We were referred to Three Tree Roofing by coworkers.
Their estimate was the most competitive among others. They offered 4 price points based on the material. No sales tactics.
The crew was on time every day and worked long hours. Material delivery, old roof pickup and cleaning were well organized.
They were straight forward with the inspection of the roof after the removal and replaced what was needed.
Shout out to Johnny's crew who did the outstanding job working steep pitch roof and keeping the site clean each day.
We asked to help us to fix a chronic gutter drainage issue while replacing the roof and Tree Tree Roofing accommodated our request for a reasonable price..
We are very satisfied with out choice.

I had my roof and gutters replaced a few weeks ago, and I would definitely recommend Three Tree! I had multiple quotes, Three Tree was competitive from a pricing perspective, offered a lot of high quality options, and didn’t pressure me throughout the process. It was easy to schedule, communication was great, the job was done quickly and done well. It looks great! I found Three Tree because several neighbors recommended them, and I’ve seen more start their projects since.

Three Tree Roofing replaced my roof in two days. They cleaned up after themselves (my driveway looked better after they left, than it did before they arrived). They explained why my roof lasted less than15 years, after the last guys installed it incorrectly. They cleaned the gutters. And, they repaired a loose fascia board that was not part of their original quote. Climbing onto the roof and looking at the finished project was like good sex.
A few days after they left, I sat in my living room listening to the rain, completely confident my home was protected.
I recommend them whole heartedly.

So grateful for Three Tree Roofing. They were a godsend in a time of need after our home was badly damaged in a storm. Their entire team proved themselves to be reliable, punctual and fair. Highly recommend!!

Long review so TLDR: if you need a roof, call Three Tree! You will not be disappointed. They do amazing work, and their pricing is great.

Negatives:
- messy worksite at the end of the day. Pick up your plastic! You made it, you take care of it. Annoying, but not major.
- workers did not seem friendly, but were civil. It was probably just a language barrier, and I need to learn more languages anyway. This is more an observation, and I hope no one gets told off for this. In my head, I’m thinking “Oh ok, we’ll just ignore each other unless required” which is fine. My window team was a bit more chatty, so we’d greet each other and stuff. That’s nice and helps when it comes to having a bunch of people in/around the house. Not required though by any means.
- lack of communication about delays. This one was very frustrating in the moment. Delays are fine with me, but I expect clear and prompt communication so I’m not sitting there wondering or having to ask for updates. The final update about a start date was apparently sent, but did not appear in my inbox or spam. Not sure what happened there. It all worked out in the end though.

Positives:
- initial consult was effortless. Someone came out quickly, all my options were explained well, my questions were answered fully, and it was super easy to confirm my choices. I had all the help and advice I needed to make a good decision.
- all the documents were easy to read and very informative. Loved the specific breakdown of labour, materials, process, etc. I’m always curious and want lots of details, and it was provided without having to ask. That’s not something I’ve experienced with most other companies.
- they were done in 2 days. It was so quick, I had to ask again to be sure I really heard “We’re done.”
- my roof is beautiful now! I couldn’t be happier about the result. I still smile when I come home and see it. We chose metal, so we also get to enjoy the sound of rain a lot more.
- the price was great and payment process was easy. The price of a new roof is always a tough pill to swallow, but their price was excellent and the quality is top notch.

Obviously none of the negatives were enough to take off a star. I might give 4.5 / 5 if that were possible, but I’m so happy with the results that even that seems inaccurate. I’m calling them right away when I need another roof done. Thank you so much, Three Tree!

To a man Three Tree was prompt, personable and professional. They did a great job and in less time than promised. Had an unfortunate experience with some damage along the drive by one of their subs. They quickly resolved the issue to my total satisfaction... a "straight up" company that cares about their customers.

Three Trees Roofing were great. The communication at all levels was 1st class.
If I was to need a new roof again they would be my choice.
However, considering the end result, I don’t think that will be an issue.
It’s a beautiful roof with new skylights and I am a very happy customer!

I don't know if three tree was the most competitive bid price wise but my first concern was quality and professionalism and for those I give them 5 stars.

On time and on budget. Work was done quickly. The finished project looks great. Care was taken each day to do a magnetic sweep for any nails that had fallen from the roof. Very happy with the complete project.

As my first roof replacement experience, Three Tree Roofing did an awesome job. I had 4 local roofing companies come out to give me an estimate for a roof/skylight/gutter replacement, with Three Tree coming out as the 2nd most competitive when it came to price. Chase was also very thorough and spent a lot of time in my attic, found a small leak near the skylight but it’s not an urgent repair. The other roofers either didn’t bother with going into the attic or didn’t want to climb up to the roof because it was raining.

I ended going with the CertainTeed Landmark TL shingles and the roof replacement took 2.5 days with Dino and his crew cleaning up well. There was one part of the porch I was unhappy with, and they redid it!

The gutters were done by someone subcontracted to them, but they also did a great job.

I shared my estimates with a few neighbors and since the time I've written this, my next-door neighbor has already had their roof/gutters done by Three Tree and the neighbor next to them is getting theirs done as well.

We're so happy with our new roof. Three Tree Roofing has done a great job! It's a big project, we wanted the best roofer for it. Did a lot of research: checked the recommendations from friends, online yelp/next door reviews and met the potential roofing companies in person. Luckily, we chose the Three Tree Roofing. The entire process went smoothly from the first call response to the estimate/inspection onsite (Estimator Danny) to PM coordination (Matt) to roof installation (Godo and crew).
