Pricing was twice as expensive and went with Tight Line due to great reviews and ratings. Beware. Spent $14,000 on a floor coating for garage and within 3-months it peeled. Tight Line totally walked away from it, claims they no longer are in floor coating business. Wont call back to discuss or return calls. Secretary emails, owners are out of the country. Now Im trying to deal direct with manufacturer and clearly installation was to blame, faulty prep. Horrible experience. They solved the problem by walking away!
Beware! You may be sorry to selected Tight Line. We started our deck project in February and it just completed in October (after we were promised 8 - 10 weeks). It took 8 MONTHS! Their website says "No Pressure Sales", yet we were required to make decision immediately or we would lose an incentive they offered. Owner Terry Taylor says "They Do Right By The Customer" yet after getting him involved July 1, it still took 4 months to complete. They say "Clear Communication" yet communication was non-existent or poor at best. They withdrew money on our pre-approved line of credit at the halfway point, even though I objected because the work had not been completed per our agreement. They did not offer any compensation or consideration for the multiple challenges we faced. So much for "Unwavering Customer Support". The final "punch list" took from 9/3/19 to 10/15/19 (I feel like they did not want to deal with me). They hoped I would not do a customer review, but I felt I needed to make others aware. If you make the poor decision to use this company, know that I warned you.
We are so impressed with our new floor. Working with this company is a pleasure..from the office staff to the actual workers on the job.
