patients with workers and customers. He kept on top of all stages of the job and communicated well with me about each stage. The follow up of the finished project was inspected and communicated that they would be back to finish the Strip around the Garage door ASAP. Gutter Employees did a Great Job on installation and did Extra just for asking.

Sales guy came out to quote my roof.
All he was interested in was making it an insurance claim. I did not to do that all I wanted was for him to quote a new roof.
He quickly said I'll my best, it all depends on what the insurance want to pay. He wouldn't stop. Omg what a nightmare.
Rude unprofessional arrogant awful.
Don't waste your time on this company.

My neighbor had TN Quality Roofing come out and check her roof for hail damage and since we have had several hailstorms with pretty large hail, I asked Michael if I could make an appt to look at mine. I was really fearful that anyone I called would automatically say, “yes you have damage and need a new roof” but that was not the case. It is so refreshing to be able to call a roofer and they are honest with you. He said there was some damage, but not really enough to have my whole roof replaced, unless I was having issues (leaks) which I am not. I highly recommend Michael and TN Roofing and will not hesitate to call should we have more hailstorms over the summer.

Highly recommend! Nate Harrell arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) the same day we called him and was very professional yet friendly and easy to deal with. I expected to get an estimate and wait days or weeks for repairs but he arrived ready to get the work done as he knew the repairs were related to closing on our house in a few weeks. He reviewed the inspection report, looked at the roof and gave me an estimate. He then proceeded to repair even more than what was required so that everything would be done right. He also did a couple of other caulking jobs that were in the report but not actually on the roof. He then sent his report the same day so we had proof of the repairs. I needed help with my facia in my roof. I called them on Wednesday they made an appointment for estimate for repair for Thursday. Nate Harrell let me know his arrival time. He came out inspected it and said let me call the owner and I would like to repair it for you today. My expectations was estimate today repair in future. So happy I called them. On time and didn’t rip me off for small job being done. Fixed my issue and will call them again in future. Reason I called is last week for Forrest homecoming week they are a sponsor for sports at school my children atttend. They were providing free hot dogs, hamburgers, chips and drinks before last Friday homecoming game. They are giving back to community and I love to do business with people that give back. We had to replace some siding around our dormers and Nate made the whole process very easy. He helped us understand what to expect, and guided us in the best direction for replacing what was necessary and saving on overall cost (which we did!). Dependable, professional crew was in/out in repairing the damage and left no trace behind other than the new siding that was installed. Highly recommend!

He completed a full roof inspection with very detailed notes and pictures of damage for insurance. We have tried to get insurance to cover a roof replacement for years with no luck (probably due to poor contractors, now knowing what a good contractor does). He made sure we had all the information we needed to fight for full coverage, and we got approved for a full roof replacement without question.

The experience was great Trevor was a great person to work with, on time, kept his word, and very professional. He had to remove some siding, when the snow would freeze up at the top of my siding was ok.
