Thoroughbred Roofs

We had storm damage on our roof and additionally some wear on our vent pipe boots that needed to be replaced.
The team that came to do the repairs were excellent. As we watched them do the work it was obvious they were professional, experienced and they were thorough in fixing our roof. No short cuts and a permanent repair job.
We had checked with two other roofers in the area. Thoroughbred gave us the best price. We would hire them again. We dealt with Josh and he worked with us to get the job done timely. They also gave us a limited warrantee on workmanship which most roofers won’t do on repairs. That speaks volumes about their work.

Do NOT hire this company, the sales rep was pushy and pressured us into signing a contract without providing a detailed quote.
After the pushy salesman that felt like I was being scammed, they failed to clean up the debris after the job was completed and left my yard a complete mess.
Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their work was subpar, and their customer service was terrible. I also heard they don't pay their employees. Not the way to run a legit business. I'm extremely disappointed!!!

Recently had to have my roof repaired due to some recent storms, I didn't want to drop an arm and a leg on a roof. After some research I came across this place and reached out, the response time was perfect, I don't think I waited more than 10 minutes in between replies. They were out here next day to get me a price estimate! I told them my budget and they worked with me through the whole process of scheduling a day for the repair. They even showed up 30mins early to walk me through the whole process of how they did what they do! And once they left it looked like they had never shown up, had a perfect roof and everything was clean and tidy, if not better than before they got there. "Leave it better than you found it" should be their motto because that's exactly what they did. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could, if you need ANYTHING roof related, these are your people!!

Absolutely recommend this company! My roof was originally denied coverage but they immediately went to work and not only got it approved but much more! They were very polite and professional and always took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on. The day that the roof went up they covered the front of my house protecting my siding and cleaned everything up afterwards thoroughly. The roof looks great!

I wanted to take this time to reach out to you because I was in your area this weekend and thought about how things ended between us. I will be the first to say that I apologize. You were one of our first clients last year and that means something to me. I had a chance to show you my gratitude for trusting us with your project and I failed at that moment. That is not the man, nor the company I want to be. I will say that there was a lot going on at that time, It was our first true year here and it just grew faster than I was ready for, which left me very spent at most times. Still no excuse.

With that being said I hope you can understand that as a man I'm far from perfect, I do make mistakes, but when I do and I realize it then I try my hardest to make it up.

I hope you can accept my apology and allow our team to come out there soon to try to get your roof looking the best as possible and I give you my word I will go to any length to rectify my errors. Of course this will all be free of charge. "

Thoroughbred followed up by installing the best roof system Owens Corning offers and didn't charge me a penny! The supervisor and crew who did the work were great. When they left you couldn't tell they had been here except for the beautiful new roof! Integrity is rare these days, especially when it costs thousands of dollar to "Do the right thing". but not at Thoroughbred Roofs!
