We had Tight Line quote new windows, new siding for a dormer, new gutters and paint. Terry made several trips to our home ensuring the quote was accurate to our needs and reviewed every window and task by line item. We had several brands and models to chose from for windows and several siding options as well all quoted side by side. Terry was patient with our requests as we revised the scope and was not aggressive to make a sell. We went with all new windows and shake shingle siding for our dormer. The work was completed very quickly and relatively clean. Terry ensured that any issues we had during and after the work was completed was handled in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. We have received many complements for the work done from neighbors and friends and I have recommended Tight Line to everyone.

The Magnolias is a 54 unit townhome community in Roswell in need of roof replacement. After several quotes and much consideration, we chose Tightline Exteriors for this project. The crew worked from dawn until dusk every day and the project was completed on time. Although this was a construction site for 3 months, inconveniences were kept to a minimum. They far exceeded even a 5 star rating!
Terry Taylor gives customer service a whole new meaning. Not only did he spend considerable time offering/explaining options to the Board for this shingle replacement, he was always available and on site frequently.
The Magnolias has several other projects that Tightline is working on, i.e. window replacement, chimney pan replacements and gutters. We would highly recommend Tightline for any exterior work you are contemplating.

I had a wonderful experience with the good folks at tight line Exteriors. I had been putting off giving the outside of my house a much needed updating. I finally decided i could not put it off any longer so I chose three firms to bid the project of siding, windows and gutters. Not only was Tight Line the least expensive, they also took the most time asking the best questions. When it came time for the installation Tight Line's Crew was there every day and cleaned up at the end of the day. The job took a day longer than estimated due to weather but the finished work was of very high quality. There was one issue that crept up a week or so later but the Tight Line guys were there THE NEXT DAY to make it right. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them for any siding, window or gutter job.

Terry and his team did a wonderful job replacing our roof in Johns Creek! They worked around the rain and Terry kept me informed when rescheduling had to be done. I would recommend Tight Line Exteriors to anyone wanting to replace their roof!

We recently called tight line to get the siding on our chimney replaced and a few other random items done on the exterior of our house. We had already called three other contractors and were looking for a final quote before proceeding with one. To say we were impressed is an understatement. Roy was very professional and quick to answer any questions we had. They were way lower in costs than the other bids, could come out and start the job the next day and were offering an extremely good warranty on their work (1 year bumper to bumper and a 30 year Hardiplank warranty since they do the work per Hardiplank requirements). We jumped at hiring them and we were not disappointed the next day. They had quite a few crew members out first thing the next day and were 100% finished that night (including the caulking and painting). They even went above and beyond by giving us the left over paint and hardiplank boards they didn't use. They also did an on the spot change request when we asked to add another area to the job sudde. Roy then came back the next day to review the work firsthand and make sure we were satisfied. These guys will be our go to contractors going forward for any exterior work we need done on the house. Highly recommend them if you are considering any siding or gutter work that you need done! These guys are top notch!!!!

Terry and his team did a fantastic job with our siding and window replacement, and exterior trim painting. We were pretty sold on the factory pre-painted Hardie ColorPlus siding product, and Tight Line was the only Hardie contractor we met with that seemed to promote ColorPlus over just primed Hardie Plank. We are thrilled with the results! Don't get talked out of ColorPlus by other vendors - I think they just want to keep their painters off the bench! All of Terry's employees were very courteous and professional. They did quality work and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Terry did a good job in keeping us informed along the way. Tight Line isn't the biggest, but we found the quality was great and the cost was very competitive. And we love our new Simonton 5050 windows!

Replaced my entire house siding with HardiPlank. Inception to completion great service and follow-through. Would recommend Tight Line without hesitation. Professional crew that showed up on time daily. Weekday, Saturday, any day, the goal was to complete the job in a timely manner. Definitely an A+ rating.

Tight Line Exteriors did a great job on our gutter guards! The crew showed up when they were scheduled to arrive, did a thorough job on schedule and on budget and cleaned up the work site very nicely before leaving. I have no hesitation in recommending Tight Line.

Tightline replaced our siding with Hardie plank and replaced our windows and gutters. They did a great job with what we asked them to do. Our house looks great and I won't have to worry about that stuff for decades.

We had one of the panes of glass with a crack in it that we noticed about 9 months after it was installed. They fixed it for free!

I don't usually write reviews but Tight Line Exteriors did such a good job that I feel that I have to. They replaced my siding, repaired my deck and replaced my gutters. My house has never looked so good. Companies tell you that customer service means everything to them but this company really means it. They were always readily available to answer my phone calls, texts and e mails and they went out of their way to do a good job. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
