Mike Wickherst is one of the key components for this company! He cares for everyone that he works with and obviously has a heart for what he does and helping people out. I had a tree fall on my house and Mike did everything in his power to make sure I was taken care of and making it a personal mission of his to make sure work got done on my house!

We had a huge, multi floor water leak. They responded immediately and arrived even quicker than we expected. They mitigated the damage efficiently, and saved carpet and drywall we felt sure was ruined. You can't even tell anything ever happened. We are extremely happy with the service and will be using them again if the need should arise.

Service Restoration was all around a wonderful company to work with! Cody was very informative with what he would be doing in my home and walked me through the process where I understood it all! When we thought we would have to remove everything from our home, Cass was there to answer any questions and concerns about my personal property. We had a laundry tub overflow that damaged flooring, baseboard and downstairs ceiling. I was referred to this company and was incredibly happy with the results. First and foremost, all employees of Service Restoration were excellent at communicating and guiding us through the whole mitigation and rebuild process. Craftsmen did excellent work. They were responsive to my questions and were inventive in dealing with snafus like my flooring being discontinued. I don’t want to need this company again but if I do, I will call Service Restoration!

The team at Service Restoration far exceeded my expectations when my apartment flooded. They arrived within an hour of my call at 2:30am and stayed until the job was completed around 7:15am and were back the next day to ensure all of the equipment was running smoothly. Highly recommend!

I contacted Mike Wickhurst to a structure fire for a single person with cancer who had just been released from the hospital and when the person returned home this person lost everything. Mike arrived sat down on the front porch steps and prayed with the person and brought a care package. Then on his own time assisted with living quarters for the individual. Mike goes above and beyond no matter the time of day to assist with whatever needs to be done.

Service Restoration was timely to respond, thorough and attentive to mitigate the impact of a major water leak that damaged my garage and master closet. Steven Justin and Kam worked a full Friday into evening hours in wretched heat and humidity to pull out all the damage and get fans going before the weekend. They were courteous and took time to explain what was going on. Kody was involved too as part of the daily follow up process to check on drying status.

Everyone was thorough, nice, and efficient. Cameron and Casey came first and explained everything. Kody, Stephen, Tyrice, and Justin were helpful, and Alexis also contacted me to ask how the job was going.

My house flooded so I googled a restoration company. They were the first on the list and showed up within 2 hours. Placed 20 fans and 3 dehumidifier’s in my house and also told me the floor would come up. After 2 days they told me the walls were dry but the machines needed to stay. I felt if the floors had to come up and walls were dry, the machines could come out. Even after 5 days I had to sign a waiver not holding them to any future mold or mildew. Then my insurance check was made out to the mortgage company and I. They worried me to death for their money. I was already out $6000 myself.

This company was amazing! So quick to start and very efficient! Casey, Cass, Angel, and Jose were very professional and did an awesome job at packing my house and moving all my stuff!

I heard about Service Restoration through Sheri. Not only do they do a great job getting your mess cleaned up but they also are community focused. They supplied a gift basket of games for the elderly at some local assisted living facilities this past holiday. I would not hesitate to give them a call if you have a mess to clean up.

I referred a friend whose ceiling had caved in due to A/C related issue. Huge mess on floor and after contacting their insurance and restoration company “assigned” them, they were first told they would come out in four days, then called back and said it would be five!!!
