Clark Brothers took great care of us. Stefan was able to get us booked and fixed our issue with our home quickly and affordably. We needed trim around our chimney and spaces filled in, and Stefan helped us get it done in less than a week — which was really important as we were selling our house.

Clark Bros. recently built a very large screened porch with lighting and ceiling fans across the back of our house and the result is fantastic. We love the porch. It was a really big project handled with efficiency, knowledge, and responsiveness by Stefan Ball, and we highly recommend him and Clark Bros. Titus worked with us on what repairs we needed done to our roof and gave advisement on the overall condition of our roof and was able to come in with a reasonable and fair price for the work. Once we agreed, the process was very quick and smooth. They were able to get out to address the issues within a week and sent pictures of the before, during and after of the work being done which gave us assurance that the work was done properly. Liz who was our project manager was very helpful and even answered my email with questions I had with in an hour on a Sunday evening which surprised us. I will definitely be using this company again for any future needs we may have.

Good all around. They were responsive, timely and followed through on their promises. The quality of the work was outstanding. Excellent craftsmanship and for a reasonable price. Stefan started the whole process off on the right foot with a comprehensive and detailed estimate. He met every request and every expectation.
The billing process was a bit cumbersome and i highly recommend you pay close attention to this part. I was charged $31 for using a credit card. There was a warning which I missed so i don’t fault the company, but it would have been nice if they would have forgiven this charge, but they would not.

Quick response and professional, providing lots of detailed pictures and video of the problem areas and what was needed with fair pricing, will be using for any needs moving forward.

Clark Brothers replaced my siding, soffits, and fascia. Customer service is why we decided to go with them after getting several quotes. They took the time to understand what we wanted and patiently gave us options at different price points. Clark Brothers was the only company that was willing to use Hardie Color Plus (I guess it's hard to work with). Myles was with us from the first visit through the end of the project. He was great to work with, and I liked the continuity of service.

I want to give a huge thanks to Clark Brothers for their fast response and dedication to the job. I called Clark Brothers the morning after Hurricane Helene. Stefan Ball came out immediately and inspected the roof. He chalked the roof to show the damages and took pictures. The pictures and inspection notes were sent in within days to the insurance company making the replacement quick.

Roof leaks are serious, found myself with one after a windstorm a few months ago. Stefan and his team have the skills to make any roof watertight. Glad to rely on them in case I ever have another emergency.

I would not recommend this company. We had a slow leak in our roof due to old age of the house and with the hurricane coming through, it sped up the process of the leak and had to get some work done on it. We reached out to this company to give us a quote and do the work for us. They charged us 800.00 to repair the leak and fix everything that was needed to make new again. Previous to them coming out, we already knew there was wood rot damage in the attic. From the first time they came out, they did not replace the wood and additionally, did not fix the leak. We had to replace all of the drywall in the bedroom that was underneath due to this and the leak creating more damage throughout our home. They came back out to reassess the situation and told us that they must have missed where the leak was coming from and said that there was not wood rot last time they originally looked at it (obviously we knew there was wood rot before they even came out from the first job). They then quoted us an additional 1k to fix the leak and replace the wood rot, which should have been done in the first place. This place is a scam and I would not recommend this company to anyone. We understand this job probably didn’t make much money off of fixing a leak, but don’t make other people suffer from your error. Very upset!

My wife and I recently contracted Clark Brothers for an exterior remodeling project (Wrap/Trim out Deck Columns). Our contact for the project Stefan Ball. Stefan listened to our needs, prepared a professional proposal and followed up with questions, change orders in a customer focused manner. The installation team was managed by Efrain Alvarez. Efrain and team worked diligently, professionally and with workmanship quality that was top tier craftsmanship. One special notable regarding Efrain is that he addressed any and special requests in a positive manner. One could easily see the pride in his workmanship. Summarizing, the installation team lead by Efrain met our high bar for the final deliverable.

Clark Brothers came out to look at a piece of soffit (term they taught me) and discovered the problem and went above and beyond on the repair. They also inspected my roof and gave me great tips on what to look for in the future. Definitely not looking forward to a roof replacement in the future but I know who I’m gonna call!

Due to the last hurricane, roofing companies were swamped. I got a quote of 4-5 weeks from a highly recommended company before they could fix my roof leak. I decided to have my house completely resided with hardy plank and painted. In doing so I requested three quotes and chose Clark Brothers to do the job. Titus Clark came to my home to perform the quote and answered all of my questions. From the very beginning of my experience with Clark Brothers, they were very professional and attentive throughout the process. They notified me dates and times when the contractors would be coming to my home and were on time and very thorough in completing the job. After each step of the process, the contractors cleaned up behind themselves and left my property as it was when they arrived. Clark Brothers did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend them.

Clark Brothers Roofing came out to our home after we had a very bad storm with high winds and heavy rain. This was late September 2024. We noticed Sheetrock on the floor in our front bedroom. We then noticed water dripping from the ceiling.

After calling, Myles arrived later that day and took a look on our roof as well as climbed around in our attic. He made the assessment that potentially fasteners in our portion of the roof which is metal may have water leaking around them. He also noticed a gap in the siding plank top board which is under the overhang of the front dormer.

He came back on a later date and sealed around the fasteners as well as along the top siding board under the dormer. He recommended that the other side dormer top board should be tacked on better and then sealed. He said not to hesitate to call back if after rain, any additional leaks were noted.

While here on his initial visit, he offered to put up plastic in our attic to catch any water leaking but we said we won’t do any ceiling repairs until the roof repair is complete. We would just be watching for any leaking. Fortunately, since the leak occurred, no significant rain had fallen.

Each time Myles was here, he was pleasant, very informative of what he observed, and what he planned to do. We felt that he was honest and trustworthy and felt like we would not be sorry for choosing this company.

We would highly recommend Clark Roofing to anyone having a roof problem. If you want a quality, honest, and trustworthy company that stands by their work, you should call this one. Our neighbor had used them before and recommended them to us. We are very glad they did. With all the shady companies out there, it’s nice to find one like this.

I can't say enough about how wonderful Stefan and Clark Brothers Roofing are. We had an issue with a roof leak after bad thunderstorms and noticed water spots in our guest bedroom ceiling. We reached out to several roofers in the area and fortunately for us we had Stefan come by promptly later that day and quickly diagnosed, fixed and explained the issue to us. A year later we had a similar issue due to an issue with some shingles and Stefan was again extremely prompt in coming through and sorting out the issue for us. The builder of our townhomes had a poor design of our gutter /downspouts resulting in water pummeling visitors from 2 stories up if they were unfortunate enough to visit when it was raining. Clark Brothers showed up ON TIME and provided a simple solution! They did the work and then said we would wait until the next rain to make sure I was satisfied. The solution did work and Clark Brothers did not charge me for the visit! I was expecting to pay to get this fixed so another company could have “sold me” a costly solution. I strongly recommend Clark Brothers! In fact, a neighbor had an issue and I recommended them. Clark Brothers are knowledgeable, honest, and super nice!

Repair was scheduled Thursday morning at 8:00 and Alex was right on time and repair was perfect! I recommend Clark Brothers to anyone who needs a roofer.

Stefan came out to inspect and repair some roof soffit that had come loose. He reattached it immediately and is holding up. I would also like to add that he was very personable and friendly. I will look into using him again if need be.

Needed an emergency residential roof repair and reached out to the typical three contractors over a holiday weekend. Clark Bros, and specifically Titus, our technician, were prompt, professional, and proved worthy of their exceptional reputation.

I called Clark Brothers a couple of years ago when I noticed a piece of wood on the ground after a storm. Stefan called me back and came out to discuss. He did a very thorough examination of the roof and discovered a hole at the top near the chimney that we were not aware of. He applied an emergency patch and worked with us to document the rest of the damage in place. He answered all of the questions our insurance company had and helped facilitate the whole process including payment and scheduling. Clark Brothers replaced the roof with no issues in a single day. It was a fantastic experience.
Just this past month, I noticed there was some exterior wood damage on our chimney. Once again, Stefan was able to put together a quote based on photos I supplied very quickly. We were scheduled promptly and when they crew came out, it was discovered that the damage was more extensive. I had a roofing issue and was quoted as much a 9,000 for the repair. But what I was being told just did not make sense. I got one roofer who said he could do it for 5000. At the end of the day your company and BRAD HOLMER came out and did something strange. HE WAS HONEST! HE told me how I could fix the problem myself in a few hours.

Honesty is a lost art in business but TRUST me as a Real Estate Broker I will refer this company and BRAD over and over again.

Clark Brothers did an amazing job on my large screened-in porch roof. Stefan came out on a Monday and they were able to fit me in by Wednesday! The crew were very professional and efficient. They arrived at 7am and were finished by 230pm. They installed all the plywood and shingles, and tied the new roof into the old roof. All the lines were very clean. As someone who does renovation, the price was extremely fair. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof other renovation jobs. Thanks guys!

Not a scary experience! We were so nervous about getting a new roof, gutters, and having construction repair in our home. Myles walked us through every step making it a painless process. The new gutters and downspouts have corrected draining issues in our backyard and just look good. The completed project is so beautiful, our entire street is happy with our new roof! This is the second time we have used Clark Brothers. This time for a full roof replacement due to hail damage. They sent out one of their techs to markup the areas of damage before the insurance inspector arrived on site to assist in indicating the damage areas at no added cost. They were very punctual for both the estimate and the repairs. Provided us with a confirmation email about the scheduled inspection was completed. The estimate was emailed to me with in a business day, detailed the work required and a firm price. They were able to schedule the work in less than a week and completed it on time. The crew saw a areas of roof that needed to be replaced and completed it with out any mention of an additional price increase. They crew arrived on time and completed the work in one day. Did a complete and through cleanup of the area and made sure that there were no nails left in the driveway and yard. Several of the neighbors have asked who we used as their roof was also damaged from the hail storm.
I would use Clark Brothers Roofing again when we need any additional roofing work
