Erika and Milton were a joy to work with as we just completed our roof replacement with them. Alex Raffensperger came out to my home to do an inspection after a high pitched sales team tried to bully me into purchasing a new roof. She is a "bulldog"and is your advocate! Our roof looks amazing and we could not be happier. We are going to use her company for other home improvements as we fully trust them. Wells Walker walked us through all the details pertaining to our roof project and was very communicative before, during and after the roof replacement. The crew showed up very early and had our roof replaced and the yard cleaned by the end of the day. Project Manager Tim Jones was patient and went the extra mile to assure my roof replacement went smoothly. I was very pleased with the finished product. He spent a lot of time reviewing the different options and even went to the store to obtain a sample so that I could be sure that it was the color I wanted since I was indecisive. He also assured that the site supervisor Pedro was aware of my bird problem and remedied the situation by going the extra mile with sealing off several holes where the birds were building nests from improper closure when my house was built 8 years ago. Thats the only name you need to remember when selecting a project manager for any of your roofing needs. When John fist knocked on my door, I just knew that it was going to be another roofer, another sales pitch, another 20 minutes of trying to pressure me into getting a new roof.

I was wrong. John was there less than 5 minutes. Introduced himself in the most professional way, told me what he was there for and asked if I would call him when I was ready. Thats it. Didnt try to sell me anything. Didnt try to pressure me into anything. Just a simple "call me when you are ready". He asked me if he could follow up with me in a few months and thats exactly what he did.

Fast forward to the follow up. John came out the same day, on a saturday becasue that was the only free time I had and he flew his drone over. He was pretty cofident that he was able to get my roof replaced and that is exactly what he did. From start to finish, this took about 2 weeks.

The professionalism, the kindness and just the overall great nature of John is what had me call him back. He was patient. Answered all of my questions and took his time. I never once felt pressured into anything. I will recomend John and Peachtree Roofing to anyone who needs a roof.

Rey was my project manager, he is really great with insurance process. The roof looks great and they clean up really good, site supervisor Vega was really great and was here all day. Making sure job was done. Great team!

From the ease of scheduling the evaluation to how clean they left after the work was done, my experience with the company and all the staff was the best I had so far when it comes to dealing with construction/repair crews for home projects. Erika Kight was my contact and she is knowledgeable, patient and very proactive keeping me informed step by step of all the process. I strongly recommend her if you are not comfortable with roofing as she has the ability to explain the system in a way that is not overwhelming. They day of the job Mr Juan Vega and his crew were fantastic, they were here at scheduled time, worked very carefully and efficiently. Mr Vega was kind walking through what was happening and ensuring at the end of the job all was placed correctly - even my plants.
Finally they sent me my warranty, documents for my insurance and everything I need to have roof system warranty.

My first meeting with Peachtree Restoration was with Tim Bresko. He knocked on my door one evening and was polite, but for me it was just another sales call. However, he was sure they'd be able to help with our roof, even though it was pretty old. He was nice, so I humored him and he gave me his business card. I said i'd try to send him a copy of our insurance info.

Like many things, it wasn't a high priority for me, but Tim checked in via email (or maybe text?) every month or so to follow up. After I renewed my homeowners insurance, I had all of the paperwork handy so I dug up his email and sent him a copy. Also around that time there was a big storm (leftovers from one of the hurricanes last fall) and we had some additional roof damage and a small water leak, so I was suddenly much more receptive to their services. :)

They used a public adjuster to work directly with my insurance adjuster. After some paperwork back and forth, their public adjuster met with my insurance adjuster at the house. They did a walk around, pointed things out, took notes, and in general did "adjuster-y" things. After a week or two, I found out that my insurance company was going to pay to replace the entire roof (!). My wife and I spent a little more time with Tim picking out shingle styles and getting paperwork submitted for my HOA. Once that was approved, we had a scheduled install date in January.

A bunch of roofing stuff was dropped off at the house a few days before the job. Pedro Morales was the "site supervisor" (aka the boss) who ran the team that did the work. He was a great guy and told us what they were going to do, and what we should expect (hint: expect lots of hammering noises). Him and his crew were there bright and early! It was a LONG day, but they got the entire job complete by sundown - I was impressed! I live in a 2-story, 2100sq ft home so they had to keep a good, steady pace. We did a walkaround after the job was over, and everything looked great.

Had I not decided to reach back out to Tim, we would still have our 20+ year old roof that I'd keep manually patching in spots every couple years. I'm thankful that Tim came by - thanks Peachtree Restorations!

I cannot say enough about Peachtree Restoration! I met with Denerick regarding recent storms and after working with my insurance company, we were able to get a brand new roof and paid for by insurance. The insurance company was not easy to deal with at all, but Denerick's team were persistent and dedicated. That process alone took more than 6 months! Once approved, his team went to work -- they were professional, efficient and very responsive! The roof was installed in one day, with minor follow up the next day. Closure and payment details from insurance were handled quickly and professionally. A couple weeks ago, we officially completed the last detail and to look back on the entire process is amazing! The insurance fight alone was legendary and ultimately, we have a brand new, beautiful roof for the lowest cost imaginable!

I would recommend Peachtree to anyone -- they know their stuff!

Daniel Taylor and the team at Peachtree Roofing did a fantastic job with our home. We interviewed and recieved quotes from 7 different companies for a full roof replacement. We ultimately selected Peachtree Roofing based on our conversations with Daniel as he made us feel very comfortable with the process and that he cared about the outcome. The work was fantastic and Daniel kept us apprised every step of the way. Daniel was actually onsite for the entire process (in addition to a production manager), which made us even more comfortable during the whole process as Daniel was accountable for the entire project (unlike other companies where the sales team disappears immediately after signing the contract). The crew was very professional and was able to complete the job in a single day. The crew was very careful to protect our property and did a fantastic job cleaning up. We only found about 6 nails total after the cleanup. Daniel even cleaned out some unrelated debris in our attic, which was unexpected but very much appreciated.

I highly recommend Peachteee Roofing. At a minimum, I would make sure to call Daniel as one of your three (or more) quotes for your roof replacement.

For what it's worth, I am generally hesitant to put faith in online reviews as they are posted right after the work is completed (meaning the homeowner may not know if the installation was done correctly because no storms came through). I've posted this after a few rainstorms have already come through and we haven't had any issues yet. My understanding is that most installation issues surface within the first 2 years so I will make sure to update this review if anything occurs.

It was an awesome experience working with Danny project manager and Rony the site supervisor.
Both are very experienced which allowed for us to have a smooth process of installing our roof.
We were advised of the process and they were there every step along the way.On the day of installation Rony had an issue with the chimney and was able to rectify the problem which saved us some money.

It was a blessing the day Denerick Spaulding from Peachtree Roofing & Exteriors stopped by my home. I had filed a claim for roof damage two years prior, which my insurance denied, and my roof was becoming an eyesore. I avoided checking my mailbox during the day because of how embarrassing my roof looked. Numerous roofing companies had given me quotes that were too expensive. Denerick knocked on my door, and although I expected a high quote, he inspected my roof and asked about my insurance claim. After discussing the denial, Denerick confidently stated he could overturn it. I was very skeptical, but I agreed to give him a try. I believe a few weeks, maybe a month, had passed, but in that time frame, Denerick kept in touch with me. The day he called to tell me that he was able to get the claim denial overturned, I was overwhelmed with joy. After a week of paying my deductible, the material for my whole roof was delivered neatly on my property; that is when I knew I was really going to get a brand new roof. Granted, my roof was only five years old but had significant wind damage from storms two years ago. On the day of repair, I woke up to what sounded like an army of soldiers on top of my roof. I went out and met Juan Vega and his crew. Juan was very professional, and his crew was very efficient and safe. I thought it would take a few days to complete the job, but they started early around 6:30 a.m. and by 7 p.m. they were done. I had gone out a few times to admire their work and saw a lot of screws; I was sure I was going to end up with a flat tire, but when they were all done, they cleaned up everything, and I could not find one screw or nail. The roof looks amazing. Juan came back the next day to inspect the work and told me about some issues with my siding and gave me a great price to replace all of my damaged siding. I will definitely be giving Juan Vega a call in the near future, as he does many other household repairs. Both Juan and Denerick were very professional and did what they said they would do. I have received calls about how good my roof looked the very next day after it was finished, and I now go to my mailbox during the daytime and I walk slowly. Don't be foolish; if you need any roofing service or home repairs, give Peachtree Roofing & Exteriors a call and ask for Denerick Spaulding and Juan Vega to be your points of contact. Dan and Nick were great to work with. They were able to get my whole roof replaced with State Farm, when state farm only wants to fix 55 shingles.

Peachtree Roofing was a fantastic company to work with. Buck did an outstanding job holding our hands every step of the way up to the day the roof was put on. He had been promoted and handed off the project to Cameron. Cameron did an excellent job picking up where Buck had left off. On the day of our new roof, Pedro & his crew showed up on time, had the old roof removed by 11am and had started on the new roof before lunch. By 6:30pm that evening, our new roof was on and all construction debris was cleaned up and removed. There is only one place to get a new roof in the Atlanta Metro Area and that is Peachtree Roofing & Exteriors.

We had a great experience with Peachtree restorations. Buck got our roof replacement approved by our insurance company (we had tried several times before with other roof companies and were not able to get it approved). Pedro was our site supervisor and he was fantastic! We are very pleased with our new roof!

After an amateur roof assessment by my husband and me we thought that we had roof damage, so contacted Peachtree Roofing for a professional opinion. Our point person was Erika, who was very prompt to respond and easy to communicate with. She streamlined the whole process and made something big and scary, understandable and easy! Peachtree handled all of the communication with our insurance company, which took that stress out of the equation.
Throughout the process, from the first texts to the final walk through, everyone showed up to all the appointments exactly when planned. We had sections of rolled roofing as well as shingled, which added another aspect to the project, but again this was explained in detail to us and handled great.
The crew than did our install were totally respectful to some landscaping concerns we had, and did beautiful work. Hopefully I don’t need a new roof again anytime soon but if I do I would 10/10 go through Peachtree Roofing again!

Milton not only fixed the shingles efficiently but also took the time to view my entire roof and gave me a thorough explanation of everything along the way. His professionalism and attention to detail were impressive.

It's been a week since I had my roof replace with Peachtree Restorations and I can say I'm very please. From the beginning of the process which started months ago, the project manager Mr. Walker was helpful and made the process easier. He and the rest of the team from this company helped me with the insurance process made my days less stressful. On the day of the replacement, the site supervisor and the crew showed up and I was very impressed with how efficient and coordinated they all were while working on my home. The site supervisor, Mr Vega was great to work with, thoughtful and professional. Once they were done, it was as if they hadn't been there because the clean up was fantastic. Very good company, I see why they get the ratings that they do from their customers.

Great experience with Peachtree Roofing. Tim Bresco helped navigate the process with careful detailed explanations. The company totally managed a successful insurance claim - I didn’t have to do anything. And Juan Vega and his crew worked diligently on a long day, yet painstakingly spent extra time cleaning up at the end. Vega showed great effort and pride in making sure I was completely satisfied. Erika and the team at Peachtree Restorations did an amazing job on our roof! It’s quite spacious with different levels but they got it done in an impressive one day. From the initial consultation and being talked through every step and company standards to the final walk through, I felt like we made the right decision going with Peachtree Restoration. Erika was always reachable to answer questions and the workers did an amazing job cleaning up the nails! Side note though, you won’t have to give verbal recommendations because they come with a banner and a yard flag that can’t be missed! They take pride in their work.

Exceptional professional service in addition to an easy replacement process. The Project Manager, Tim Bresko, kept me informed throughout the entire project as he was available and present throughout the day ….Prior to the installation Tim Bresko had helped with the selection of the type and color of the shingle, which was extremely beneficial, and answered all our questions in a timely matter.

The installers were in and out in 1 day and did an exceptional job on the cleanup around the entire site.

Dan and Pedro from Peachtree Restorations/Peachtree Roofing & Exteriors are the epitome of professional. From the work Dan did to fight insurance to get our claim approved, to the work done by Pedro and his team, their hard work exceeded all expectations. The sales, billing, and construction team were professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable, which took the stress out of the whole process. Pedro and his crew started as I left for work in the morning and was wrapping up by the time I got home that same evening. Dan followed up a few days later to make sure we were satisfied with the work.

UPDATED: I want to shout out Rony & Irbin who came by to check on a skylight for us. Such awesome team work! They were on time and very quick. They also did a great job cleaning up and explaining what was going on! Highly recommend them!

Peachtree Restorations replaced our roof & gave our property the beautiful upgrade it deserved! After a storm hit we had damage, and leaks they handled everything. We had our new upgraded roof installed in one day! The crew was so nice & professional-no trash or nails left behind. We will absolutely use them on our other properties. Our Project Manager told us they are different, and now I know why-truly an excellent experience from beginning to end! You are doing yourself a disservice if you use anyone else!
