Natural State Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof. Brendan completed the initial inspection same day we called and took the time to address specific concerns we had asked him about. He met with our insurance adjuster on a Saturday and assisted us thru out the process of having insurance approve the replacement, taking time to provide thorough explanations and letting us know our options. Most impressive was during the installation, he was on the roof with his crew, overseeing the work and providing updates of the process, sending photos and video of the work being done. The crew did an excellent job and exceeded our expectations. Natural State Roofing is truly a service oriented company, they pay attention to the details and made a daunting task completely manageable.

Natural State Restoration & Roofing did a wonderful job installing our new roof and gutters. They were honest, punctual, hard working and did an exceptional job.

I don't write reviews on here often but Natural State went above and beyond with our roof replacement.

I worked with Thomas. I could text or call him any time of day any day of the week and he would respond within a few hours at the latest.

They were scheduled to work on the roof on a Monday. I looked at the weather on Saturday (2 days before) and saw severe weather expected on Tuesday. I called Thomas and asked if they could wait until after the storm. I didn't want hail on a new roof. Not a problem, they pushed us back to Thursday.

We had a board on our roof that needed to be replaced but wasn't part of what insurance covered. They went ahead and fixed it for us because they were already up there.

I talked to a home inspector after the roof was done. He told me he has 3 roofing companies he recommends in our area and Natural State was one of the 3.

I tried to get the inspector to come inspect the work but he only does whole home inspections. That said, it's been several months since our roof has been put on and I haven't seen any leaks.

Brenden and his crew were professional and down to earth. He explained things in detail and exactly what would be done. His crew was awesome. They completed the job as promised and did a good job cleaning up. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing a roof.

I had lost faith in contractors and roofers after getting my roof replaced a few years ago. It was a terrible job that still left me with a leaking roof and nothing but empty promises from the owner of the company. Natural State Restoration & Roofing came to my rescue and did an AMAZING job on my beautiful new roof and gutter system. Brendon’s professionalism is unmatched. Not only did he sit down with me to explain everything he helped me navigate the insurance process which could get pretty confusing at times. If you are thinking about replacing your roof, call him you will be glad you did!

We got out roof replaced by him 2 years ago after getting it replaced he refuses to pick up any calls at all about our roof. After he got his money he washed his hands of us. Not calling back, not getting back to us nor even bothering to answer his phone. We tried to get him to look at something in December of last year he say send a video and text me then say ok I'll come. No he doesn't come. He will be professional and polite after replacing your roof then you won't ever hear from him again. He does not honor contract and does not keep his word. Do not do business with someone that will abandon you and make the mistake we did. Try to call him about the storm damage from today 6/25/23 as well absolutely no answer. Yall be safe and don't make a mistake we did.

Had hail damage that required a new roof. They were straightforward and helpful, and eager to please. I was impressed that they have had the same crew working for them for years. I know that there is sometimes a disconnect between contractors and their crews, but that is not the case with Natural State. They made dealing with insurance a breeze, and did a lot of the legwork. Would recommend without reservations.

We are extremely satisfied with the whole process from start to finish…Brendon came out on a Saturday and gave us a quote and a lot of insight that helped us to understand the differences between products and helped guide us through the entire process. His guys were on time, all work, and provided the expertise that was promised. It was a pleasure doing business with them!

Brendan Lile of Natural State Restoration & Roofing was a Godsend! I had storm damage and my roof was leaking through the ceiling sheet rock. He answered my call and was at my house the same day. He surveyed the damage and worked with my insurance company to get the roof replaced. Brendan handled the whole process himself and took the worry completely away from me! I had a small leak by my fireplace. I contacted Brendan after hours via e-mail and he responded immediately. He even came over on a Saturday to look at it. He sealed the the flashing by the fireplace - really quick fix. Brendan could have easily try to upswell me and tell me I needed a new roof and he didn’t! Great job replacing my roof five years ago. Recently repaired a portion of tile damaged from a gutter due to ice —Owner came out on Super bowl Sunday and did the repair.

Brenden came out from Natural State Restoration & Roofing LLC UPON A CALL FROM MY WIFE WHEN SHE NOTICED OUR ROOF WAS LEAKING FROM THE SNOW/ice/ sleet storm.
Then came out immediately the next day when the roads were drivable. Assessed the situation and found an ice dam causing the problem and cleared it immediately.

Then needing the weather to clear and warm up to repair they came out on Super Bowl Sunday to complete the repairs.
Came out, got right after it and fixed the construction design flaw that allowed the roof leakage.

True professionals, and wonderful businessman who treats his customers with great appreciation.

Natural State Restoration & Roofing replaced my roof recently. They did an excellent job. Mr. Lile worked closely with my insurance company to make sure all expenses were covered appropriately. Five (5) of my neighbors have also had Natural State install new roofs and they all pleased with the excellent work.

After the inspection she walked through the process and answered all my questions and concerns. The owner Brendan worked closely with me when it came time to install the new roof. They did a good job on my roof, had materials dropped off in the driveway and an hour later, crew showed up, got to work and had most of the roof done in one day, next morning it was all finished and cleaned up fairly quickly and helped with the insurance process

This is a superb company. They are very courteous and professional. They also went with details to explain the work they do and the materials they use prior to the beginning of their works.
When it comes to doing their works, their workers were very professional and efficient too. Everything was done with attention to all details. After all works were done the grounds was checked and rechecked to make sure there was no nails and all debris were picked up and hauled away and our grounds and driveway were clean and spotless.
We are extremely thankful to have this professional company to redo our roof and replace some gutters and downspouts.

I used Natural State Restoration to replace the roof and gutters on my home. Brendan showed up quickly, got me information quickly and basically did the whole job in 1 day! I just wanted to share my experience, and explain why I was very pleased with their service.

1. They were extremely patient with us. It took us *way* too long to pick a shingle color. They were completely patient the entire time. They sent us addresses of houses with different shingle colors to look at, brought samples, and answered tons of questions.

2. They kept us updated on the progress of the project. I was not home the day they installed the shingles, so Brendan sent me pictures and videos of the progress throughout the day. I didn't really need those (I trusted him that I would have a new roof when I got home), but it was nice knowing how things were progressing.

3. They were able to get our roof replacement approved by insurance. When Jenna knocked on the door to see if we wanted them to inspect the roof, I told her they were welcome to take a look, but another roofing company had tried a few months earlier and been unable to get it approved. Brendan climbed on the roof, said there was damage, and contacted the insurance company. They then did a second inspection (with Brendan present), and approved the claim.

4. They went the extra mile. We have three skylights, and they were covered in tree sap (or whatever gets on skylights). They cleaned the skylights without being asked. You might think that's not a big deal, but we had had another roofing company do work *on our skylights* a few months before Natural State came by, and that roofing company cleaned only the very edges of the skylight (just enough that they could caulk around the edges). It might not seem like a big deal, but it beats me having to climb up there and clean them!

This company replaced our roof five years ago because of the hail damage our roof sustained. We had some issues with our roof over a month ago. Some of our gutter screens were causing the shingles to stick up and some shingles were damaged due to a bird possibly. There were pieces of our shingles on our front steps. Brendan came and brought the needed supplies after coming to inspect the damage. He repaired everything without charging us anything which we really appreciate!
