I highly recommend Rock Management Roofing. Not only did they do a fabulous job with my roof, but their crew was friendly and professional and absolutely worked their tails off! Any time you're doing a project like this, unexpected things can happen. We had a couple of bumps in the road but Brian Mann, the owner, jumped in and went above and beyond to handle it. It's been a long time since I've seen customer service like that. I hope I don't have to do another roof, but if I do, Rock Management Roofing is the only place I'd use--they are the BEST!

Couldn’t have been happier with the overall experience from management to the hard working crew. The roof looks great and top quality products were used. This company doesn’t ignore the little things. Everything I asked for was done and then some. One thing I was concerned about was damage to my gardens and they were very mindful to be as easy on them as possible.

The main thing that sold me on this company was my overall experience with project manager and roof inspector Sydni Redford. From the first time I talked to her about possibly inspecting my roof she was all in. And she was just great working with my insurance company and in my opinion it was her efforts that persuaded my insurance company to cover my hail damage.

She was on site and the Best all the way through the job, making the whole process so much easier.

Also shout out to Chui and his hardworking crew. They really know what they are doing.

Rock Management Roofing did an excellent job on my roof. Brian and Sydni were super responsive and knowledgeable in every part of the process. The price was very fair. They use quality materials and their installation crew manager definitely knows what he is doing. He went over several details with me to ensure they did a thorough job.
Their crew finished everything including cleanup in 1 day with zero issues. They adapted to a few nuances we discovered on install day with no problem. 10/10 and I would work with them again on any project!

We needed roof repairs in two areas on our roof. Rock Management Roofing came out with a quote the same day I called, and sent a crew out to fix both areas the next day. Rock Management Roofing matched the color of our roof tiles exactly so you would never know there was a repair done. Five stars are not enough. I am a fan for life. Our experience with Sydni, Parker and Brian far exceeded any expectations we may have had. Their bid to replace our roof was the lowest, but I was prepared to choose them above a lower bid because of all I have written above. Extremely professional!! I had a couple of loose shingles on my roof after a storm and the owner came to my house on a Saturday afternoon to do a visual inspection. He later send his crew to do a full roof inspection. Great service that exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Rock Management Roofing.

Rock Management Roofing was great to work with. I got a notice from my insurance that my policy was changing. I had less than a month to get a new roof on or I was going to have to pay for most of it myself. I called Brian that Thursday night I received this info and the Saturday after (9 days later) a crew was at my house at 7 am starting work. I have a large roof with steep pitches. They were able to do the entire roof in one day, on the weekend. It actually took longer for the insurance check to clear than it did for RMR's team to put on a new roof. They did a great job on the installation and clean up. And there was a guy to come back a few days later to make sure all looked good and was cleaned up. I was impressed. RMR made this a very painless project. If you need someone who knows what they are doing, how to handle insurance, has experienced workers that are concerned about getting the job quickly and done right, these are the guys to use.

Sydni with Rock Management Roofing arrived on time - accessed our roof through the backyard where our puppy’s are located (kept an eye on them and closed gates).
Sydni was thorough on the inspection side and gave great information for the claims process to move along our repairs.
Her inspection and guidance was able to obtain claim/repair approval which was previously denied through our ins provider. She was also able to upgrade our claim to cover damages we weren’t aware of or expecting.
I definitely recommend having her assist in ur process. She Saved us money and got a more thorough repair.

A company is only as good as the person they send out to check your roof. I do not personally know this company but the person they sent out, I immediately liked and trusted. Sydni Redford came out, we talked and she climbed up and inspected the roof. She showed me specific areas of storm damage and that the gutters may also need replacement. Based upon her inspection, I called my insurance company and they came out; inspected the roof and agreed with everything she said. I have not replaced the roof yet but will certainly consider this company based upon my trust in Sydni. Ask for her, she is a mother and she cares about you.

They gave us a competitive price, very responsive, arrived when they said they would, and completed the job in the time frame they communicated as well. Overall very pleased, couple hiccups wich have been addressed. I don’t speak Spanish so it’s difficult for me to communicate with the crew if issues arise, recommending that at least one person speak English to improve communication.

I took a chance on a random Facebook ad and it payed off. I sent in an inquiry and Zain responded to help. Zain went above and beyond to solve my problem. He quickly came out to check the damage to the roof and helped me navigate the insurance claim. He made time to meet with the claims person to review my roof damage. Knowing that I was moving soon he facilitating getting the project done as quickly and efficiently as possible. I presented the company with a new insurance challenge (which the back office did not handle that well and I still feel some type of way about that) and he was able to help navigate all the necessary steps between me, the back office, and the insurance company. The folks who completed the work came early in the morning (full transperancy it was very loud) and finished it all in one day. Those workers were out after dark making sure that they had cleaned up all the debris (it was dark at my house). Only a small pile of materials were left behind but was picked up the next day. The process overall was easy and I appreciate Zain's help the whole way. If you use this company you really won't go wrong especially if you have Zain helping.

Brand new gorgeous roof in two days’ time! Ripped the old one off one day, installed new one the next. These guys hustled like I’ve never seen!! They did a terrific job and cleaned up all the mess. Zane (job manager) came by to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction the following day. It was a perfectly professional job!

Rock Management Roofing Co. came highly recommended and they lived up to their reputation for quality materials and workmanship. The roofing crew came on the day scheduled and went right to work tearing off the old shingles and preparing the roof for the new shingles. The roofing crew completed the job in one day and only took a short lunch break during the entire time. They did an excellent job of clean up even doing a magnetic sweep of the yard picking up any nails or other metal debris.
