Titian Roofing’s Brandon Kopp has taken excellent care of our needs! Yesterday Eduardos and crew arrived early morning and removed our old roof. Roofing was late getting to our home by an hour and a half.
When it finally arrived, we could not believe the immediate action from the crew! Though the weather was above 90 degrees, they could not have worked harder! We were so impressed by the efficiency of the crew and by 6:00 pm they had completed the roof and clean up!! Thank you, Brandon, Eduardos and crew!!! Job well done!!!

James with Titan was our guy. He helped us get our insurance company to cover the replacement of our 23 year old roof after a hail storm. He made the process very easy and helped file the initial claim. I highly recommend using James for all your roofing needs.

Professional, courteous, Todd returned after the completion to make sure all my questions were answered, and did a final sweep for materials that were left. Brent made this process so easy for my husband and I! He was very good at communicating every step of the process, and always made sure we were informed. He came to our house when we were available to meet and even met my husband at his work one time. His response times to text messages and calls were phenomenal. Abi helped so much with the finances and getting everything set up. She explained everything well and made sure we were comfortable with what was going on. She also dealt with all of the insurance side of things so I never had to worry! Our roof looks amazing and was all done within one day! They were time efficient and even dealt with us going in and out of the house all throughout the day. Overall I would highly recommend this company for anything dealing with your roof!! Excellent overall experience!! Showed up when they said they would, Installed our roof in 2 days, cleaned it up very nicely and working with Abi was an excellent experience. She was very knowledgeable and was honest and reliable. If we ever need another roof I will definitely use this company!

We were highly satisfied with the job these guys did. The roof looked great, and they left the area cleaner than when they started. You could tell Jake had a lot of experience. He was responsive to our calls/questions, and they showed up when they said they would. He was helpful in dealing with our insurance company as well. We would definitely do business again!
