Bad Customer Service!
They told me bring the car on Monday(07/21) to fix and they changed it to Wednesday (7/23) . Now today as of Tuesday(7/22) they asked me to switched to next week Thursday(7/31). They are not consistent what they are saying. Keep pushing schedule back and it shows that they are not reliable on their words.

Teton Chevrolet in Jackson Wyoming service department is tops. Our check engine light came on and they checked the service codes for us. Gave us a fast diagnosis, cleared the light, and sent us on our way.

Our GMC Acadia lost ac and other issues while we were visiting Teton national park. We drove into jackson not knowing what was wrong. The problems were quickly identified and resolved. We were on our way in less than an hour. This service professional was all you could ask for. He was knowledgeable , efficient and kind. We are grateful that was here when we needed him!

Just purchased a new Chevy Truck
Great experience with the team at Teton Motors in the sales and delivery process. It helps when the dealership and team really care about the customer as the folks at Teton Motors do. And the Service team is great as well and makes it easy to get the vehicles serviced and the service done properly

We had a check engine light come on during a road trip that had a code for an underboost / turbo problem. We brought in our Chevy as quickly as we could and told them the code that came up during our reading and the problems we were having with the vehicle. They immediately dismissed our concerns and told us we would be fine to clear the code and drive *!2500 miles!* back home without getting the car checked out because it “should be fine” and “shouldn’t mess up our engine”. When we asked numerous times what to do if the light came back on, they told us to ignore it.. They refused to inspect our vehicle even after we had expressed concern with their recommendations, so we resorted to getting a second opinion at the next closest GM dealer. We were able to get in the same day where they immediately found a hole in an intake duct that took them a less than an hour and a half to fix. Highly DO NOT recommend these guys.. We could have seriously damaged our vehicle further had we taken their advice and we felt extremely dismissed by the employees.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Teton Motors in Jackson, Wyoming. I knew what I was looking for and found it on their website, where there were lots of photos and a description of all the features. I called and made an appointment to see the car. Yancy met me at the dealership the next morning and was very friendly and helpful. He allowed me to drive around town on my own. When I returned, there was no pressure to buy, but I did want the car! It was reasonably priced and in such great shape (seemed like new). He handed me a printed copy of the CarFax report, and a folder with copies of all the maintenance that had been done over the years at their shop. Holly, in the office, was very knowledgable and helpful in getting all the paperwork prepared. I came back the next afternoon with a check from my credit union. The car had been vacuumed, washed and had a full tank of gas! I will definitely recommend Teton Motors to friends and would purchase here again.

Teton Motors is the Best! They serviced the car and returned it in perfect condition. They performed the service on time and finished early, which allowed me to use the car for the balance of the day.

Polite and responsive at the front desk, and a clean and comfortable waiting room.

If you need anything done on your Tahoe, don't hesitate to drop it off at Teton Motors for service.

My husband called about a truck i like and they refused to talk to him about pricing unless we are there in person which is stupid as i live 2 hours away. Guess there not in the car selling business. We were not trying to negotiate we were talking to them about book values.

DO NOT GO HERE. They charged us for work they never did even after we brought our car back to them requesting to address the problem we brought there to fix. They did not do the work, told me they overcharged me for the work, and then would not refund our money for parts they did not replace. They are a scam and have horrible customer service DO NOT USE THEM

I was on vacation last week and over 1000 miles from home when my air conditioning on my 2023 Tahoe went out. I contacted several dealers in the area and none of them seemed to care or want to help in any way. Facing a 19 hour drive home I went to the dealership in person only to be turned away because they were too busy. Out of options I stopped a random independent shop who was able to temporarily fix my car so that I could drive home. In all, at every turn I received no help from Chevy or any of the dealerships. After spending over $80k on a vehicle I would expect someone to at least try to help.

Teton Motors is and Outstanding Auto Dealership!! Salesman John Johnson was Absolutely wonderful to work with. We live in Casper (about 270 miles away)and over the phone we were able to communicate about the used Vehicle that was on their lot which we were interested in and after getting the price agreed to, we flew over to Jackson Hole Wyoming to actually look at the car in person and test drive the car for the first time... this car was exactly as John said it would be so we drove it away! Thanks for being so honest about the overall condition of this car. We highly recommend John Johnson and Teton Motors. Thank You Again !!

I just purchased a new truck from Jon at Teton Motors. The process was very smooth with no pressure to make a decision on the spot or other annoying sales techniques. Jon walked me through the features and researched all the rebates and discounts GM/Chevy offered (there were a few). They also bought my trade in for almost exactly what Kelly Blue Book said it was worth. All in all a great experience and if you live in Jackson really nice to use a local dealer.

These guys saved me! I lost the keys for a company car (I know ), and after finding out the spare wasn’t programmed to the car, I had to get a tow somewhere to fix it. It was early in the evening on Friday and they were about to close down shop for the weekend but thankfully squeezed me in so I could get myself and my athletes back home on Sunday evening. Thank you Bruce, Brian, Jason, and everyone else who stayed a little late to help me out!! Would recommend!

We traveled out of state towing our trailer through the mountains to see our son in Jackson, when our engine light went on. Both Bruce and Brian concerned for our safety for our 900 mile journey back home to Arizona (118 degrees) could not in good conscious let us risk breaking down. Both men were extremely professional, polite and extremely busy during the peak tourist season . They addressed our Silverado, found the problem and quickly repaired it. I can't express my appreciation enough for Bruce and Brian along with their skilled team of technicians who made our trip a pleasant experience. THANK YOU!

Was in Jackson for a vacation and my Chevy truck needed an oil change. Stopped in and Brian in Service was able to get me an appointment within 2 days. For a smaller franchise dealership it was very well ran. All the employees were professional & helpful. Would definitely recommend this service shop . .

I never review but after my experience with TM I felt compelled to, having no other recourse. I brought my car in to the collision center for an evaluation after being hit. The team there looked over my car, and provided me with an estimate. They let me know that the parts were on backorder and they'd let me know when the parts came in.

My insurer sent me the check for the necessary work, and after a number of weeks without hearing anything, I called TM to ask if the parts had come in. To my surprise, they told me they had no record of me coming in, no record of the estimate they sent my insurer, and they had a different name associated with my phone number (I've had the same # for 20 years).

Thinking there might be some understanding, I emailed the woman who I had initially worked with to get the estimate, and upon not getting any response, forwarded the email to the VP. I've still not heard back from anyone so now I have to go back to my insurance, have them cancel the checks that they've already cut, and begin the process over again with a new collision center. It's been 3 months since the initial accident. The whole ordeal has been a headache and a giant waste of time.

My car needed an inspection and oil change they accommodated me at 8:00 in the morning so that I could wait for the service to be completed it was completed in 45 to 50 minutes without any difficulty.
They turn the car around within the time frame they promised.

On vacation my check engine light came on. The service department is closed weekends, so Monday morning I dropped off my truck as directed by Bruce the service manager. He explained that all vehicles are worked on in the order they are received. Also he stated that it could take 3 weeks to diagnose my truck.
42 days days later this guy hasn’t touched my truck. I made numerous calls to Bruce, not 1 call returned. After being assigned to Nathan a great line of communication was opened. He didn’t always have good news, but he was transparent and honest. Bottom line, I needed a new engine. Again Bruce made no effort to resolve any issues with my truck. I finally emailed GM and Jim Auge (co-owner) to get the ball rolling. I was assured that Bruce understood that my truck was a priority and because it was the oldest ticket, the truck would be completed. He still made the decision to refuse to work on my truck and challenged me for contacting GM and the owner. So, I sent another email to the owner and he was able to get my truck complete and returned to me in only 62 days.
I highly recommend that you seek out Nathan as your advocate if you are desperate enough to leave your vehicle in Teton Motors service department. He will be forthcoming and honest about your situation.
Bruce will lie to your face, shake your hand, and the minute you leave the service department he will forget who you are or what he promised to do for you.
I have to admit that I was completely surprised that I was asked to submit a review after my experience with Bruce.

When we decided to make a trip to Jackson we left Kemmerer early enough so we would arrive in time to complete a purchase during the Saturday business. We called Teton Motors when we were halfway there as they opened. Yancy was not certain the vehicle we had chosen was available as another person had expressed interest. We were somewhat disappointed but several minutes later he called back with the good news. When we arrived in Jackson Yancy was on target, brought the vehicle to us for inspection and the process began. Though he had some glitches with the computer system he quickly figured out the problem, solved it and we were able to make our purchase. Thank you Yancy, great job, you do Teton Motors proud. I needed a new transmission in my silverado, which they were able to get done pretty quickly despite the parts being backordered. They kept communication open with me during the whole process which was cool. When I got my truck back, it hadn't been cleaned and I wasn't given a free wash (every other Chevy dealer I've been to has done one of those two things especially if I spend 5 grand with them) and my check engine light was on. Come to find out my truck was showing 4 different engine codes that were all totally new. Not that I expected them to just fix those, but a heads up at least would have been nice. And I probably would have spent the money fixing whatever problems there were if I had been told about them. If you give your vehicle to a shop to get something fixed, they shouldn't just fix that one thing and give it back to you with a different problem right? Without even mentioning it?

1,600 miles from home on vacation., My Colorado battery died. I got a jump and drove straight to Teton motors Chevrolet in Jackson, Wyoming. Service department was going to close in 40 minutes and I explained to their service writer, Nathan, my situation. He kind enough to help me out, he did a check and saw the battery was dead and replaced it under warranty. Great dealership and thoughtful staff.

Nathan is an awesome service advisor. 1500 miles from home, our new Silverado Duramax went into countdown for a 65-55-5mph speed limitation. Nathan got us a next day appointment, and suggested that we have On-Star read the fault codes. The Teton Motors technician fixed the truck while we ate breakfast at the Virginian, and took it for a test drive to verify the repairs. Teton Motors is the dealer that you can trust to do it right!

Teton Motors is impressive. I had been looking for a used car for weeks to replace my totaled Jeep Compass. The new Chevrolet Trailblazer fought my eye. I drove one in Salt Lake and wanted to buy it but the dealership had already sold it. I expanded my search. Nothing in Salt Lake. I found a beautiful black 2022 Trailblazer RS at Teton Motors in Jackson, WY. I called and spoke to Jon. The Trailblazer was on a test drive. He called me back later to tell me it was available. I wanted to buy it. The price was good and he made it better by finding additional incentives. I wanted to pay with cash, check ir cashiers check. Teton Motors was happy with any form of payment and didn’t bother trying to get me to finance. We discussed options for delivery. I chose to drive to Wyoming and pick it up. John gathered my info on the phone. I paid $500 by card to hold the vehicle. He and the team at Teton prepared all paperwork before arrival. Two days later I drove to Teton Motors and 30 minutes after arriving at the dealership, I left with my new Trailblazer. What a great dealership experience. I have never seen better. Thank you Jon and team for making a great Trailblazer buying experience.

No stars is the best I can give this organization. I was in Jackson with my horse trailer when my check engine light came on in my 2020 Chevy Silverado 3500 with only 15000 miles. It was an emissions issue. I was concerned about getting back to Kansas City safely without my power being reduced. Teton Motors in Jackson, WY turned me away - too busy - couldn't help me - rude - no empathy - could care less. They asked my the year of my truck (under warranty) and immediately couldn't help me. Said it was $2400 filter and they couldn't replace until it completely failed. They read the code, which I already gave them from OnStar and cleared it. When I asked if it would power me down on the way home, they weren't sure.

Whisler Cheverolet was 2.5 hrs away, but was so helpful on the phone. They let me know it could clear itself on the way over, but that if it didn't they would clean my emissions filter (burn-out). I drove there. Kyle sat down with me and let me know that my emissions filter did in fact clear itself on the way over. He could see that it cleared itself 95 miles prior to arriving in Rock Springs and that there was 0 soot on my filter. It wasn't clearing itself when I was pulling my heavy trailer, but did clear itself when I drove without a trailer.

Wouldn't it have been nice, if Teton Motors would have taken 10 minutes to explain how the emissions filter works and that it usually doesn't clear itself when pulling a trailer. But instead, they did nothing.

Great experience buying a used car online with the sales staff. Came out from Washington to look at the car and was picked up at the airport by the staff with the car we were interested in and everything was ready so purchasing the car went smoothly. Best experience ever buying a car!

When you have a flat tire 1,500 miles from home, you are dependent on the kindness of strangers.

Teton Motors was the kindest and most helpful group of General Motors dealers I have ever come in contact with. They went out of their way to help us find a 22” tire (all the way to Salt Lake City)...got it here asap...and swapped it out quickly and painlessly for us. Great service!! Great people!!

I have been buying cars from Teton Motors and having them serviced there for nearly 25 years. For all that time, I have been treated as a friend and every point of contact has been first class!

I recently purchased a new SUV from Jon Pinardi there, assisted in great part by manager Rick Babicz. The new car had an issue with brakes and both Jon and Rick turned heaven and earth to make sure everything was resolved to my complete satisfaction. It was. I can't imagine another car dealer treating me as well. I shouldn't have expected less but it is always comforting to know that your dealer and sales people have your back.

Thank you, gentlemen! It seems loyalty indeed has its rewards.

And, just a comment about the service department. Everyone in both Chevy and Subaru service departments is accessible, friendly, responsive and on time with repairs and services. I am a committed and loyal customer.
