The roof was done only in the backyard per Alex of Tittan. Alex was a nice man he also made notes of inside damage for estimate. the only thing i noticed about the roof was the tiles were not lined up straight, however it is in the backyard so i did not even mention this to Alex. After roof repair my HOA finally approved Titan to do the inside work several months later. Rau'l Cuellar & Danny Sandoval came out within a week Monday 4/22/2024 they were very professional about the repair job they were neat, friendly, and knowledgly about what they were doing within two days they did the job and it looks as good as new! I was very pleased with these young men they did a beautiful repair job with every deatail being done properly. Had Titan Roofing install new roof on addition and patio. Roof continues to leak and I can’t get Titan Roofing to come over and do any warranty work. Leak is worse now and is leaking in my house. They make appointments (3) saying they will come over to look but never show up. Then the manager emails and wants me to show where the leak is on a google earth picture of my roof. I show them where several leaks were (4) and can’t get ahold of them since. DO NOT USE! They will take your money and won’t warranty their work.

Slow, expensive, inferior quality. It has been so incredibly difficult to get them to come out and actually finish the work they were paid for that I have given up and will just finish it myself. I've called a few times now asking when they are coming to finish and they seem confused that the job wasn't done. There is no oversight or communication. This place must specialize in flipping houses because they spend more time hiding their mistakes than fixing them.

I live in Verde Viejo condos and Titan Roofing is replacing some of the roofs in our complex .The crew working on our building #33 were very professional. They always cleaned up after every shift. After they had completed our building I had noticed a tile that had come loose. I seen your workers on another building so I walked over and told them about it. They fixed it the next day.

They installed a new roof in 2017. Three years later, some shingles came loose. They came right out and took care of it. Thank you for your great customer service. They just finished fixing some shingles damage that the wind blew up by the flashing. They charged me nothing! No wonder they won best of!!! THEY ARE BEST OF!!! I will give them ALL my business. What a great customer service company who stands by their work. I just love them. Soon I will call for some drywall work I need in my house. THANK YOU TITAN ROOFING!! 5-19-2025

I rarely write reviews but this was an extreme case.

Chris, Miguel, Meghan, and Melissa provided one of the best contractor experiences I have had in my 25+ years in Las Vegas. The work was top notch. Their prices were competitive (I received four quotes), they were very transparent and clear on the estimate, they responded quickly and fairly to questions that came up during the job, and they did the work in a timely fashion(fully staffed and always on-time).

I had absolutely no complaints and the work turned out better than my highest expectations. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Water was coming down the wall in the master bedroom and I called them to check it out. They estimated the tile to be removed and install new black proofing paper. I agreed and paid $4000 to have the job done. It took a month for them to schedule the repair and that was fine. The roofers that came out were really nice and the job looked good. After summer when the rainy season returned a small leak started coming down the window. I called to let them know about the leak and they couldn’t come out to look at the warranty leak for 2 weeks.

Then it rained again and now water was leaking into the master bedroom. The bathroom never leaked before. When the roofer came out he said it wasn’t the roof but the stucco where the roof and stucco meet along the entire wall so it was now leaking along the entire wall. I asked him why he did not estimate to repair the stucco with the roof since it was the leak I called for and now it is worse. He said he didn’t know, he thought maybe he said something verbally but didn’t know why he didn’t estimate it.

I asked him for an estimate to fix the stucco and they sent one. The estimate was for $1,600-$1,700 for the stucco repair and $980 to repair the roof tiles along the whole edge. I stated that I supposedly have a 10 year warranty with this Tile repair and I would like to speak with the manager and the boss.

I understand having to repair the stucco since he overlooked it but to fix the tile roof he just did 3 months ago was not acceptable. I asked nicely to speak with the manager. Seriously, never raised my voice or spoke badly and since they know I want to complain they have never returned my calls and their secretaries won’t reply to emails anymore. I even asked the lady if she is ignoring me and before she used to reply fast now she no longer replies.

The companies interior department called and asked if I wanted to repair the interior drywall and I explained to her that the management has never returned any of my calls and if she could have one of them call. She said she would but never returned my call.

This is so weird because everyone from the secretary to the roofers were really nice until the leak came back and now they completely ignore me. I’ll just cut my losses and go somewhere else but for management to not even return a phone call to explain why they refuse to warranty the tile repair is unheard of. If you use them just hope they do the job right the first time because if they don’t, you will not be hearing from them.

Titan Roofing provides photos of the roof during inspection, which is a plus. The estimate was fair and within market range.
The roof was completed in the timeframe projected. The roofing team was very professional and organized.
After, the refoof was finished a member of the team also came back by to do a quality check on the roof.

This company is very professional and affordable. I would recommend Titan Roofing company .

Way cheaper than 2 other places I called, repair was made in a timely manner and finally no more leaks.
I also wanted to be there while the work was being done, so they worked around MY schedule.

Had a small section of roof repaired, they were fast and professional, I found my roofer!

My Realtor recommended Titan Roofing to do a roof inspection on a home we were purchasing. They did an excellent job on a very detailed inspection, and recommended repairs. I contracted with Titan to do the repairs after the close, and coordinated with them and the HVAC contractor to ensure that Titan was able to do their work after the HVAC units were replaced.

Very pleased with the work provided and the level of customer service that Titan provided I would very much recommend Titan Roofing.

Missed my scheduled window all together. When I called to inquire about it I was told that I was never even on the schedule...even though they called to confirm. I rescheduled and the estimator did not show up again the following day. When I called to see what was going on...he replied, "I totally spaced it, I'm on my way!" He was very apologetic and took pictures for estimate. My HOA was covering the cost as I only own the airspace... I assume it was fixed as I heard them on the roof and saw a Titan truck out front. Fast forward 2 months and another storm....roof is still leaking in the same exact spot. This time I had to remove the soaked roof tiles and let it drip into a trash bin because it was 5x as bad.
Now I have to go through HOA again and have them come out for a warranty "estimate"...praying it doesn't rain it the meantime.

Got quote very quickly and job started two days later...waiting for first Las Vegas Monsoon to see if they got the leaks!!
