Hey folk's. These guys are the real deal. They treat you like family. Very happy for the job that most of the other so called roofers could not do. Beautiful roof great materials and wonderful roof technicians they made it look easy but it was not. Highly recommend. Josh hats off!

Tracey was great to work with. She was always on top of any issues that would come up. She quickly clarified and communicated details and procedures resulting in clear and efficient accomplishment of all tasks.

We recently hired T&G Enterprise LLC for a siding installation at my home, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, the quality of work was abysmal. The siding has already started falling off the house, and the installation process caused significant damage (broken cable box, exposed electrical etc.) to my property. Moreover, they failed to honor the agreed-upon discounted terms (veteran discount), and their communication has been non-existent. Despite numerous attempts to reach out and resolve the most recent issues, we have been met with the same response of "I'll call my installation guy now.", with no response until we contact them again. I strongly advise against using their services, as their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is alarming. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable siding company.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate the efforts you've made to address the issues and the gestures of compensation provided. However, I'd like to clarify a few points:

Timely Responses: While you mention that responses were timely, my experience felt otherwise. There were delays that added to my frustration from the beginning including scheduling communication errors with the workers. Clearer communication about expected response times in the future would be helpful.

Compensation: I acknowledge the approx. $300 discounts and $100 gift card, and we appreciate them. However, the value of these compensations doesn't fully address the inconvenience and frustration I experienced. Or the fact that not even 3 months after the siding install, the siding is falling off. I'm sure you, as a family owned business yourself, can see how this is concerning to us as a family with children and a dog, that another piece of siding could fall off and injure someone. Also that discount will not cover the possible damages that could happen to our windows from the trim not being done properly during the install and was missed on the follow up fix as it was agreed to.

Veteran's Discount: I appreciate the acknowledgment of the oversight regarding the Veteran's discount. As a Veteran household, this is an important issue for me, and I hope that future processes will ensure such discounts are applied correctly without needing rectification.

I understand mistakes can happen, but the cumulative effect of these issues impacted my experience significantly. I hope my feedback helps you improve your services for future customers. With a big purchase like this we expect an excellent level of work. The issues that we experienced from the beginning of the project, was highly unacceptable.

T&G did a great job. They worked hard, were timele, and did a great job! Very happy and reasonably priced.

We needed some repairs to our gutters and one downspout. Once the price was agreed to, it's almost like the job was completed. Seriously ecstatic. Because the next time I went out, the job had been completed . Without ever knowing that they were here. Highly recommend!

T&G Enterprise did a great job installing our new sliding glass door! Tom is a great business owner. He wants to make sure the job is done right! I called on T & G Enterprise to look at my roof. They found a tremendous amount of wind damage. They helped me file a claim with my insurance company. The insurance company as usual. Really try to not help and not take care of the roof. Josh came to my house no less than six times to take pictures. Send emails to do everything he could to help me out with the thought of possibly still not getting the job. After 2 1/2 months with a tremendous amount of help from Josh I was able to get my insurance company to agree and fix the roof. The crew that came out did a fantastic job , really happy with the outcome. The roof looks great and the Customer Service impeccable.

I can’t thank T&G enough, Josh specifically, for tackling my sunroom roof repair. I met with two other contractors that stated the roof needed a full replacement to fix the leak, which I just couldn’t afford.

I was referred to T&G by a friend who had used them for a similar repair. Josh answered the phone immediately when I called. We are new to the area and wanted to replace the gutters on our home and have gutter guards installed. Tom came out to our house to look at our gutter system and ran a variety of estimates based on the current gutter size as well as new, larger gutters. He also explained the Raindrop gutter guard system and we liked what we saw. When the workers arrived they went right to work and continued to work the whole time they were here! The finished work is spectacular…they really paid attention to the details! We have already seen an improvement with our gutters being able to handle water when it rains as well as keeping the leaves out of the gutters. The T&G team did a great job for our new roof project recently. The team was punctual and worked efficiently to replace our main roof and garage roof. I'd definitely recommend!

Received a same day quote and was scheduled within a week for gutter cleaning. They even reattached a couple of downspouts that became detached in a recent storm. Professionally done with very easy communication!

Tom Thompson was easy to work with and very helpful trying to address the problems I had with my old roof.

We had a leaky skylight that was leaking through our upstairs bathroom and into our kitchen on the first floor of our house. With a rain-filled weather forecast, we needed help fast. This company was one of the few that answered that could come help very soon - some companies tried to put us on a three week waitlist for just a quote! Josh came out quickly and gave an honest and fair assessment. Even when the crew couldn’t complete the work immediately, Josh came out on a Saturday to tarp the skylight until the work could be completed to reduce any additional damage. Josh went above and beyond - the crew did a great job and Josh came out to make sure that flashing has been applied to a nearby area on the roof that we couldn’t see. Top notch, quick work and robust communication. We can’t recommend this team enough. Thank you!

The selection process was very easy. Tom explained the products, gave us samples to evaluate and documented the warranties. Timing was good and even though the re-roofing was a noisy and messy procedure. it was done extremely well done. We are happy with the final product. The installers could have been a bit more careful with the removal of the skylights as we found multiple nails inside the house. The clean up process outside could have been a bit more detailed. I am still finding scraps of paper and bits of shingles. Items that were removed outside (bird feeders, decorative items) were not replaced when the installers were done.

T&G installed a high quality, beautiful roof on our home and detached storage building. The job was completed within two days and responsiveness was outstanding from beginning to end. A couple of unexpected issues occurred during the process but the company owner immediately addressed our concerns by going above and beyond to provide resolution and excellent customer service. We highly recommend T&G Enterprise.

I got leaf guards from T&T Enterprise, LLC a few months ago. There were quick, professional and the best price around. Some of my neighbors have since used T&G for their home needs.

I have a roof/siding leakage and called them to check and repair. They came and repaired for three time and never successfully fixed the leakage. Every time, their repair people came in a rush and worked in a rush, never really carefully spent time and thought about how to effectively solve the problem.

After the third time, when I figured out the same place still leaked, I called the same person for the same issue and I was told this person did not work in this company any more and not any contact point was provided to me to solve the problem.

Update -

I already had the leakage addressed by someone else, but I am glad Tom called back today to discuss the issue. As we discussed, this could be a problem existing between the team examining and analyzing the project and the team working on the project. The team examining and analyzing the project mostly used pictures taken from the site and might not be able to cover everything. The team working on the project seems more like following the instructions from analyzing team rather than making personal professional judgment on site. Tom understood what happened and promised they would improve the communications between teams.

Considering today's following up, I would say their customer service was responsive, their analyzing team was professional, but their working team was not and the quality of this repair was not good. I adjusted my review accordingly and would like to see Tom's improvements.

Looking for a professional, affordable, and honest company to install your roof then this is the place to go. First time purchasing a new roof and had no idea what to look for or expect. After receiving 3 outrageous quotes from so called competitors, I thought surely this can't be what everyone is settling for, then came T&G to save the day, they are friendly, responsive, and affordable. I highly recommend them for the job. T&G followed through on everything that we discussed before the install and even stop by twice to make sure the job was done correctly. Not to mention great quality in materials and they sold me what I needed not on how much money they can make off the job. Great group of people, thank you so much.

After a recent hailstorm, T&G came out to assess the damage. They helped to make the insurance claim process go smoothly, the new roof looks fantastic but above all, the customer service I received was above and beyond. I worked specifically with their sales associate Ian and their scheduling coordinator Tatyana, both of whom were kind, courteous and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Update! I left GA 2020 and moved back into my house in Chesterfield, last year Mr. Thompson replaced my roof!! Thank you again Mr. Thompson!!
I live in GA I contacted Mr, Thompson of T&G Enterprise he’s very professional, he went out to my hose, looked over my gutters drainage and knew exactly where the overflow water from my awful damage was going which can effect the structure of my house. Mr. Thompson started work on scheduled time. He took before and after pictures. I love my maintenance free gutters. Please contact T&G for professional & prompt service. We suffered damage to our roof due to a hail storm and T&G came to our rescue. They were very thorough, covered the sides of the house and plants, removed the old shingles and replaced with new in 2 days on a 4000sf house with multiple roof angles...not a easy roof! When they left...we had a new roof and couldn’t tell they were ever here. Thanks Tom and the T&G team for a job well done!

I was so impressed with Tom coming to my Dad's house within just a couple hours to review the leak and advise on replacement. We did have T&G replace the whole roof and it looks great - and at a very reasonable price and it was completed on time, as promised. Excellent company to work with!!!
