Looking for an upgrade from a Malibu to be able to fit 3 kids and my husband. Originally settled on an Escalade but when we arrived it had started making a knocking sound and Michelle went above and beyond to get me into a new 2025 Honda pilot and I am beyond pleased with my experience with them!

An unhelpful former employee, sold a car I was looking at then didn’t give me anymore communication after, no matter what attempts I made to reach them. Very unprofessional behaviour from the employee. Manager rectified the situation though

Fremont motor service department did a great job servicing my car. They replaced filters and fluids and checked for any upcoming service needs. They were friendly, and easy to work with.
I waited while my vehicle was being serviced and they got me out in record time. The Tech left a note stating what he had done. And he left my seat in the correct place! I was impressed by their attention to detail.

Fremont Motors called to notify me of a recall for a part on my pickup. I’m a teacher and have a pretty strict schedule that doesn’t allow me to leave to drop off or pick up my vehicle during normal business hours. Naturally, I was pretty worried about trying to get it in as I have to travel between schools at least once a day.

Fremont was awesome and offered a mobile service so that I didn’t have to bring it in for service! They were timely, communicative, and efficient in fixing my pickup where it was parked. I wholeheartedly recommend this service!

I had trouble with my pickup about 100 miles from my Ford dealer and was able to limp back. Dave, Todd and staff were able to repair my vehicle the next day.

Salesman Hai, Finance wiz Chelsey & Manager Chris went beyond professional. 8:00 am, busy Monday morning, average Joe shows up w/ 5 alarm problems and a Family reunion in town. ( I guessed my odd of getting anything meaningful done were way low to 0, but I still went) Hai and Chris worked out a solution on the fly and my odds began to rise bigtime.
