If I wanted my roof done I would contact you, I live in a condo association and am not responsible for my roof. This company buys your data from data brokers and sends cold texts/calls to a wide blanket of potential customers. Smells like desperation to me. Please stop contacting me. They use AI generated photos on their site too, like how lazy.

Right after hurricane helene came through, I woke up to water dripping from the ceiling on my bathroom floor. A real estate friend of mine recommended contacting Clear Skies Restoration. Cameron with Clear Skies came out within a couple of days and inspected my roof from the inside and outside. This review is long overdue, but we had an AMAZING experience with Clear Skies Restoration. After our consultation, Brett immediately began working on our claim directly with our insurance provider. State Farm is notoriously difficult to work with, and even after being denied the first time, Brett kept at it. He worked with our claims adjustor and at the end of the process (about 3.5 months) our claims was approved. The construction of the new roof was fast and uncomplicated, and the crew did a great job of protecting our garden area and our patio furniture. The post-construction cleanup was immaculate as well. I will refer this company to anyone in need of repairs requiring an insurance claim. We are VERY impressed.

We had a fantastic experience with David of Clear Skies Restoration. David originally reached out regarding the potential for storm damage and a free evaluation. He did the evaluation via a drone and provided the pictures. Luckily, we didn’t have any issues related to hail damage, and he informed us of such. That was the first sign that I know I was dealing with someone of good character, given he didn’t want to sell me something I didn’t need. Since he was there, I asked him about the potential to install some roof vents in preparation for some bathroom exhaust fans we want to install. Given the nature of that type of work isn’t something they would typically do (their bread and butter is full roof and partial roof replacements, I gather), he needed to double check with some managers. After a few days, he informed me that they would be willing and able to accommodate my request. After we worked out the details over text messaging and a quick phone call with another associate (Brett), David came to the house once again with one of his roofers to finalize the work and estimate. We agreed where they would install the vents, and, as they were about to leave, the roofer noticed a spot in one of our eves that he suspected had a leak. Without hesitation, he grabbed a ladder and checked out the suspected issue, and it was found than he was correct. We adjusted the scope of work and agreed on a price later that day. The crew of 2 (small job, of course) showed up promptly at 8 AM and went to work immediately. Everyone was extremely cordial and professional. I can’t express how impressed I was with David’s honesty and direct communication style. I would absolutely do business with him and Clear Skies Restoration again. Thanks, David!!

Another roofing company soliciting customers that do not want their services. Yet this company is lazier than the others by getting the phone numbers of homeowners and sending them multiple messages even on Mother’s Day. Anytime the wind blows these roofers show up trying to get homeowners to submit a simple roof repair to their insurance company for a full roof replacement. They all should be turned in for insurance fraud. If you need a roofer, look for your own and do not use these used car salesmen type companies including Clear Skies Roofing.

This company spam texts numbers!!!!

Do not do business with this company as they may be committing insurance fraud. They spam text people saying they can get your roof replaced and have it paid for by your insurance company. How is this possible without even seeing my roof, but besides that why are they spam texting?!

If Brett can't follow simple rules by not spam texting, I sure wouldn't trust them to step foot on my property much less my roof. Who knows what else they may be doing. They are not to be trusted.

If this were another company spamming then why are they referring people to you? There is also a Brett Levine listed one your website, so it does sure seem like he works there but hey, keeping spouting lies. As far as my name goes, you were texting my wife's name and my phone number and we have different last names so that's why you didn't find my name. I would give you my phone number, but clearly you can't be trusted to respect people's privacy.

Clear Skies Restoration did a great job replacing my roof in Decatur a few years back, following a significant hail storm. They went above & beyond to assist with my insurance claims, and their work product was professional. Had them come out to give an additional quote based on a friend referral and after viewing roof condition they recommended putting in a claim with my home insurance based on the condition which the first estimate company did not and they met the adjuster on-site to do the walk-through and ultimately was approved by my insurer for 100% replacement on a 21 yr old roof. They replaced roof and worked with me on colors and upgraded shingles and was very satisfied with the outcome.
