Randy and crew responded to my inquiry concerning replacement of a leaky skylight. Randy visited the site and provided a detailed quote. After selection, we worked out a schedule for the work. The work was performed, without any additional issues, and completed as planned and at the agreed cost.
After several rain storms, I am happy to report that there are no leaks.
I would recommend Abbott Brothers for leaky roof issues.

Asked him to come out to check out some gutters for me and noticed that I had needed a good chunk of repairs. He quoted me a fair price on gutters, gutter guards, shingle replacement and other roofing help I needed. Randy was always available to answer questions, made sure I understood everything before following through with the work and was always on time! Highly recommed!

It will be very hard to find any contractor and individual who has the honesty and integrity of Randy Abbot. His visit to assess the damage to a VELUX skylight was straightforward and provided information that other contractors did not provide. The quoted repair cost was one-third the cost quoted by two other contractors. During the inspection Randy described completely the simplicity of what the work would involve. The quote and contract submitted included a certificate of insurance - a document that I had not requested.
The skylight replacement was done promptly and cleanup was almost not necessary given the care with which the damaged skylight was removed and taken away.

Would give them 10 stars if Google would let me! I had a leak in my roof and was referred to Randy through a friend. We talked, he scoped the repair out for me, and was able to come out just a few days later to fix the leaks. Randy went the extra mile to ensure the new shingles matched the existing shingles, even going to an additional supplier to get them. I was really impressed with the attention to detail, communication, and timeliness. I highly recommend Abbott Brothers for all your roofing needs. Oh, and the pricing was very reasonable - I ended up not even having to run this through my insurance.

Abbott has helped us with our roofing needs a couple times now. They did such a good job with repairing our skylight that they were immediately the team we called when our roof started leaking. Honest and fair. Came out to repair roof damaged from storm. Previous owners had changed roof so I wasn’t sure of color/ material and Randy advised he would try to match but no guarantee. Pictures speak for themselves.. can’t even tell what was replaced. Highly recommend!

Randy Abbott distinguished Abbott Brothers from the other companies bidding on my roof repair with his evident knowledge and experience, accurately identifying the cause of and solution for the problem, as well as an opportunity for improvement on the original that none of the other bidders noticed. The written estimate was specific and detailed enough to make it transparent exactly what work was being proposed, with possible areas of uncertainty discussed beforehand -- none of which actually arose in this case. Rates were fair. (One alternative bidder took themselves out of the running with an estimate for twice the total -- same rate, but proposing work far beyond that which actually needed to be done.) Randy's relationship with local suppliers made it quick and simple for me to get an accurate style and color match on replacement shingles. Work was done as quickly as weather permitted, and proved well done, with no callbacks or adjustments necessary. Cleanup was complete. I'd happily employ Abbott Brothers again should the need arise for their expertise.

I called asking for a quote to fully redo my roof because when I bought my house the inspection told me it was double shingled, Randy came and inspected and showed me it really wasn't double shingled, it just looked that way on a few of the sides where start shingles were, but overall was in good shape. So, he basically talked himself out of a big job and saved me a ton of money in the process. He performed a few smaller repairs for me and did a great job. Very honest, was quick with and responsive and on time for the inspection and work. I couldn't recommend the company more.

It took us about three months to get our roof replaced. We had other roof companies that promised to help, but came short at the end. Insurance only wanted to cover the repairs. Randy showed up and told us he wanted to help. His level of professionalism won us over. He submitted proof to the insurance why the roof was beyond repair, and it needed a complete replacement. Finally it got approved by the insurance. Randy kept us informed all throughout the process. The crew came and also he was here the whole time. He didn't leave until he made sure everything was fine. The roof came out beautiful.

Team did a great job on the work and the turn around time was extremely quick. I was in a bind to get the skylight replaced due to a leak and the team was promptly at my property within 5 hours of my initial call. Then, after a quick inspection, the team was able to replace the skylights in 3 days.

Randy was a total joy to work with. His integrity is unmatched. He installed two new beautiful skylights for me and discovered a small flaw in one of them that I would have never noticed. It would not have affected functioning of the skylight shade. But being Randy, he insisted that the company make it right and didn't give up until he was able to install a perfect skylight. Had a tree branch fall on my roof & cause some damage. Randy showed up the same day I called & gave me a peace of mind when he discovered no structural damage after inspecting the roof on the spot. He provided a reasonable quote to fix the damage (shingles/plywood) & even gave me a discount when I agreed to have the repair scheduled during a time when he would be in my neighborhood.

Randy is a very honest person as I’ve worked with him before to inspect my roof/skylights & he is also very prompt. The company also offers warranty for the repairs which provides a peace of mind.

I WOULD GIVE ABBOTT BROTHERS ROOFING TEN STARS:
We believed that we had a racoon or possum in our attic. We paid a pest control company $189.00 for a full inspection of our house and they in twenty minutes quoted us $1,250.00 - $3,500.00 plus additional funds for unknown, unseen damage. They went into the attic, took pictures, and said that "the racoon" was getting in through a hole in the roof, but wouldn't text me a copy of the pictures they took.
I decided to have a roofer give me an estimate. This is where Abbott Brothers Roofing comes in; late on the day after Thanksgiving, I called Abbott Brothers. Randy Abbott was very professional and stated that he would stop by the Saturday after Thanksgiving as agreed. Randy spent more an hour and a half inspecting the entire attic and the entire roof from a ladder and walking the entire roof, everything was in very good shape and he was unable to find any location on the entire roof, soffets (sp?), etc. where an animal that size would be able to enter the house. He also said that he would not have "any work done" and I was relived. I have Parkinsons Disease and cannot climb a latter, so when the pest removal company quoted the job, I had no way of verifying what they told me needed to be done.I asked Mr. Randy Abbott what I owed him for the inspection, and he said 'Mr Greenwood, I do not see where I can help you, you don't owe me anything". It is so refreshing to have a "construction professional be so honest. He had the same opportunity to take advantage of a 72 year old disabled veteran as the others did. Honest people, refreshing. Nineteen years experience.

Randy and team are fantastic! Their workmanship and honesty are unmatched - came to our home to inspect/assess a faulty gutter installation from another company that led to roof damage. Randy was great to work with. He took his time going over the estimate and explaining the difference. During the job he was on site making sure everything was done properly and sent progress photos showing they were doing what they had contracted to do and were not cutting any corners. We had received a couple of estimates to "repair' a leak in the roof, but Randy actually correctly diagnosed the issue, and saved us thousands of dollars. He completed the work in one day, doing a superb job. I waited until after there was a good rain before submitting this review in order to report that there were no leaks. He left the work area cleaner than he found it when cleaning up after he completed the work on the roof. I would highly recommend this company.

The website says they install roofs in the metro area. But they decided they couldn't complete our roof because they had tools stolen "in the area" - Maybe it's a new business not familiar with operating in a major city. We work from home so and live in the house we want re-roofed. Bell Roofing came out and will do the job.

I love the nice curated response to the fact you want to run a business in Atlanta but pick and choose clients on arbitrary measures to do mean anything. It's obvious that you are a bit too far from the city to reasonably determine what areas are safe and which one's are not. You could simply drive here and make a determination as to whether or not this is a safe area for employees to work in.

Obviously you don't care about your safety of your employees if you're not vetting the area prior to them working or servicing those homes.

It's great to know that crime magically disappears above I20. It would be impossible to have great workmanship, customer service or care for any employees with such an antiquated view of the world.

It's important for people to be aware so that they can support companies who like a green dollar and a better America.

Randy is the best. We have had to use his roofing expertise a few times and I would not use anyone else. He is extremely thorough, honest and responsive. Recently we had some heavy rains and a small leak. I called Randy as soon as I saw the issue. He was traveling to see family for the holiday but pulled up a satellite image of our house to describe where to put a tarp until he was back in town. Such a great guy!
